My family and I had an awesome experience at Rosenthal Chevrolet. Pricing was straight forward and Lloyd was great through the whole process. It did take a minute to get through the financing office and get everything signed, but it wasnt too bad. Were set up with an awesome vehicle and we will definitely be coming back for our next purchase.

There service department is absolutely unprofessional and does not have a sufficient operation flow between the workers and customers. I waited there for hours for a diagnosis. I’ve been to the dealership to have my car services for the life of my cars and have never waited for hours without being told anything. I got up to ask them what was the delay. They told me they are still running the diagnosis and that it won’t finish until the following day. The following day, hours pass and not one call. I call them and they have a diagnosis, already, but due to my service provider not being in, I never received a call informing me what the diagnosis was or if I wanted to move forward. Time has past with my car sitting there and it could have simply been worked on had I received a call. I tried to give this location a try but unfortunately, it will be my last trip here. I’ll stick with Fitzgerald. Unprofessional location!!!

Absolutely horrible service. After a coolant flush the service technician failed to the replace the cap and before the vehicle even reached DC the coolant had splashed out so much that the car overheated on I-395. Whats worse is that they didnt even offer to tow the vehicle, reimburse us for purchasing additional coolant to fill the tank in order to drive it back to the service center, or reimburse us for all of the taxis we had to take to and from to have the car serviced AGAIN. An incredible liability for a rookie mistake. I shouldnt even be paying for labor ($157.75 is the rate) considering how novice of a performance this was. They charged me for coolant three times ($22.83 + $22.83 + $30.98) on the bill and I still ended up having to go out and buy it myself.

Terrible and dishonest people at this dealership. They ruined our family weekend after months and months apart during the pandemic by making false promises and lying repeatedly about a care they had already sold. They refused to remedy their mistake and instead compounded it by misrepresenting another car as a higher trim level than it actually was AND then obscuring the price trying to add an additional thousand dollars after an agreement had been reached. The hours lost during a precious weekend can never be regained...truly sad people who have disrespected loved ones deeply. Avoid at all costs.

Negative stars would be the only fair review after what we experienced today. Before driving an hour from Baltimore to purchase an in stock new 2020 bolt, we were assured that a) the car was available b) of an out the door price and c) that we were 100% on the same page on the details of the transaction. We arrived an hour later and after a smile and a handshake from the salesperson we talked to on the phone we were told that the car had been sold earlier in the morning hours before our call took place. Rather than apologize when given multiple opportunities the excuse started to come one after another along with double talk and even blaming us! We exercised restraint but of course were furious. At the bare minimum we expected a straight forward acknowledgment and apology - but instead got 3 different versions of what happened and increasingly bizarre denials and deflections. Really sad. Then, they said they had a loaner car, and described it as a 2021 premier bolt they could offer us if we liked. We took a look and quickly noticed it was an LT not a Premier. We politely asked the salesperson pointing out that the features dont match a premier and he said “well it’s almost a premier” … we said it has no leather seats, no roof rack , etc… and the guy just laughed it off stating that we were really holding him to every word. Given what we had already gone through we found this truly remarkable and wondered out loud if we were on some kind of prank show or had wandered accidentally into a fake dealership being run by second rate comedians. We waited for a price for the used LT (with disgusting soiled seats, scratches and odd red marks in various places) and they suggested we pay 5k more for a used bolt than the new one they promised was in stock. After another 30 min they reduced the price to a level we agreed to and thinking we had reached a deal we agreed not to post a negative review (upon their request). Literally in the next moment, the manager attempted to add an additional 1000 dollars to the price and we walked - we had finally had enough. Of course we regret ever stepping foot in Rosenthal Chevy and advise you all to avoid this dealership. We suspect there car was actually still there as the manager threw the salesperson under the bus explaining that the price he promised us was too low and was made in error. The only commitment this place has is to utter dishonesty. So, if you want increased stress and anxiety then visit Rosenthal Chevrolet. Otherwise stay far far away. Absolute worst experience ever at a dealership...no other experience comes close. THE WORST!!!

Well I read the reviews and happy I chosed to have my own experience Lloyd has been extremely helpful even after my purchase. I agree with some of the views with the finance office was a bit aggressive to make you choose more additional fees but I have husband at home and when say nothing more but the vehicle then thats all folks

My wifes old car had been in our family for 17 years. Its almost impossible to find a new, base, all wheel drive midsize suv in NC. Most are going for right at msrp and there hardly any base vehicles around. After 3 months searching I finally found what we were looking for to replace it at Rosenthal Chevrolet in Virginia, around 350+ miles away. Its the year 2021, but they had the best price on a new 2020 Traverse LS AWD. I made contact with Sales Rep Lloyd Johnson, great guy, down to earth. He answered all my questions and I was ready to make the deal before I got to the dealership. Lloyd goes out of his way to treat people right. Very professional place. No pressure. Im guessing because its a 2020, they severely discounted it and I also got the manufacturer rebate. All total, it was over 8k off msrp! Drove 6 hrs to get the vehicle and price I wanted. Finance guy, Scott, surprised me with a lower rate than we originally planned on. Cant say enough about this place. Will certainly make the trip again when its time for another. If I had to say one not so great thing, and its not much, was that they wouldnt hold my vehicle with a deposit until the weekend. Would loved to have brought the family with me, pick up the car on Friday, and then would like to have spent the weekend in DC. But, I guess ya cant have it all. Still a fantastic buying experience.

Dishonest People in the Service department:Try to avoid this place if you can. You can’t trust the people in service department. They take full advantage of the fact that most of the time you don’t know what’s wrong with your vehicle and you don’t know what was done or not done to fix the vehicle.About a year ago I paid them for the alignment and they didn’t give me any print out. Their excuse was that the printer is not working right now. Knowing their track record I went to another place and asked them to check my vehicle’s alignment. The alignment had not been done. I went back and asked them to redo the alignment. They tried to blame it on the few miles I had driven in between going back and forth. Eventually, they performed the alignment.Last week I went to this place because my vehicle’s sunroof blinder wouldn’t close. A piece of plastic got stuck on the way. They charged me $157.50 the diagnostic fee. It was like if you have a nail in the tire and you go to this place. They say the whole tire is bad and we can replace it with a new tire for $1000. Yo say no and want to go to a different place. They charge you $157.50 the diagnostic fee. Something that was visible and it didn’t require any tools to figure out the problem, they charged me $157.50. Their diagnosis was to replace almost the entire sunroof for $1699.98.I bought the part myself for $47.11 and it took some nice person at SeatCo just 5 minutes to remove the stuck plastic and replace the new piece. They didn’t charge me anything. I watched the whole process; it was really simple.I still ended up using this place for other repairs and paid them $1396.04. This included changing the oil and the TECH: 1028 didn’t even reset the reading. The reading still says as if the oil needs to be changed. The oil does look new so I do think they changed it. They charged me $314.00 for an oil leak which I have no way of knowing whether that was done or not. They didn’t bother to show it to me.In the future, I intend to try my luck with a different dealership. I wonder if they believe that they can’t make a living through honest means. Or, they have become used to the dirty money so much that they can’t give it up?

This is regarding their service center.I mean - its a dealership service center. Unfortunately for those in that business, I didnt expect much (I wasnt exactly thrilled to be needing to go to the dealership - I could feel my bank account draining as I was making the appointment). I have 1 major problem with this place and that is communication. They had my truck for a week and a half (Tuesday thru Friday the next week). I recieved 2 phone calls during that time - 1 to say what the problem was and the 2nd to say the truck was ready. Not once during that time was I given an idea of how long the process would take. I ended up calling to check in a few times simply because I had no idea what was going on. If they had told me how long it would take and when they estimated it would be done I wouldnt have had to call them at all.Additionally, there is now a rattling noise behind the dash area, so Ill have to return for that. Obviously not thrilled, but again, my expectations were pretty low.The people there were nice, though. Friendly to work with. I think the place is just poorly managed/operated.

They flat out lie. They assured me that the recall on my vehicle was fixed and that the system just had not been updated to reflect the repair. That was 6 months ago. I just checked on GM website to once again see INCOMPLETE for recall status. Furious about this, not to mention getting irritated every time I think of the purchasing process they make you go through, wasting 6 hours of your day to take your money. This place is the worst!

Where do I start at I traded in my 2014 XDrive 750LI on 08-11-2021 for a 2017 Infiniti QX70 from Rosenthal Chevrolet about three weeks ago first the car didnt pass Md state inspection because of the break system, so I took the car back and spoke to Stephen Campbell reassured me on 08-22-2021, in person that he will rectify the break system issues in my perchased 2017 Infiniti QX70. He inform me that he will send the car over to the Infiniti dealer to repair the breaks system, in order to satisfy the title for the car. I took off work two different day because the dealer inform me that they will give me a loaner car each day that they had me to come out, while my car was being repaired at the Infiniti dealership. Well today is 08-30-2021 and the GMS inform me that I was not getting my car repaired and that Stephen Campbell didnt have the right to approve the repairs. Rosenthal Chevrolet knew that the break system needed repairs on the Infiniti and still sold the car to me and is refusing to fix it now. The next thing my credit union pay them for the Infiniti on 08-16-2021 thats when they cash the check and today is 08-30-2021 and my BMW is still not paid off yet so I am about to have to pay two car notes due to the Chevrolet dealer ship not paying off my car. I would never buy a car from them again

Old fashioned and traditional dealership practices. They have one price online, once you arrive it suddenly is 3K more but none of what they tell you is on the website. They told me they didnt have space on their website to list the additional information, if so, they need to create a new website that lists all pertinent information. Other dealerships are able to accomplish this just fine.Spent an hour at this location trying to get to their listed price, they refused, so I left. They did chase me to my car, but still wouldnt budge on price and they did follow up the next day at the listed price, but I had already crossed this dealership off my list, I recommend you try somewhere else as well. I had much better luck somewhere else and got a better deal, hopefully you can too.

My vehicle was broken on Friday night so they helped get my car towed to this Chevrolet dealership. So the next morning I was assisted by Nalleli Uchuya and she was extremely helpful. Even though it was a Saturday and it was planned to be given to me on Monday she managed to give it to me on Saturday. Very helpful.

My visit was ok but not great. Got a call from Henry about my inquiry on used Cadillac ATS. So when I arrived I asked for Henry who I found out later is the sales manager. He assigned me to someone else which was Lloyd. I saw the car and wanted see how much room was in the back seat. Once I decided I could fit in the back seat. I figured I could potentially move forward with the next purchase phase in my decision making the numbers. The 17.9k quickly went to 20.1k. What stood out to me was $899 dealer processing fee....when I asked what were they processing for $899.00 Henry laughed and said it was the Cost of Doing Business This ended my desire to purchase at this point.. then I asked what was the non tax fees of $395.00 for and I was told that this was title and registration fees. I figure if that is the case, then name it what it is instead ofhiding it under a general name. In my opinion, this was just $1300 dollars in created fees by the dealer. Note, the Rosenthal team were nice and courteous to me but their business practices are questionable in my opinion when it comes to fees and transparency. As a GM brand customer and I can say Rosenthal Chevy didnt earn my business today. They were explanation, 2k, and Maryland State Inspection away from a sale today.

This rating is for device department and service advisor Nalleli. They are super slow, level of customer service is very low, never answer phone. I dropped my car yesterday for diagnostic test the service advisor told me she will call me back with update tomorrow at 10:00am, now it’s 3:10pm I am keep calling the dealership to get status of my car finally after 1 hour keep calling somebody answer my call he said they didn’t check my car yet. I asked him to let me talk with my service advisor he said she on the lunch I asked for manager he said manager is on the meeting. No one is there to help me out here. They even don’t deserve 1 star rating. Be aware people who read my review don’t waist your time at this dealership when you can find better than them.

As a Chevrolet dealership, your service department should be top notch, Second to none. It is not. I needed an airbag module installed and calibrated to vin. Called yes we can do this 180$.... Take it in for my 9am appt to repeat myself get charged 361.50 to installl/ calibrate. Get a call at 12 saying light is still on 180 more dollars to diagnose. So I say hold on ill pick it up and see first. See what they did. Well I have 13 airbag codes one of which improper serial data. Which means go figure they didnt do what I asked.Followed up immediately to be told managers to busy. Service reps dont have a clue.

Got my battery replaced thirty eight months ago and it died on me, after replacing it with a new one I called them and even told them that it says on the face of the battery “42 MONTHS FREE REPLACEMENT” they still said that it was impossible to check it unless it was on the vehicle. The auto parts stores can check anything without it. They lost my business after SEVEN YEARS!!

Customer service is TRASH and takes entirely to long to. Beware to anyone that lives out of VA of buying a car from here, I purchased a vehicle and asked them if I would pass my state inspection, I was assured that I would past. I failed my inspection because the tints were to dark and the tires were severely worn out, I called and spoke to the manager and told me that he couldn’t replace the tires and not to mention that both my keys doesn’t work, I also have to pay another $80 for an inspection. I NEVER HAD SUCH A TERRIBLE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. P.S I still have not received my hard copy tags, but every time I call the dealership I can never get in touch with the finance manager, it’s not even option to leave a voicemail anymore.

I had an appointment for Saturday 5/29. I booked it thru the app for Oil Change, tire rotation, 37,500 service, and a diagnostic for my entertainment screen for a 2017 Tahoe because it keeps glitching. Upon dropping my vehicle off at my appointment time I was greeted by Marsaughn. He was kind and well mannered. He asked what I was expecting done today, and he stated he wasnt sure if the techs would be able to run a diagnostic on my entertainment screen. Then they young lady next to him jumped in and said we can’t do it. We are busy today unless you want to wait until 4pm when we close. I stated that was fine (due to the distraction of my entertainment system glitching.) I would just walk down the street to get my nails done while I wait. Around 215, I receive a phone call stating they cannot do the diagnostic and asked if I could bring it back the week of 6/1. I stated I could not do week days; I work M-F 8-5. I have to do it on the weekends. So I scheduled for 6/5. I walked back to the dealership and waited another hour. It is now 4pm so I go to Mr. Marsaughn and ask what the status was since they would be closing in 2 mins. He stated that they didnt even do my oil change because they were busy but I could come 6/5 and get a free oil change. I stated I had a scheduled appointment and that I didnt understand why my oil wasnt even done at the very least. Then the young lady next to him once again jumped in with we only have three service techs.I don’t understand how this is the customers fault, maybe if you know that you are understaffed, don’t allow so many appointments to be booked. Or that morning call the customer and tell them you have to reschedule their appointment so you do not waste their entire day. I spent my entire day at Chevy and NOTHING was done to my vehicle. I completely wasted a Saturday and missed time with my family when I had an appointment. Yes- they offered me a free oil change; however, I will not be returning. I will go out of my way to a different Chevy dealership where customer service is upheld and appointments are honored. I could have went anywhere for an oil change but I specifically made an appointment here because of my glitching entertainment system. This Chevy dealership was convenient because it is within a mile and a half of my house but it has completely went downhill since switching from Page to Rosenthal.There is no need for the “standard basic response” as left below all the other one star-2 star reviews, just for you to check your block. If you intend on actually rectifying the situation then a phone call is welcome.

BEWARE!! This is the worst dealership ever!! They are dishonest and rude!!! Brought our vehicle to this dealership for service because yet again the AC had stopped working. The problem has persisted since it was purchased new!! They said they would call us in 1-2 hours once they look at the vehicle. There was no communication from them for over a day. They then refused to cover it under warranty and said it would be a $1500 repair--mind you this is the 3rd time the exact same repair was needed in a few years. We told them we were not going to pay for a repair and went to pick up the vehicle. At that time, they told us we could not have our vehicle until we paid a charge of over $250. We were never told they were doing anything with our vehicle that would incur a charge, and we never gave authorization for them to do anything to our vehicle that would incur a cost. The service representative and general manager, were rude, dishonest and their business practices unethical! I would advise anyone considering have their vehicle serviced at this location to reconsider and look elsewhere. Friends dont let friends buy chevy and definitely dont them use this dealership.

I Bought my car from Page Chevrolet in March 2020, Within a month it became Rosenthal Chevrolet and I’ve had nothing but issues . My cars sunroof was defective which took 2 months of back and forth for them to finally fix it and then they kept my car for a month to repair. When I purchased the car I was promised free oil changes for a calendar year . I had my first oil change in July . I arrived today @ 9am for my appointment and was informed that my year of oil changes have expired because my car is a 2019 however I bought this 2019 car new in March 2020 . So I was informed that today I would have to pay 89.99. When you go on their website it’s 79.99 including a tire rotation. I’m paying 89.99 just for an oil change . It’s now 12pm and I’ve been sitting here since 9am so it will probably take another hour. If you are looking for efficient service and integrity don’t waste you time coming to ROSENTHAL CHEVROLET in Alexandria, Va.

My first Chevy; bought used at a Ford dealer but I wanted Chevy techs to give it a once-over and regular maintenance. Rosenthal was closest to my house so decided to go there. Online service booking was SOOO easy and I got regular appointment reminders. Service Desk team and tech (Anibal Benitez)) did a GREAT job taking care of me and my Spark. Only wish was a decent waiting area, but you can blame COVID for that. Been to many dealerships in my time walking this Earth; this has been the best..

Disappointed with my service. I was not pleased to find out after I paid for an oil change and tire rotation the tire rotation wasnt done. I guess they must think customers dont pay attention. I was hesitant to bring it up to their attention, but since they carelessly left their tool in my car I decided to inform the service advisor. The tire rotation got done and I waited another 30 mins and with no care they told me my car was parked outside. They couldnt even bring my car back up to me through the service line. SMH.

What a joke of a place. Save your time, money and energy. I was there for a scheduled interview that got rescheduled and was confirmed for 1 pm. Showed up on the dot. Walked in. No one greeted me or said anything. They did not acknowledge a potential client or an employee walking in. After 5 minutes and asking around and Mentioning that I had a scheduled interview. The sales person hands me an application to fill out. After filling out the application and turning it in I was told someone will see me In about 15 minutes. 30 minutes went by and I asked again they said 5 more minutes and were clueless to who was going to to do the interview. Last but not least the guy I turned my application to had this smirk and was judging me based on how I looked.Terrible management.Horrible customer service.Stay away or find out for yourself.First impression is everything, that is my honest opinion.

Took my car there when I was driving and there where problems with my car first time they said they couldnt find anything wrong with the car ok. Second time, some problems but this time check engine light came on now its the battery now I just brought that battery 3 months ago. This morning my 2019 Chevrolet Traverse would not start. Had to take to dealer. Dropped off this morning around 11 am. The service advisor told me the diagnostic fee was $189. She took my information and said they would give me a call. 6 hours later and repeated phone calls to service with no response, I went up to dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. When I went into service Dept they just said somebody would be with me. After 15 to 20 minutes the service manager told me the earliest they could get it in the shop was next Tuesday. I asked why nobody told me this earlier. I need my car today not next Tuesday. Would not recommend this dealership/service to anybody.

Ok. So I bought a truck here. First I put in my info on their website. Wilbur was my salesman(he is very chill and only tries to make sure you are happy), and I did all the price negation with Henry, the manager(kind of guy that is going to make sure you are taken care of). He was quick and complete with his emails, detailing all fees and payment options. Then I set up the appointment for the following day. He got me the keys put on a dealer tag and I test drove the truck on my own. Great experience. Still very excited to be an owner of a new Chevy Silverado!

Horrible customer experience with the service department. I brought my car in for a check engine light and was told it might take an hour and a half. No problem, I’ll wait. 3 hours go by sitting in the waiting room without a single update. I asked the guy at the service desk to let me know how much longer it was going to be, clearly frustrated. Another half an hour goes by and he had not yet gone into the shop to check and report back to me so I have to ask him for a second time to give me an update. He reports back that after 3 and a half hours they have yet to determine what was wrong and aren’t sure how much longer it might be, maybe an hour (an obvious random guess). Not good enough. I ask for a third time that I need to know now about how much time this was going to take so I can decide whether to stay or leave so I don’t waste another minute here. He talks to the technician and magically/conveniently they found the problem just then, need to order a part for it that won’t be in until Tuesday, so my car won’t be ready today. So after spending 4 hours here I’m told to leave (with a loaner) and come back another day. Not even an apology. If I had been appropriately informed of the time upfront I wouldn’t have waited around.And to add icing on the cake, I go to pick up my car and they try charging me $500 more than I was quoted on labor. Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service! Wanted to have 4 tires changed on my corvette, called to ask if I could order the tires myself and bring them in for installation and was told no, I was told I would have to order the tires via Rosenthal Chevrolet.So brought the car in and told this to the service guy and his response was that person does not know what he/she is talking about. Was already there so decided to order 4 tires with Rosenthal Chevrolet. Was told the front tires would arrive and be installed the next day and the rear tires would arrive in 4 days. Was told I could pick up the car the next day and return it when the rear tires arrived.Next day received no update call from them, so I called and was told there was a delay, front tires would be ready in 1 additional day. An additional day passed with yet again no update call from them, so I called and was told service department is busy and will call you back. No one returned my call. 3 days passed since my initial visit with no update call, so I called and was told the same thing. 4 days passed with no update call, so I called again and was told the same thing.On day 5 I did not call at all to see if anyone would call me with an update, no one ever called. On day 6 still no update call, so I called again in the morning and was told my tires arrived the day before and will be installed and ready in the afternoon, was also told the tires would be washed. That is a total of 6 days with noone ever calling to give me an update on anything with my car.So I get there and pay a total of around $1600 and I am told the service guy will bring my car to me. Service guy walks around the complex twice then tells me he cant find the car, then asks if I could help him identify my keys which are stored in a lockbox. Keys were not in the lockbox, so he walks around the complex 1 more time then heads to the service desk to talk to staff. He then comes back to me and lets me know my tires are currently being washed. After a few minutes he brings the car to me and tells me my tires were not washed. He tells me the guy responsible for washing them did not do so and therefore he is going to talk to management. At that point I told the service guy thank you but forget about it, I asked for my keys and I left.So in summary I spent over $1600 and 6 days without ever receiving an update call for what I thought was a simple tire replacement. Never experienced such horrible communication and never thought a tire swap could be so chaotic. Not sure whats going on at Rosenthal Chevrolet but hope they improve service standards and communication for their future customers. Wanted to return for an oil change but I can only image what that experience would be like.

On November 6, 2020, I purchased 2020 Chevrolet Malibu from you, and the old car on the link is being traded to you. According to the car purchase agreement, you should pay $14,199 to PNC Bank, my second-hand car loan bank, but PNC Bank received nearly $13,700. The second question, I transfer the old car license plate to the new car, and then you charge me the price of the normal license plate, tell me the extra money will be refunded to me, now I want to know when you will send it out to check the two amounts give to me? I had an issue where my car was making weird noises. I took it to Lindsey and they said nothing was wrong. I knew something was wrong. I then went to Rosenthal Chevy in Alexandria and right away my technician Kareem Aly was able to pinpoint the issue and he was able to get my warranty to cover all the costs. Antonio my service advisor was top notch as well. All in all, I can say I had one of the best experiences ever. My car is driving amazingly and no noises. He replaced the pistons and engine lifters and camshaft as well. Kareem was able to do what the other dealerships could not. I recommend not only rosenthal, but specifically Kareem Aly.

Wilbur and Tony are great salesmen who are very professional and know how to treat people, know their technical stuff and do not pressure you to buy like some car salesman do. We had such a pleasant experience that in spite of not intending to get a car that night ended up coming home in a new SUV! The manager Shawn was also very helpful.

Poor customer service. Had promised for a week prior to.purchasing to provide 2nd key at their cost at a minimum. After a week of asking, they came back with a quote which was totally not their cost. Additionally, inadvertent texts from the finance manager were sent to me complaining that I kept asking for something promised before buying the car and that I was not normal for asking for this.. Very unprofessional. I will never go back to them for anything at all. Additionally, they have me the with little to no gas. The car was o my a quarter of a tank full of gas. Worse customer experience ever. Go to any other dealership but Rosenthal

Azamy is the worst manager you will ever meet or have to deal with! In asking for some help in dealing with a recurring issue with their finance/accounting department (it has taken months for a payoff to reach my bank, I have sent multiple emails, called multiple times, gone through many employees, and all the while Im paying interest) I finally get Azamy a manager on the phone. He screamed at me, yelled at me, cut me off as I was speaking, and told me now you may speak. I have never experienced service like this before, but I would not recommend going to this dealer if you want to be treated with respect. The general manager is a good person that is trying hard, but Azamy is the worst person you will ever have to deal with. The finance/accounting department needs some serious work and you will definitely pay extra interest while they figure out how to get your payoff amount to your bank.

I should of know better when I called the dealership for an appointment and the service department refused to book me for a Saturday appointment. Told me it was first come first serve starting at 8am and that the wait could be a couple hours. So I went online an booked an appointment no problem.Second problem, they refused to accept my warranty/service plan because I didn’t buy the car from their dealership. That’s fine. But it was $60 for an oil change! Literally highway robbery.Third, when I asked the woman at the front desk if I could leave and be called when the car was finished she refused and said it would simply be ready when I got back.Fourth, I never learned who my mechanic was and when I returned the only thing they gave me was the inspection paperwork informing me of a coolant leak but I couldn’t get a single person to explain to me more about the problem at hand.Not to mention after further inspection of the car they failed to refill any of the fluids in my car leaving me with an incredibly low coolant tank.Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else. I have never had this little communication or help at a Chevy dealership in all my life.

Quick update why am i changing the rating from 1 start to 4. My last experience with the dealer was not a good one. After speaking with the new service manager (Damian) I decided to give them a second chance. My second service experience exceeded my expectations. It was good to hear from them after a bad experience. Thanks Damian for making this possible. I definitely using them for future service.I really hate to do this , i mean having to write a review to say how disappointed you are about a place is not a good thing to do. But anyways i had a flat tire last Thursday Sept 3rd and i came to this dealership thinking it was gonna be ok since i bought the vehicle in here so at the beginning it was nice the service guy was really friendly but that was just the beginning of my nightmare. So i left my vehicle and i was told it’s was going to be ready by Friday Sept 4 and guess what its Sept 9 and i still have to wait outside for another hour because its not ready yet, the worst thing is that i had to be calling them to get an update about my vehicle i did not get any answer so I left few voicemails till i finally got a call back so I Decided to Come to the dealer and now i’m here waiting for my vehicle. I’m really upset . I really hope I don’t have to comeback to this place anymore.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! After 3 days of spending all day at this dealership the deal is finally complete. The blatant disrespect of of a customers time was very evident. Not only did it take that long, the dealership failed to put a full tank of gas in the brand new vehicle my mother purchased. They also failed to properly detail the vehicle. I understand that it’s raining but the inside should have still been vacuumed properly.Also, the finance department needs to properly train their employees and specifically their finance manager in business etiquette. My mother and I were the only customers in the dealership at the time and we could hear him yelling very angry from his desk across the hall to his new trainee multiple times.Buying a car is SUPPOSED to be a good experience, but this was by far our worst experience to date. If you live in this area please know what your walking into and probably choose another dealer for your car buying options!!!

Patrick was willing to go above and beyond to find me a car that meets my needs. I had always thought buying a car could be scary. I was nervous that I would spend too much money. Purchased our new Tahoe from here and the experience was painless. The staff was polite and thorough. Just completed our complimentary first oil change on 3/7/2020. Again staff was polite but the wait for an oil change is ridiculous (90min). Granted every dealership I’ve been to is like that but it’s a pain to have to black out that much of your day for an oil change.

Amazing customer service by Glenda. Her warmth and charm over the phone is the main reason, why I decided to bring my vehicle to Page for service.I am really thinking about getting a new truck. UPDATE: He has now been fired. Top grossing employee in his department. And all because he didn’t want to expose anyone to COVID.Rosenthal Chevy had a COVID outbreak last weekend... they told their employees to test themselves and have taken no extra precautions/cleaning of their building. My fiancé told them on Monday he wasn’t feeling good then later that day they told everyone about the positive case. Turns out he worked in close proximity with this person. On Thursday we both got tested and last night he had a fever! If he doesn’t show up for work Monday, even though the health department told him not to go to work while waiting on results, he is considered abandoning his job!! So just remember before you go in their they don’t care about your safety or health!!! They don’t care about ours or our families!!!

Jimmy in finance had us in and out with our paperwork quickly, and was also very helpful in answering and addressing any questions we had. I wanted to write a quick review about Page Chevrolet. I took my car in for routine service and we had a little shaky start. Just to be clear---it was just a few logistical issues with parts. But thanks to Glenda in service all went well. We completed the service, ordered a part, and there was no drama.I want to step forward and say Glenda could not have been nicer or more compassionate. I had a family emergency, she got me my car quickly and helped me move along quickly. The service was excellent as well. My girlfriend and I were broken down Thursday while on a 10 hour road trip and had our Chevy Trax towed here. They were able to get it up and running the next morning even though we didnt have an appointment. Their urgency to get us back on the road made the trip so much better. Ive been to this dealership multiple times and Im disappointed about something everytime. They never have loaner cars yet when I get there, someone else is picking up loaner. This most recent time (2 days ago) I went for a simple oil change that was buy one and get one free. I liked the deal so thats what I got along with a tire rotation. The customer service was great and they answered my questions. HOWEVER, Im no longer comfortable with them touching my vehicle. I was left waiting 30 minutes for them to tell me a check engine light turned on because no one knew to reset the engine oil level after changing my oil...yet theyre GM certified. Another time they forgot to attach a hose or something and my car wouldnt go higher than 45 mph. Im just going to have to find another Chevy dealership

This place is frustrating to deal with for service. If you choose to fill out an appointment request online, you have to go through absolutely everything again when you drop the car off. Theyre not expecting you, they dont know why youre there, they dont have anyone waiting to give you a lift if youve requested it. Its pointless.I had to wait nearly an hour after dropping the car off to get a ride to work (5 miles away). Luckily the gentleman they finally found to take me was wonderful - professional, friendly, and efficient. He alone got this place a second star, otherwise it would have been one.The service adviser called me to get permission to do the work, but when I asked for an estimate he had to hang up and call me back with it. Why do you call without all the pertinent information at hand? I gave permission, but after that I never heard back. I had to call to find out my car was ready. No one called me, and I have no idea how long it was waiting ready before I called them.This service department it conveniently located, but I will be avoiding it if possible from now on. Id rather take the time to go somewhere else.

After a 2 hour drive to close on the car, we were greeted with a price two thousand dollars more than quoted. Four hours later, the car was closed for the original agreed upon price, which had been sent to us in emails. As a loyal GM customer I was amazed that this type of business is conducted. I only hope that someone in Detroit read this email. I am available for follow up. This is nothing that I have ever experienced with any GM dealership in western NY.

Brought my 2014 Chevy Volt(60,000 miles) in because heater wasnt working, $820 to fix, paid and approved the repair, notified that the car was ready, picked up the car after shop hours, got in the car and the heater still wasnt working, brought the car back a few days later, a bill for an additional $1300 to fix the heater was presented, I had lost confidence in their ability and took my car home.

The service staff is GREAT! The service bay and all areas around the service department is very clean and organized. I first came to PAGE CHEVROLET in Alexandria when the service stabilitrack indicator came on in my 2007 Suburban. They diagnosed the problem and fixed everything necessary within 2 days and I was back on the road. The price tag was a lot cheaper than I expected. Chester, the service agent I worked with, was very informative and gave me options when there was one. The following week I had to go back in for a different problem which happens when you have an 11 year old vehicle I had to have some electrical things replaced to make my aftermarket automatic steps work properly. Again Chester, went above and beyond to help, he kept me informed of everything and explained what needed to be. He was easy to work with and had a great attitude. The mechanic was also very thorough in his work and also came out to speak with me to keep me informed of what was going on. All of the service staff is warm and friendly and try to help one another when needed to make sure all customers are helped and comfortable while waiting for their vehicle.

I bought a car from this location and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! I would recommend this location to my closest friends and family. My sales consultant, Gabriel, was knowledgable, personable, and honest. He made sure to listen, help me make an informed decision, and ultimately found me the perfect car! Along with his other team members like Sean and Jimmy, it was clear to me that this location wants to do more than make a sale. I went a couple of times for my car service (to change breaks and to have a periodic oil change). On all visits I satisfied with their professionalism and fast service. The wait time on all times were reasonable and had on the same day service, which I didnt get easily from my previous long time service center in the same area. Worst service department I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Dishonest and incompetent. Turned the car in on a Monday. Heard nothing for 3 day. My wife called and was left on hold for extended period before she gave up. Called again later. Mechanic said it would be done by tomorrow (Thursday). Called on Thursday and again was put on hold. Called again service department promised to call back with an update. Never did. On Friday I called. Mechanic promised me it would be fixed by noon on Saturday. I called at 2:00 p.m. and was again put on hold without response. I drove to the dealership to find that nothing has been done to the car after six days in the shop. I took my car to another dealership.
