Customer service was freaking excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and I had two pairs of glasses within 30 minutes. It was also $40 to $60 cheaper than Walmart for just 1 pair. I was about to get 2!!! Very impressed!

Im so glad I decided to call Vision for Less, my insurance didnt cover my progressive lens at my regular eye doctor , and I was told I would have to pay $200 or more for just one pair. I brought my prescription to Vision for Less and within 20 min I had my 2 pairs of progressive lenses and frames ordered, and I only had to pay $79.99+ tax for both pair! In less than an hour , about 30min actually, I received a text message saying that my new progressive eye glasses were ready for pick up. You just cant beat that!!!!Thanks 😊, I would definitely recommend Vision for Less to every body, needing quality lenses and service.

A few months ago I got my oldest sons new glasses there and the service was friendly and the prices were very reasonable. They also had the two pairs of glasses made within an hour. So last week when my other son needed his new prescription and I also had to start wearing new glasses we had the same great service. They were friendly and helpful and having four pairs of glasses made two for each of us took less than twenty minutes! Glasses come with a 12 month warranty that covers everything unless lost or stolen.

Everywhere I go Im always told my lenses are special order so I was content when Vision4Less told me my glasses would be ready in 7-10 days but much to my surprise I got a call at 8:00 a.m. the next morning and the voice on the other end said thank you for choosing Vision4Less, your glasses are ready for pickup. No high pressure sales, they gave me exactly what I wanted and were very friendly. There was a little mix up on the sign in sheet but they immediately took care of it. 5 star service at an affordable price.

Last week I went to Vision4Less and worked with Grace to find new frames. She was incredible and found a huge variety to choose from. Her customer service skills are excellent and I will recommend her to everyone I know!

Absolutely disgusting. nothing wiped down, masks are SUPPOSED to be required but no one was wearing any. terrible service, everyone is extremely rude, even the doctor. the one star is only for the walk in appointment. everything else was awful and will not be returning.

We are entering the fall and COVID-19 is increasing exponentially, I was quite shocked that all three of the front desk women were not masked and sitting close together while checking in customers.I was given a temperature check and when I asked the young girl why she wasn’t wearing a mask-or anyone else—she said” they ALL had underlying health conditions”. LolYou might want to check out a healthier place to get your eyes checked. On a positive note, the optometrist was masked.

I had a very great experience yesterday! Had an appointment with the optometrist next door at 10am, he was super nice and had me next door by 10:30. All the ladies next door in the lense center we super sweet and helpful! I left around 11:20 and received a text that my glasses were ready at 12:15!! Will definitely be going back!! This was also on a Saturday, which is amazing because I work all week!!

I am beyond happy with my service! The lady that helped me in the store was AMAZING! She went above an beyond for me and got me a great deal! Oh! And such a speedy process! I went Vison4Less to pick out some glasses as I had my exam done somewhere else. From the time I walked in I was greeted, given instructions (due to the current circumstances) and was helped not long after picking out my frames. I was able to get the buy one get one which is great because anywhere else I would spend over $100 just on one pair. I was told I would receive a text once they were ready. It took only 13min to have both pair ready. Very satisfied with my visit and my glasses.

My first time experience was awesome! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I changed my mind on one transaction and my customer care person was so kind.. she helped me find the best deal. I was told about an 1 and a half before my glasses would be ready... and it was actually ready in 35-40 minutes. I was so impressed.

Should be vision4lessservice! Glasses fell in the lake and I needed a pair now! Bought a pair of glasses but the temples (arms) they carry are all one size and were too long. Looked at every pair, in every drawer, all size 54. If you tell them the temples are too long they grab a pair of pliers and want to bend the hinges to tighten them against your head. This is a temporary fix and doesnt last. Initially I was told if I was unhappy they could be replaced. Ha!Second time in, the woman told me there was nothing she could do. Once again, grabbed the pliers and said this will fix it. I told her that was BS and I wanted glasses that fit. When I pointed out my initial sales person (manager), she told the the woman I had paid for a replacement option. The sales person turned to me and said, Well, I could help you, so obviously she didnt want to help me in the first place.Once again, we looked and looked, all size 54 and too long. I left without new glasses and completely unsatisfied.Points to remember:1. Dont fall for the line that bending the hinges will solve the problem, it wont.2. They only carry one size temple.Moral of the story: You get what you pay for! If cheap is your only criteria, then this is the place. If fit or service is important, go elsewhere.**UPDATE: Here is the icing on the cake. Went to Louisiana eye and laser with the intention of buying a pair of glasses that fit. The young lady there said why dont I fix those to which I replied not if you are going to bend the hinges. She said, oh, no, let me see them. In five minutes she came back out and they fit perfectly. Took 5 minutes to do what needed to be done and best of all she didnt charge me a dime. Thats Louisiana Eye and Laser!

Highly Recommend Vision for Less everyone, 4 Star rated instead of 5 because always room for improvement, like needing more chairs.

We walked in to the Vision4Less in Alexandria, LA with our prescription, turned it in and picked out frames. They told us the new glasses would be ready in about 2 hours. We went to eat and then went to Academy and Sonic; checked my texts and saw that the first pair was actually ready 40 minutes after we left and the 2nd pair was ready 55 minutes after we left. Kezzie (sp?) was very helpful in explaining what was available and what would be in my price range. (I don’t have insurance.) I was able to get my prescription sunglasses the same day, but wasn’t able to get the regular prescriptions, but I’m perfectly okay with that. It was really easy and quick to get my eye exam and come next door and pick out glasses right away. I was very excited to see that they take care credit as well! I would highly recommend someone needing glasses, even without insurance (same boat as me.)

Started out as a great experience but after having a problem and going back not so great. I now own a brand new pair of glasses I cannot use because I cant see out of them, but since Im past 90 days they replaced them but still cant use them and was told no more help. Had I known this would have definately went elsewhere. Wont be back and do not recommend.......

I went in this morning to get my eyes checked and only waited 5 minutes before I was called to the back. The Dr was very friendly and didnt take long to do eye exam. Afterwards I went next door and Rebecca helped me pick out a pair of glasses and sun glasses. She answered all my questions and was really great. She said my glasses would be ready at 1.45. We called ahead to make sure that they accepted our insurance for eye exam and glasses. We were told that they did. When we got there, the snooty little biotches at the optometrist told us that they did not take our insurance and that they were a separate business from Vision 4 Less. They didnt apologize for the confusion, they just gave us dirty looks after getting an attitude with us. So, dont go to Vision 4 Less expecting your insurance to work for eye exam AND glasses. And also dont expect to be treated with respect by the little snobs behind the counter in the optometrists office.

Worst eye Dr ever. Went to get contacts for my mild astigmatism. Paid for the visit which was $99. Got 3 pair of trillion contacts. And tried them. Called them back to tell them that they didnt work and causing dry eyes. And was told that the 3 brands they gave me were the only kind they had and that they could enter do anything for me
