I was in need of a large shackle for a new anchor I purchased for my boat. What they had on the shelf was not large enough for my needs. Jeff, the GM of the Marina (I believe that was his name..... I am horrible with names...lol) quickly approached me and asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he did not hesitate to go to the back room and brought out exactly what I needed. Jeff was extremely friendly as were all of the staff members there. Great customer service and a really nice atmosphere inside the store. I will definitely go back to this place. Good job Ridge Marina!!!

Good full service marina.

Amazing selection of clothes shoes merchandise and inflatables. Like visiting a Kinnukans or something. Nice staff. Clean facilities and lots of boats to view as well. 24 hour gas pump which is so nice. In the summer they have a BBQ truck for food but otherwise the food selection isnt great.

We go down to marina with friends for a day in their boat. The dock staff is friendly and attentive. The boat is typically waiting and gassed and the guys in the dock are right there to help push you out or help tie the boat off. Inside the people are pleasant bit the service checking out could be quicker. My friend said their prices had gone up for boat storage, but not enough to make him move the boat to another storage provider. Typically a positive experience.

The manager was very rude, we were treated like second class citizens. I guess if you dont fit their mold then they are ok being rude to you. I will not be spending my money here.

Good spot to stop for gas over by Chimney Point. Good entry points. Lots of stalls for gas. Really good staff. I would resend this marina if in the area. Not a lot of food or gear inside, but has the basics.

Had to stop at The Ridge due to weather. It was nice to get out of the lightening and rain until they shut the lights out at 5 PM and put us out in the rain. Thank God the storm split in two and we were able to get out of there and make it back to River North marina.

Great place to stop for quick items and gas. The employees at the pumps are always super nice and helpful when we stop by.

This is our third summer renting a boat from the Ridge Marinas on lake Martin. Our two other times, we got great boats with excellent service. This year we had reserved a Deck Boat. When I called to confirm the reservation, that boat was no longer available, and we were upgraded to a Ski Nautique. We were prepared to pay more for the nicer boat, but Heather Hammond at the desk honored our initial price quote for the deck boat. The Nautique was great, but unfortunately a belt broke when we were about a 40 minute boat ride to our home rental and a 20 minute tow to the Ridge. Of course, this all happened around 8:30pm when everything is closed. We were fortunate enough to flag down a boater who towed us to the Marina, and had planned on Ubering home, but none were available. My wife took a chance and emailed a Russell Marina address. We got a call back in about 5 minutes from Keith (I think) Keith got in contact with Jeff Ellis, the GM at The Ridge who worked on getting us a ride. It turned out that Dave Commander, the President of Russell Marine was our ride home. He brought all 9 of us home in his personal vehicle, giving us a history of the Russell family on the way home. The next morning, Jeff called and gave us a couple options for boats of our choice and we were back in business. Daniel went though the new boat with me and showed me all the features.Mistakes or equipment failures can happen at any time. Its good to know that the folks at Russell Marine and specifically the Ridge Marina in this case went above and beyond to ensure our safety and to help us have a great vacation.

Russell marina at river north is the worst business Ive ever encountered. Everything is way over priced. Any work done will take longer then necessary and they probably wont let you know when its done. After calling them they told me my seadoo has been ready for weeks. When I got there to pick it up it was still not ready. The staff is uninterested in being helpful. Hands down the worst business I have ever dealt with. AVOID RUSSELL MARINE RIVER NORTH!

We rented a boat from the Marina and I brought a brand new tube from home to tow behind it. Unfortunately, the tube broke second time being used. The Marina took pity on me and sold me one of their tubes at a good discount and inflated it for me on the spot. Friendly, polite employees.

Our boat had an issue today, another boater towed us to Ridge Marina and called ahead to let them know we were coming. Two staff members were waiting on us at the dock to pull the boat in and tie it off. Within 30 mins they had the problem diagnosed, but unfortunately were not able to fix it immediately due to the nature of the problem. We had three children with us, one of which is 18 months old. We had no one who could pick us up for a couple hours so Justin from Ridge loaded us up on a pontoon and delivered us back to our condo.Ridge went above and beyond in doing this! Thank you all very much!

Disappointed- picked up boat Tuesday afternoon at 1230. The boat was dirty from the last rental, pre chewed sunflower seeds still on the boat. The floor was black from dirt and mud did not pressure wash the boat. Once I got home. Found that the NAV lights did not work either. Brought the boat back and it took forever to fix the lights.Avoid using this location.

I have been there dozens of times and always had great service . Since its a boat and marina place they are very busy in the summer and if you get there at peak hours you might have to wait a few minutes extra .

Best prices on the lake for rentals. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and they had great rates for a quality boat. Partway through the week we asked about switching to their Ski Natique wakesurf boat and they made it happen. They offer a military discount and late in the season all their stuff inside is sold at a steep discount which is great. I also have to specifically call out one of their employees Justin - the guy was great, did everything he could to make sure we had an awesome time, even lent me his own personal life jacket so we could go wakeboarding. Anything he could do to make sure we had fun on the lake, he did it - you dont find awesome people like that very often so he deserves every ounce of appreciation I can muster.When checking out / in the boats, I was given a full functional explanation of all the electronics and equipment, and they made sure the boat was full of gas. On the down side, this is the only marina Ive ever rented from where we didnt do a full condition check of the boat. I elected to check the prop and skeg and exterior to make sure nothing was broken before I rented, but I could have returned the boat with half the prop missing and im not sure they would have noticed. Case in point - a previous renter of the Ski Natique had run into something and ripped the bimini off, but somehow got it past them on check-in. It also doesnt look like they do a cleaning of the boat before returning so youll find trash under the seats. On the plus side, that meant that we found skis and ski ropes and a few noodles on one of the boats that we got to use without paying for them.If youre willing to throw away a little trash and clean up the boat a bit when you get it, and you know what to look for before leaving the dock so you are positive youre not taking a damaged boat, then this is definitely the place to go. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, their selection was great, and their prices cant be beat. It was a no brainer for us.

Worst service period. I had to help them troubleshoot. Why should I have to pay to help you figure out whats wrong? Id call to check on my boat and get the same response. We havent figured out whats wrong. 5 weeks of this! AVOID this place.

The full selection of Sea-Ray boats makes me just want to scream Take my Money. This dealership is first class!
