I think Angela is wonderful! She was very kind and took her time to make sure I was knowledgeable about the vintage pieces of jewelry I was looking at. The store was absolutely beautiful inside and out, and I can’t wait to take my husband back so he can see the wonderful vintage books they have. Thank you Angela for all your help and kindness., I look forward to doing many purchases in the future with you

I have dealt with Angela and purchased from the gallery twice recently. Angela was extraordinarily personable and also went above and beyond to ship my items - and do so that they arrived safely. I am more than pleased with her communication and would highly recommend dealing with the gallery.Joe Lurie Massachusetts

Absolutely disgusting company. Their is a middle age lady here who sits toward the back who is an extremely rude person. This company wont be around much longer.

Called the gallery to set up and appraisal appointment. The phone was answered by and older woman who barely let me get out what I was looking to have appraised before swiftly cutting me off and telling me they werent currently purchasing these items. Thanks for calling...click! Even if I had other items Id like looked at, I wouldnt take them here. If your phone etiquette is terrible, surely you cant be much better in person.

DO NOT VISIT...I had a horrible experience in this place yesterday (6/5/2012 2:30p.m.). I called to make an appointment with Mr. Silverman, so he could look at a painting and give me an estimated value on it. He told me to go in before 5p.m. and so I got there at 2:30p.m. I rang the bell and a lady (black hair, 52, 60ish years old), came to the door and said that he wasnt there and that Tuesday was by appointment only. I explained that I had an appointment and she was not happy about that for some reason, and told me that she did not know where Mr. Silverman was or if he was even coming back at all. I said I would wait for a few minutes and five minutes later he showed up. A little old man that should have retired 30yrs ago. I greet him and say that I made an appointment for the paintings. He doesnt say much, but just grabs the paintings and mumbles something I couldnt understand, gives me the painting back and walks away. I was confused and asked while he was walking away Im sorry I didnt get that. He ignores me and keeps walking, but the lady who greeted me said with a loud irritated voice He says its not worth an appraisal... I asked, does this painting have any value?. She went crazy and said that concludes our consultation, there is the door, please leave, you are being abusive, leave noooow. It felt like the twilight zone, so I left before I became part of the episode. These people have a chemical imbalance and I have no idea how they stay in business. I figured the building is owned by the old guy and is fully paid off and he doesnt care about the Gallery. This facility is gloomy and has crazy people working there. Do not visit it to do business, but only for entertainment.
