Compared to other sources, the SW employees are very knowledgeable. The last two times I have been there, they have stopped me from making a big mistake - painting pressure treated wood too soon and checking to see whether or not existing paint was oil based or latex. I will always return to SW for that reason. They are also very polite.

April is extremely knowledgable. She helped us work through our paint and primer options for all of our projects. If you need help with colors she is a guru. She will save you from wasting time and money trying to get the right shade you’re after.
