I had to find a body shop when someone did a hit and run and dented the front and side of my brand new car. East Coast Collision came recommended from my insurance company. It took only two days to schedule a visit, and when I brought in my car they were able to finish the repairs in under a week. My poor little car looks like it used to look again; they did a great job getting it back to as-new! Not only that, but they gave me a little bottle of touch-up paint for future use, which was great!Super friendly and Covid-19 compliant staff, who treated me like a valued customer and basically just took care of everything - including helping me get a rental set up/pick up from the rental place for while they kept my car. Pretty much as pain free as can be, and my car looks like nothing happened. Well done, highly recommended.

I was involved in a hit and run crash. I took the vehicle to East Coast Collision for repairs. From the beginning of the experience, the customer service was great. Rafi answered all my questions, detailed what needed to be done for the repair, and made this ordeal effortless for me. I was informed of every step of the repair process along the way. The vehicle was restored and looks brand new again. East Coast Collision does outstanding work and has top-notch customer service.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! I got into a car accident and my insurance company told me to come here to get my car fixed. When I walked in, the were super nice and talked to me like they were happy I was there. They made the process very easy, they came out to look at my car and gave me all the information I needed and made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with them. They were ON POINT about calling me and giving me updates on my car every step of the way and would leave a VM if I didnt answer. Once I came to pick up my car (which took less than a full week), they were, again, very nice and happy to see me and gave me all the info. Even when I called to ask questions, they were so eager to help and made me feel like I could ask anything and theyd help. I also thought their prices were amazing!

I would definitely recommend East Coast Collision to anyone looking for a quality body shop. They were a preferred body shop through my insurance and they did not disappoint. My car was fixed in less then a week. Their customer service was top notch and their workmanship was quality. I really appreciated their level of communication from greeting guests on a first and last name basis to the updates through the process. I was out of the country and they still called with updates and even offered to email me if that was preferred. The unexpected add bonus was the interior car detail and bottle of touch up paint. My worn down 2006 Honda looked better then when I dropped it off. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

I did not work with ECC, but I wish I could have. They were backed up (good sign?) And didnt meet my timeline needs. I had the pleasure of chatting with Rafi on the phone and through email. Even though my repairs weren’t major, my car was ready earlier than expected and they made sure they called about any updates with my car. This place is AWESOME. The customer service is the bomb!!! My car was in an accident and they fixed it and you can not tell anything ever happened to my car. It was fixed quickly and they kept me informed every single step of the way. I didn’t have to do anything but drop it off and pick it up. When I picked it up, it had bees detailed and was super clean.

Got rear-ended and chose them because they were the nearest State Farm body shop. They did a fantastic job; the back half of my car looks brand new. And they finished more than a week ahead of schedule. Great experience from making an appointment to driving out, cant recommend them highly enough.

Ive neglected to leave these guys a great review. I drive a 2004 Focus SVT and had some damage to my rocker panel. I took my car to these guys and they were professional from the get go. The work they did was impeccable. They are outstanding. They even washed my car before I picked it up. My car had damage to it by another vehicle. I brought it in and the employees at East Coast collision were professional and courteous. The estimate was fair. The work done was fantastic! My car looked brand new! They did great work at a reasonable price! I would highly recommend them!!

They went the extra mile. Fixed my bumper after a small fender bender and noticed the exhaust hanger was damaged, fixed that up too. Car feels and sounds like i just bought it . 5 stars

These folks were immaculate professionals and handled every step promptly and with kindness. My car was towed away from an accident by a truly repugnant towing company and East Coast Collision managed to wrest it away from them on a Friday afternoon when the tow place was hell-bent on keeping it over the weekend to rack up storage fees. Then when I stopped by to empty out my totaled vehicle, they were quick and very understanding. Lovely people, really glad to have worked with them during a difficult week.

I used East Coast Collision, Inc. to repair the body of my car after an accident. I found them because they partner with my insurance and were close to where I live. I am very happy that I chose them.They were friendly, responsive, and professional. They kept me updated on everything and gave me realistic timelines. They actually fixed the car a few days faster than anticipated!When I came to pick it up, I saw that my car was vacuumed and cleaned. It was in better shape than when I dropped it off. They had also given me a tiny bottle of my pair color to have, in case I have tiny nicks or scrapes that tend to appear when you live in a city. It was a nice touch!All in all, 5 stars! I would use them again and will definitely recommend to friends!

This was by far the best experience Ive had at an auto body shop. Insurance wasnt going to cover the damage, so I came to Rafi with a $2500 budget. He was the first one I found that not only was willing to do partial work (just fix the most important parts, nothing aesthetic) to meet my budget, but he worked with me to bring the price down even further. After he gave me a quote, he never changed it, which Ive experienced a lot. And he completed the work in just a few days, ahead of schedule. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Horrible customer service. Unrealistic timelines for repair. I tried to offer to pay ahead so parts could be preordered to shrink the quoted repair timeline of 7-10 days. I needed my car, and the rep just rudely replied that no good auto body shop would be able to do the repairs in less time, which is a lie.Use another auto body shop.

These guys are on top of it! Unfortunately I’ve had to have my car taken care of for collision issues multiple times in my 20 years in the DMV. It’s always been a nightmare, including working with my dealership. They were amazingly communicative, honest, and super fast. My car now looks like brand new. Considering how crazy things have been it was nice to have one less worry on my plate. I hope I never have to get a car fixed up again, (wishful thinking) but if I do I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First time there to repair a dented front end. Very friendly, very efficient, totally recommended. There was a small glitch in the electronics that didnt become apparent until we got home; when we took it back they dropped everything and immediately fixed it. Great place.

Used them several times over the last 8-10 years, but always for an insurance claim. That said, they always do quality work. Paint color is always matched so well you cant see a color difference. They often do some little extra. Last time, they repaired a cracked headlight preventing me from having to spend $300 on a new one. Overall, worth going back to.

We have gone to East Coast Collision multiple times over the past decade and have always had top notch service and repair. The first time we went a deer ran into our two day old car and they repaired it like it never happened. We have had our cars run into, keyed, etc. and each time the cars come back looking better than when we left them. The most recent service was done to replace a broken side mirror (Winter 16-17). We recommend East Coast to all our friends and family and cant say enough about this business. It is hard to imagine having a bad experience here.

Had repairs here after an accident. I had left 25 cents (dime, 2 nickles, and 5 pennies) in my cup holder as morality test. When I got my car back, I was only left with 5 pennies. Had me wondering what else was taken from my car. The day I retrieved my car from the shop, I got a low tire pressure warning on my dash. Turns out, while my car was at the shop it got a nail in the tire. My insurance company and I tried to get East Coast Collisions to cover the $35 patch job, but they refused to take responsibility.

East Coast Collision did a superb job of fixing the damage to my 2005 Dodge 2500 pick up. The welding, metal work and color match were amazing!! Great team, Great People and Great work!!!!

The team there is very friendly, honest, and got our cars fixed on time from when they said they would. Where I hope I never have to get my cars fixed because of an accident, if I do, Ill go back to see them.

Brought a rear ended X1 here because theyre on my insurance companys preferred list. Had my car fixed and ready a day earlier than estimated, with parking sensors and hitch in working order. If I ever need body work done again (hopefully not) Ill be back. Location near Van Dorn metro is a plus.

I went there yesterday during the day to drop off my car for estimate and body work. The guy Juan came out with me and snatched the keys out of my hand, talking to me very rude like I am a little kid. When I called for the supervisor he also didnt care. Dont take your car here very poor customer service. I only saw a few cars out there that looked like they were in horrible condition. This place is a rip off.
