Im traveling from NY for my Daughters AAU basketball tournament at the Gaylord convention Center and discovered I had a defective tire. After calling around all morning I ended up back at Just Tire. Wes Brown was most informative and helpful.He actually had the tires he quoted. Got me in and tires replaced and back on the road to make my daughters 230 game. I wound up coming in for a tire repair only to find out about a new problem that basically required total tire replacement. Not sure how I feel about this.Update: its been about six months, and all four of the tires have started to persistently leak. Just avoid this place.

Got all 4 tires and my e breaks fixed here and 100% would recommend this place to everyone.

Place is a joke, after placing an apointment with 1 week notice you still gotta wait hours to just get one tire replaced.

They did the repair the same day I scheduled it in short time. The people were very friendly, which is a plus, but most importantly they kept me aware of the progress and cost the whole repair, which was extensive. Special thanks to Ed who did the work. He went out of his way to see how he could make the repairs more affordable. Great job by the whole team.

Got a flat tire on Christmas Eve with guests coming into town and my wife 39 weeks pregnant, so I was glad that Just Tires was open and was able to work my my car right away. The price for the tires was great - about the same as the best price online - and they even grilled me a hot dog while I was waiting. I saw them take a nail out of another customer’s tire and not charge them anything. Only downside is that it took about 2 hours to get all four tires replaced (and a free checkup).

Honestly, dont know what to say.So, I came with a nail in my tire, almost on the edge, where I pretty much understood they wont fix it and will try to get me some new tires.The major problem is that the mechanic who worked on my car when putting back my wheel screw extremely tight the secret bolt and when I went to another shop to try and fix it, they noticed at the very begging showing me that, they tried with the gun a little bit and then they understood that it will brake, so they tried with hands and, of course, they broke it. They broke the key for the secret screws, leaving the thread in the bolt(so no key and no bolt anymore) and all because the nice guy mechanic didnt do his job professionally(those bolts never screw tight)The mechanic working on my car was nice guy, but not professional, but the other guys(2 at the front desk) like didnt understood what is happening and were always looking on me like their were lost in space, didnt help me at all and didnt advice anything. It seems like they were waiting just to sell me something(some tires), because I came with a nail in my tire..So, the major problem is that the mechanic screwed up. I went to another shop after Just Tires and the guys even didnt take the tire off, they found it underneath, asked me couple questions and said: No, like next shop who did the same, but said they would try to fix it in different ways.Spent gas going to Just Tires and have issues with bolt and the key(going and finding a set, because they dont sell just key and one bolt).Will Just Tires come with some refund, dont think so :(Watch out, folks...!

Has been my go-to tire place FOREVER. I have an active fleet of cars and delivery vans - they have the best deals on the best tires every time. And they are efficient and quick. I make and appt, I drop off the car, 60 mins later its ready. Dont waste your time and money other places.

Dropped my car off to get tires rotated and they told me I needed an alignment. I told them to go ahead, figuring they wouldnt lie about it but when I went to pick up the car, they gave me an alignment report that showed all my wheels within tolerance and barely modified before and after. I asked the woman working at the desk and she paged a tech to come explain the report to me as she said she didnt understand it. He never came in but eventually she found a different report she said was the correct one which showed the wheels in tolerance before and out of tolerance after. I pointed this out and she claimed that the section clearly labeled front wheels was the before and the one labelled rear wheels was the after. Obviously not the case. Im not going to argue with her over 90 bucks and had already spent more time there than I wanted to but I was surprised that they wouldnt at least be better at lying to their customers.

What a find! We bought tires and a new muffler. The service, quality, and general friendliness were superb, which was amazing since their prices were also the best in the area. Ordered a tire at 8:30 am through the manager and made a 3:30 pm appointment to have the tire installed, and have all tires balanced and rotated. I show up af 3:30 and the tire was not there. Front desk guy decided to tell me it won’t be there until 5:00 pm but can’t install it until tomorrow as “there are other people in front of us at that time.” Don’t know how it can be possible to be that lazy or treat a customer that poorly. Dealership only charged 10 bucks more for the same services.

Can’t say anything about the service, as I didn’t get that far. I made a 4:30 appointment for an oil change and the online booking portal estimated an hour for the job. At 5:00PM they had not even moved my car into the shop, let alone starting changing the oil. What’s the point of an appointment?

I am so grateful to have found this place, and particularly grateful for Tory and Robert. I got a flat tire late Sunday afternoon and thankfully a mechanic stopped to help me put on the spare. It was a good thing too, because the guy who last rotated my tires had cross threaded two of the lug nuts and they had to be busted off.On Monday I had the two broken wheel studs replaced and had my tire plugged. On Tuesday I drove the nearly 40 miles to my work. After work, I was loading my car and noticed a bulge in the sidewall of the plugged tire. A quick online search revealed that this can be extremely dangerous and result in a blowout.I immediately searched online for a nearby place that sold Goodyear tires and found Just Tires. The only problem was that they closed in less than 20 minutes. I called and asked if they had my tire in stock so it could be replaced. Tory said they were closing soon and I could leave the car, but I explained that I don’t live close by and needed the car to get home. My GPS said I was 2 Miles/10 minutes away, so he told me to come quickly and they would wait for me.When I arrived I showed them the tire and they agreed that it needed to be replaced. Robert put the new tire on and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. I apologized for keeping them there after closing time, but Tory said that he felt good having waited for me after seeing the condition of the tire. I am so thankful that they waited for me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tires.

I had a small nail in my tire. they sold me a new tire. yes my tire was under warranty but I ended up paying 40.00 for a new tire. the service was horrible. the store manager JIM BRINK is very rude, did I mention very rude. He has horrible customer service. This is the wrong business for him to be in with his type of attitude. this will be the last time I give them any of my money. im not a happy customer. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE.

Horrific customer service. Do not go here. Went in to get a flat repaired. Prior to even evaluating if the flat could be repaired they tried to sell me new tires. When I declined, they offered to sign me up for a new credit card to assist in paying for the tires. When I asked of they could just repair the flat and let me go on my way, they were highly offended and not happy to do so. It took me close to 3 hours to get a flat repaired.

Great place! Had my brakes, alignment, end tire rods, and serpentine belt serviced over the past year. The price matched exactly the estimate. The amount of time to work on the vehicle was minimal. Their wifi worked with excellence and was free. The lounge is clean and the staff is very friendly. Honest service for an honest price in my experience.

We came in last minute with loose/missing lugnuts after what was most likely an interrupted attempt at tire theft. They took care of us quickly and wished us a safe trip home, no charge! They were very sweet and accomodating and we appreciated their help!

The guy in the front office had a very inviting demeanor. He tried to rip me off by charging me twice the average rate. What a shame. Ive always believed in doing good business but Im ashamed to say my experience at Just Tires was not positive. You would definitely do better and get the most bang for your buck by going to J.C. New & Used Tires which is only a half block north.

I went in on a busy day before the storm and they still took care of me quickly. Great service, answered all my questions, and gave me options. I will definitely go back again.

I had a small nail in my tire and they told me that it was irreparable and went on to try to sell me two tires. I went to the tire shop next door to them and they patched my tire in 10 minutes for only $10. Its no bueno when a business blatantly tries to take advantage of you.

Called an made an appointment (same day service) for a synthetic oil change with tire rotation. Service was quick and affordable and the staff was very friendly, no complaints.The tech. suggested a coolant flush but was not pushy about the service, I will be back again.

Ive happily come here for almost 20 years and last time they had no record of us and the car now makes a disconcerting squeak

Great place! Very helpful amd knowledgeable . was supposed to leave my car overnight but they squeezed me in , did a great job and had great conversation in the mean time.

The only issue I have is they didnt have there count updated in there computer system. They said they had the tires in Stock. Once the old tires were off it was. We are sorry we dont have those. But we have them in another store. At lest they are nice enough to have them sent from one of there other stores. And they need to teach their employees how to reset the tps. They told me to drive it and it would reset. The correct way to rest is hit the rest button and let air out or add air till the horn honks for each tire. Starting on the front drivers side and moving in clockwise rotation are the car.

Had an 8 am appointment. They hadnt even started working on a car they had promised was ready yesterday. Was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Left.Received a response to the above with a file number and a toll-free number to call. Was on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up .

Friendly and fast install of four tires I bought online. Parked the car at 7am, left around 8. They had coffee and tv in rhe waiting room.

I pulled in there with two flat tires that needed valve stems. At first they said they could fix them in an hour, but then the told me to wait. The job was done in fifteen minutes, for $18 and change. I was happy to have that job behind me.

Scheduled an oil change for a Thursday and there was a mix up. They left a voice mail to cancel and when I called back to reschedule a different employee told me to come back in. When I did I was told they had no one to change my oil so I had to come back tomorrow. When I came back that Friday Mustafa knocked off 25 percent for the miscommunication. Great service and I would highly recommend you take your business there.

WORST PLACE TO GO TO. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT THIS PLACE PARTICULAR BUT THE OVERALL COMPANY AS A WHOLE . HAD AN ISSUE AND BESIDES RESOLVING IT ONLY MADE IT WORST. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. LONG WAITS AND RIDICULOUS PRICES, AND QUITE FRANKLY LIES.

Great shop, I had a noice coming from the back somebody told me that it might be from the tires. I went there and they replaced the needed tires with minimal wait time.

They tried to rip me off!!! My tire was flat and I asked him to look at it to see if I just needed the patch. He looked at it without even taking it off and told me I needed a new tire that mine couldnt be fixed, $230 installed. I told him find me a different brand that fit that was cheaper. Said he had one for $160 but I had to buy two. I said I only need one! He said well maam thats how we sell these and you dont have a choice, it is all we have. I said the hell with that I do have a choice I can go somewhere else. I dont have to settle for this and I grabbed my keys and left. Went to Beltway Tires in Alexandria and not only was a new tire only $112, not $230, but he actually took the time to check my actual tire and noticed I only needed a patch. $30 and done!!! Just Tires ought to be ashamed of themselves. And I bet it was because I am a woman.

I was scheduled an appointment for wheel alignment in the morning. I was arrived on time and waited more than 2 and half hours to get started.

Got a nail in my tire and it was close enough to the sidewall that they could not patch it. They told me I could go somewhere where they plug tires. They offered me a quote on a new tire but did not do the hard sell.
