The store is pretty big and staff were friendly and helpful. I was looking for ear plugs yesterday and asked an employee for help looking for it. He didn’t know where it was so he asked his coworker and they were able to help me find it. The price of the ear plugs were the same as Menards across the street.I was surprised that they were already selling Christmas decorations in October but it seems like other stores are doing that too. I also like how they seem to pay their employees a decent wage. I was told that part timers make $14/hour and full time probably makes ~$20/hour.

This is no longer owned by Mills and when the store sold the prices Skyrocketed. Seasonal sales are pretty good. They do carry a wide variety of name by and clothing and pet supplies. Hunting and fishing gear are abundant but priced higher than they should be.

This Fleet Farm is clean and orderly. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help customers.

A good visit to Fleet Farm. Picked up a few things we needed and some snacks. The staff there are great and helpful. The prices are reasonable and they carry just about everything you need for the farm. Its always nice to go in there, there are so many things to see and if you are unable to find something, just ask a floor associate and they are always courteous and helpful.

Fleet Farm is my go to store . I go in for an item or 2 and end up coming out with things I didnt even know I needed, always fun shopping there.

Good prices, helpful associates, and usually has what Im looking for

Did a large $500 online order but it contained mostly cattle mineral and chicken feed. 5 hours went by after placing the order and they didnt attempt to have it ready. Drove 50 miles to pick it up for nothing. When asked in the store, they were no help. Workers standing around the store chatting to each other. When I order at the Brainerd store the orders are ready within 2 hours and always friendly and helpful. Alexandria is a different story. Ended up cancelling my order as I wasnt driving back again the next day since the store was closing for the day and couldnt get the order done.

This store has a great selection of sports and outdoor items. The people are helpful and friendly as well. I was able to find most of what I wanted but their selection of what I was looking for was space which was a little disappointing.

We just went to pick up supplys for camping further west, they had everything which was easy to find.

Purchased a smoker grill. Excellent customer service. Everyone was so friendly!!

My husband is an avid fisherman. We come here frequently for his fishing gear and miscellaneous things for the house, pets and garden stuff. The service is normally good and they have decent prices.

Returning an unused car battery was a laughable experience. Nothing but attitude and pushback from the staff even with a receipt and a battery voltage check. Their assistance provided the incorrect battery to begin with, so the loss of nearly an hour out of my day was intolerable. Will not be returning.

The Alexandria, MN store is ALWAYS unhelpful - unlike the helpful folks at ACE and Menards. This week Fleet Farm hit a new low, when (what seemed to be) the head guy in Automotive was downright rude to me. I did not get his name, but he knows who he is. I was buying gas cans and a suction hose.

I shop at this Fleet Farm and can usually find what I am looking for in stock, my only complaint is the amount of cashiers that are available, but what can you do. Other than that, store is always clean(including mens room), and workers are friendly and polite.

The gentleman at the outdoor pickup gate is one of the greatest people Ive ever had the pleasure to be helped by at a retail store. :)

They usually have what I need. If I cant reach the item there is always someone to help.

Fleet farm hasnt been the same since they got bought out. Their selection isnt as good, and the quantity isnt either. Theyve been disappointing lately.

We love our Alexandria, MN, Fleet Farm. Reid is an expert in the paint department. We count on his knowledge , guidance and pleasant personality as we pick interior paint for our home. This past summer Reid advised and sold us exterior stain for our home, which turned out great!

Fleet Farm lost what it used to be. Sure, they have a larger selection of groceries now, but why? I can get pretty much anything they offer for groceries cheaper at Cub Foods, Aldi, Target, Walmart, or Eldens. Its a similar story with automotive. Cheaper to go to AutoZone, Oreillys, or Napa instead. Power tools? Menards has a larger selection. Need your fix of Yeti products? Yeti has MAP pricing, so that cooler will cost the same at Ace Hardware or Dunhams.Also, with the mask mandate currently in place statewide, this Fleet Farm doesnt enforce masks at all. I would guess roughly a quarter of the customers in the store when I visited on Sept 6th were not wearing any sort of face covering.

Showed up at 7:30, not realizing the time. The clerk in the sporting goods did an awesome job for me when I went to purchase a firearm. She kept a great attitude even though they were closing soon.

Found all I needed fast good store

Tried to get help with a sports cam but they were too busy to assist other than to point me in the general direction where they are kept. The overhead aisle sign was in a different aisle from where they actually are. Miss the good ole days when employees actually knew their products and would go out of their way to assist. Days gone by.

On the spendy side, however Fleet Farm carries a variety of items and also name brand items. The place is clean and well organized.

What more can you say. Even the wife likes going here. Most everything I need is there.
