Staff has been more friendly recently, but so many shelves are bare. Weird things arent available anymore and I honestly dont think any of it is legit. Pretty sure theyre doing it on purpose.

Ive been to many Wal-Marts nationwide. The thing I like about them is the convenience and consistency of them all. Its like wherever you go in the US 🇺🇸, its the one place like home. And, actually, this is my home Walmart. The people are great.

My parents retired to the community. I wanted to print some photographs for my parents and the Walmart photo app isnt the easiest to use especially when your trying to crop the picture and resize etc. It would be great if when the option to resize was offered it came in another window as to provide a clearer final preview to the customer. I was frustrated to realize that my larger picture has not made the order therefore, I had to reorder it and possibly what another hour. The photo technician was extremely helpful and complete my order in a most expedit fashion. Ill continue to use this location for my photo printing needs.

The store is well organized and us has in stock the items I want to purchase. The automobile 🏬 has good service.

Use to be 5 stars but now one is lucky if they are stocked..... Been that way since covid.

They only have 2 cash isles open and 12 card isles open. Cash isles are 7 to 10 people deep into the main isle. Thats poor management. 8/5/21. At Walmart again and 6 card registers open and 1 Cash lane. People are backed up into the main isles. Hardly anyone at the card registers. Sad. Very very poor management.

Worst shopping center I have ever been in. I stood in sporting goods waiting over an hour for some help with a product while 6 different people tried to page someone back there to help me and the other people that were waiting to and then finally the second one to page someone came back by and said sporting goods is closed today. I dont guess there is anyone here to work it. That was was the moment I realized that there is nothing but idiots working there.so I went to the front and asked if i could get a manager to help me. And the guy said i think they are all tied up at the moment.without even checking.i have spent several thousands of dollars in that store but after today I will never walk in that store again.

Passing by. RVs permitted overnight. Safe, clean, and other Trucks there, but wasnt too loud or smelling of diesel.Store was super clean, friendly staff, and organized.

Do not like having to check myself out. (especially after grocery shopping). Do not like having to WAIT to check MYSELF out. It should NOT take longer to wait to checkout than it did for us to shop a half an hour or more. Self checkout being the main way too checkout is going to make me and my family no longer shop at Walmart. Just in groceries alone, we spend no less than $1000.00 a month. Not including what we spend in other departments of the store. But getting checked out after grocery shopping at Kroger is quicker. There I dont have to check myself out, nor do I have to bag my things myself. If I wanted to do that, I would apply for a job. Walmart is getting to be a worse experience every time we shop there.

Horrible is an understatement. Waited for an hr in sporting goods and had to call the store twice to get a manager! Waited the night before to get ammo for 30 mins to be told no one had keys! Shut this place down. Not a lot on the shelves and the staff don’t seem to care if they sell you anything. I won’t be back and if I could I wouldn’t give you the one star. I’ll spend my money at Winn Dixie and Sure Shot.

My favorite Walmart in the area. Always clean and doesnt seem to be as crowded even though many college students seem to shop here.

It was so busy. But the clerk was so pleasant. She was so patient. She did job very well.

I can do all of my shopping at one place. I can take my truck there to get it serviced and get my groceries at the same time.

In my 20+ years of employment law I have encountered thousands of employees. I have learned that people are usually quick to criticize and slow to praise employees. This is one of those instances that an employee needs to be recognized and praised for service beyond the expected duties of the position.Today, on our way back to Florida from Alabama, our battery malfunctioned at a Walmart parking lot in Alexander City. Ms. Laverne Brooks helped us diagnose the battery problem, change the battery, and even worked under the rain. She was friendly, professional, and cooperative. The treatment we received from her exceeded all expectations. Ms. Brooks is surely an asset to Walmart, a superb employee. Thxs!

Wasnt able to write Walmart supercenter 5-stars this trip because the items I went to the store to purchase, specifically the app said they were in stock and told me what all they were on but unfortunately 2 of the 3 items that I went into the store to purchase, unfortunately were not in stock! 🙁

I love this store!! Its not a matter of if they got what you need but where to find it.

This store is run in an incompetent manner. Management needs to be trained on customer service, as do store associates. The conveyor belts on the self checkouts do not work, and this has been pointed out to you numerous times. If you are going to require customers to check themselves out, the least you could do is make sure your machines are in working order. Another great idea would be to put those associates who are walking around looking at their phones on an actual cash register. They could actually check out the groceries like the cashiers do at Piggly Wiggly.

Have many things that arent found elsewhere but little selection as the shelves are becoming empty

So usually I dont post anything bout the experiences I have in walmart but today just made me mad.So I went in there to get some of the disney doorables packs(the $4 because they dont have any of the $11 ones)pick 2 packs up that was left on the stand,so I just picked the stand up also to take home because I knew theyre just gonna throw it away.got through checking out and stopped because the thing doesnt come with a scan thing.the lady came over looked all over the box after I told her there wasnt one.then went to talk to the manager all because it had 2 of the doorables in the display stand.i was fine with paying the price for another pack of them.woman didnt even ask me if I would do that.she just completely messed the entire back of the display stand up trying to get those 2 doorables out.

They were good about trying to get you out , and limit your chance being around public .

Slow only one register they dont keep the self checkouts open like they should and if they do they only keep it on cash not cards I mean you have all them cashiers but you dont open but one register

Within the last month 4 of my dairy products have been sour Within the best by date. Cheese, a cheesecake from the deli, milk, and another pack of cheese. I feel like stuff is sitting out too long.

Not really a Walmart shopper, but the staff was trying real hard to encourage a safe shopping experience. They had gone back to only one entrance open (and took some slack for that, but handled it well) Carts were being cleaned as they were brought back in, and social distancing was being advised, which is important to me. All employees were wearing masks. Good job, people!

This Walmart is just like many other Walmart stores we all have visited. It is busy some of the time and customer service could be better. With that being the case, I can find a few items at this Walmart that I cant seem to find at other WM stores. I prefer Walmart because I know where everything is and I can be in and out in record time (being its not the busy time of the day).......BTW the bathrooms are not the cleanest, but I had a brief moment to inspect the bakery/deli, and from what I could see everything looked clean and tidy. There are some nice workers in each section and some can be helpful.

Place to go for a good cheap battery and some good nectarines!

Well stocked. The customer service was number one compared to our Walmart in Perry ga. Except there was a young girland older lady working in shoe department and I was in a hurry the older lady I asked a question she jumped right on it tried to help me however she didnt have the full answer she was trying to ask the young girl was working with her I guess she called her name six times she was standing right behind her but she was having a conversation with some of her buddies Im so it took us a while to get her to answer thats I guess the only complaint I would have of what happened today but this Walmart rocks compared to the one in Perry Georgia

I have been there 3 times to get a battery for my watch I purchased there a few weeks ago. Never anyone at the jewelry counter. Last 2 times they called for someone waited 20 minutes no one ever came. 1 time I was told at 9:00 am the woman was on break. 1 time a lady told me they were short handed and were doing Covid vaccines. I guess Ill just throw my watch away because you have No Jewelry Worker!!!!!!

Walked into the auto service before 5 oclock on Sunday. Hours online say Sunday 7am till 7pm for the Auto Service area . Was told by an employee they close at 6 but really they close at 5 so they can cleanup till 6.

No merchandise on shelf and the associates were rude and didnt speak to us at all

This store definitely needs to be updated compared to some of the others Ive been in. They also have a problem keeping their shelves stocked.

Pitiful. I bought a Apple iTunes card and there was no card inside. They took my name and phone number at the customer service desk and have not called me back yet. It’s been 5 days now. I keep calling and no one picks up the phone. I will keep going to the store and beg you. I need a new card because y’all sold it to me without a card inside.Alex City has the worst Walmart!!! 👎🏾Edit This happened on April 2, 2021 and it’s now April 17th, 2021z WORST WALMART EVER!

In regards to customer service, it was terrible. I called the electronics department THREE TIMES on seperate occasions throughout the day and was never answered. This was an inconvenience due to the fact that a worker at ANOTHER Walmart misinformed me about the stock of their phones. This caused me to drive thirty minutes just to be told something contrary to what I was told on the phone. The lack of customer service is astonishing.

You need to hire the cashiers back and not so many self check outs. People need to work

Its a Walmart. is all my previous review said. However Im writing this review to let everyone know how bad their photo department is. Never order photos though Walmart or Walmart.com. They dont print the photos in store so there is no point. Its cheaper online from other websites and you dont have to subject yourself to entering one of these godforsaken stores.We ordered a calendar and its been weeks of The photo person isnt here or We cant find it anywhere. with no solutions offered. Just come back tomorrow or I cant help what I cant help.Some times I feel bad about leaving bad reviews on businesses cause Id hate to hurt someones livelihood but this is not one of those time. I hope this and every other Walmart goes under. Or at least their printing department closes.
