I have used Dependable Appliance several times over the past 10 years or so and the service is excellent. You cant go wrong with these guys!

I have to say.I have use Depenable Appliance through out the years.But this recent dealings with was awesome!!! I have to let y’all know if you have a choice choose Mr.Ken. He really help me and my mother.I do highly recommend him!!

Ive used Dependable Appliance Repair over the years & found them to be very qualified technicians. However, I had a morning appointment with them today, but for some reason they didnt show up. Yet, still I would recommend Dependable to anyone who may need appliance repair services.

They didn’t show up. Have been waiting for over a week to have them come to look at our washing machine. Tried to call them and they will not answer the phone. Totally disappointed in this (lack of) business. Needless to say, I will NOT be using them in the future!!!!

Mr Ken is just the nicest and most pleasant guy to talk to. He will never try to cheat you and he will let you know if your appliance is beyond repairand never buy anything from k&d in ball. Those guys are rip off artist. Sell you some junk and 3 months later it doesnt work

I have been waiting for dang near 3 months to get my dishwasher fixed they came out twice the first time they just looked at it and seem like a month later they came back to supposedly fix it but they didnt and just left without saying nothing and now i suppose to have a appointment today Saturday may 22 2021 but no call and bo one have shown up very unplease with the service and the way that this company operates

I have used Dependable for all my appliance repairs. They are honest, knowledgeable, reasonable in their costs, and provide quick service. I called when my refrigerator went out and they came out the same morning to help me. Ken keeps all my appliance information and knows just type I have, what service it needs, etc. I highly recommend them!

The tech was friendly on time, quick and gave good advice for future maintenance of my Washer/Dryers and very reasonably priced

Did what they could with a defective appliance. Great service....unfortunately my appliance was deemed irreparable.

I spoke to both Amy and Darion and they were so helpful in helping me find a solution! My refrigerator stopped cooling and the guy with my call went on vacation before the parts came in but they went out of their way to make sure someone came out that day!! Wonderful ladies.

Tyrone was fantastic - probably the best experience I’ve had in a home service company. Would highly recommend him from Dependable Appliance. I will request him specifically if I need repairs again. Honest, efficient and was looking out for my best interest as a customer.

Very nice dealing with someone who actually does what they tell you they were going to do. They did a warranty order and was very quick and knowledgeable of what needed to be done and even came out on a holiday to do the repair as soon as the parts came in. Highly recommend for any kind of repair needed.

Was scheduled for service on Saturday and nobody called nobody showed up! So when I called today (Monday) Amy told me the owner canceled the scheduled service because they didnt service my area! On top of that Amy hung up on me and when I called back several times she would not answer! DEFINITELY NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND I WILL BE CALLING BBB! Also was told by Amy that they contacted Whirlpool and they were supposed to call me, but after talking to Whirlpool they never recieved a call or email from them.

Made an appointment and they never came to the house for it . Called to see why I was told they called and got no answer so they didn’t come . Not sure why they wouldn’t show up when I already have an appointment . And I still haven’t found were I missed a phone call either. And I had there was someone home the whole time!!!

Took off of work for an appointment made today at 1. Had to defrost my fridge and freezer. Never showed up nor never called. I have ice chest lined up and down my hallway. Dependable is not a reliable business.

Young man pulled up into driveway, kept truck running on a 68 degree day. Told me I did not need dryer vent cleaned, when that is service I made appointment for. Not a diagnosis but actual service. Then told to pay for service callnever will use again.

Totally Great Experience having Dependable Appliance fix our dryer. The technician Mike was kind and friendly. After a quick look at the machine he knew what to do and fix it quickly. I recommend them whole heartedly, and will use them again if the need arises

Overpriced and you have to call them repeatedly to get an answer on what your cost to fix will be. Wasted a week of not having my stove.

They are having trouble getting the part this time. They come when they say they will and keep me informed.

I am very upset. I was told told that the repairman would come today, I waited all day. Repair man calls at 1p and rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon. Didnt seem to care that I need my washer. He apprently doesnt have a family and doesnt do laundry. I was lied to, I will be calling the office tomorrow and reporting him to his boss.

Always has been reliable, honest work and reasonable prices. They have done our warranty work on several our Samsung appliances until recently finding that they no longer do warranty work.

I scheduled a non-warranty repair through Lowes Service Advantage. They never called and on the morning the repair was to happen Lowes called for a follow up. [Not So] Dependable Appliance informed Lowes that I had called to cancel the appointment.

Had a fantastic experience with Mike today. He got my old 1976 Frigidaire oven up and running in under 15 minutes. I definitely will be calling them again!

Always honest dependable and courteous.

This company doesnt know who is doing what when or how. I was treated like crap at no fault to me and when I tried to explain what I think happened guy slammed truck door and took off after he told me to never call again. Which is horrible customer service considering I didnt make the service call I was trying to find a new service company because I had been trying to get them to fix my washer for over 2 month with no sucess. I wouldnt recommend these people to anyone unless they were under new management.

Name should be changed to non dependable appliance, rude, doesnt call and give updates. Told me he was cancelling the part and for me to find another repair company

Not dependable at all. Had an appointment for 8-12. By 1 he hadn’t shown, called or anything. When I called Amy was very rude, told me I had no idea about how appliance repair worked and said she was calling Lowe’s and telling them to find someone else to do the repair.
