Do not go here they will ask you questions about being vaccinated which is illegal and they will refuse you service if you refuse to answer

I dont understand the low review ratings. Ive been buying cigarettes there for a couple of years. They have the cheapest carton prices by comparison to other tobacco stores in Alexandria. The staff is pleasant and you may save as much as $5 per carton.

Well it pretty much speaks for itself... If you need some tobacco products park right in front of the store... jump in jump out, and leave.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! I called once and the guy in the store hung up on me. I called again twice and he didnt answer, so I called from a different number. He answered the phone this time and I stated to him that I wanted to buy some Drew Estate Cigars for my brothers wedding. He said, What do you want? Are you going to buy something or not because Im super busy with other customers. WORST D-BAG IVE DEALT WITH WHILE TRYING TO BE A PAYING CUSTOMER....

EXCELLENT prices, friendly customer-service; I dont know what parrallel dimension the other reviewers are living in, IF they even dealt with this store.....

HATE this place. Every time I try to come here, it’s within their listed hours but they are closed. All the lights are on and the open sign is lit up, but there’s a handwritten sign on the door that’s hard to see unless you’re out of the car and almost to the door. Such a stupid waste of time.

Very Very Poor customer service! The person that answered my call did not answer the phone by sayn the name of the business so I had to ask to ensure that I had the correct number & location, when verified i asked wether or not he had specific items in that I were inquiring about, he then got extremely irate because I could barely understand him. When he told me that he did have those products in i then ask for the prices. When told the prices I ask for him to repeat it to me because once again I could barely understand what he was sayn, he then yelled out to me the prices and hung the phone up abruptly before I could ask of their closing times. Iam very shocked at this kind of behavior & un-professionalism, Ive been coming to this store since it first opened its doors by the first owners back in 99 I believe and I have never experienced such rudeness & such poor customer service at that location ever; until now! Needless to say I will no longer be a customer there and its people like him that makes a business sink! Its very prudent that one rotten apple can spoil the whole bunch. Sn: customer service training should be a requirement for all employees for any kind of business... the customer is the primary factor of helping ur business succeed & believe it or not, we can help make u or we can be that X-Factor in breaking u!!! Im just sayn

This store would not accept cash - quarters. Really? Drove the 8 miles to Capital Cigar where the owner not only accepted my quarters, but asked to exchange the rest of my coin as it would save him a trip to the bank. Example of employee versus owner mentality.
