This location on Duke St near Panera and Goldfish Swim School is closed, seemingly forever. The sign is off the building.

I think this location may be thinking about closing. I remember when it first opened. Now, it seems like they are just open, but not trying to impress people, like they dont care about the condition of the place or the impression their employees give. See others reviews for the details, they sum it up well. My addition is that the store was empty when we arrived, and yet the employee did not use this downtime to make sure everything was in order. Gloves were out at all of the stations, and one of the dispensers seemed to be malfunctioning (that the employee seemed indifferent towards when I brought it to her attention.)

Went after my kids swim class. The toppings bar was a mess, but they had you wear gloves and I wasn’t about to tell two little kids they weren’t getting ice cream as promised. We were the only people in there so it felt ok, however it would have been nice to see an employee actually working and trying to tidy up. He eventually came out when it was time to pay and was polite to us.However, as we were eating our froyo outside at the only table a woman comes in with her husband and baby. She starts taking pictures of the messy toppings bar and asks who she can call to complain. Her and the only worker got in to a huge argument. He asked her to leave. She recorded a video of him yelling at her. Now at this point I’m on his side, until he takes off his mask to yell at her some more and starts cursing at her while there are children trying to get their toppings. So this unmasked employee is yelling over all the toppings. Both of these adults were in the wrong. Unfortunately there was no oversight or manager to step in and calm the situation. The employee ended up closing the shop for 15 minutes to clean it up. In conclusion I probably won’t be back to this store. I have literally never seen something so dramatic and unprofessional in real life. Management should consider having 2 people working each shift so that someone can clean and someone can work the register. It will also hold employees accountable for any bad behavior.

I was curious about this place a BIG mistake.The girls at the cash register are rude ..( well unless if you are withe they smile at you and say hello )... I paid in cash and dont get a receipt ..actually I dont know how much the yogurt and toppings weights..is not screen infront of you to see ..You have to rely on what they say...$ 30 dlls for three small cups of yogurt.I think is better to keep going to my regular ice cream places in Old Town , I really recommend Nicecream or Ben & Jerry or Pops is a homemade ice cream and excellent service.

Close to home but appears a bit dirty and not wrk maintained by employees. I walked in and there was no one at the counter until I was at the register although the young gal appeared friendly my suggestion would be to clean up the place a bit more and make it a more welcoming establishment.

I went to Sweet Frog during my lunch break, since I recently got my wisdom teeth out so it hurt to eat solid foods. I got there at noon just as the store was supposed to open. There was a lady in there setting everything up and she could see me and other people waiting outside for the store to open. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes outside for the store to open, but she still wouldnt open up. She just kept setting up the store, which already should have been ready by noon. The other people waiting eventually left because they had places to be, and were all with little kids. I had been driven over there by a group of my friends for out lunch break (which was timed), so I had to leave without getting any food because I was making them late.

People were eating inside this Sweet Frog today, and when my pregnant friend asked them to put their mask on, the Sweet Frog staff supported the people eating and said they didnt have to wear a mask.Were in a pandemic!! People should not be in enclosed spaces without a mask.So just know that the food in there (and the air) are completely not safe.

Wish they had more flavors like the baileys crossing location. Otherwise great

Very clean, colorful decor, which is reflected in the price but it is a great experience for kids. They also sell very cute t-shirts, hats, and stuffed animals.

Ridiculous price! They overcharge you. One ounce is 0.50 cent. But they charge you 0.65 cent. Two small cup of Ice cream $15.60.

Four stars for ice cream one star for customer service. husband went in last Thursday to get ice cream and the lady who hides in the back bolted out and said, Pull your mask up no hi welcome, please, ect. He had it just below nose because of a recent nose abscess. pretty rude customer service attitude.

Ive been to many Sweet Frogs and the self serve process is the same at this location as the others. The noticeable difference was the lack of frozen yogurt options and the quality of toppings. Half of the machines were down for service and many of the toppings appeared old. I tapped a few of the toppings with the serving tongs and many of those items, like brownies, were hard, when they should have been soft. If my visit was near closing time, I would have understood. Unfortunately it only been open for 2 hours prior to my visit.

So little known fact about me, Im a huge fan of Frozen Yogurt- And... To put it simply Sweet Frog has been a go to place for me for years.If I had a single complaint it would simply be that its generally a bit pricier than ice cream, so take that as you may. I still personally love this little Frozen yogurt chain.

I love Sweet Frogs and this is the location is close to my house. The place is filthy!!! The filth that I do see makes me wonder about the filth that I cant see. I brought it to the attention of the young lady at the register and she seemed totally unbothered and comfortable with the environment. Seems like the health department should take a look at this place to make sure it does not have any violations.

Great location for Sweet Frog.. The yogurt is so good and the toppings are incredibly yummy... so many choices. Recently I went there and the customer service was amazing! The new guy there is very handsome (blonde and blue eyes!!) and so friendly!One of the few yogurt chains I know of.. super cool. Make sure to try their cookie dough pieces!

I love the new Sweet Frog at Alexandria Commons! So many different and changing flavor and toppings options. The store is clean and the staff is always friendly. I cant wait to go back again!

Very good place to take the kids, Noah one of the young ladies that work there is always nice and helpful, clean and with a screen for kids to watch movies while eating.

We went on the evening of Presidents day. Of the 12-14 machines available, I believe only 5 were working and producing frozen yogurt very much limiting the options.In addition, the topping options were more limited than the location on Van Dorn.

This place sucks and when someone is taking a bathroom brake it takes a lot.
