Had a small issue with a ham I ordered and the Alcoa location went above and beyond to make it right. I filled out a survey with my very minor complaint and they contacted me immediately. Their customer service was amazing, and the store itself was spotless and smelled delicious. Kelli was fantastic. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

This review has nothing to do with their product… This review is solely on their customer service. I stopped in for a sandwich yesterday and the two teenagers working behind the desk acted like I was the biggest inconvenience because I was there to purchase a sandwich.These teenagers probably don’t understand the repercussions of their customer service attitudes and how that affects the mindset of a patron who spends thousands of dollars with an entity over the course of a year. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, special occasions, extra gifts for clients and staff members… They don’t think about that and they don’t think about providing good customer service to the people who are in front of them. Hurry, Young workers… Get back to your Snapchat.

Such kind and helpful customer service! I decided to try their sandwich combo, they recommended the Tavern Club and I was pleasantly surprised. It was flavorful and BIG and the the bread was fresh and soft. I ordered a half lb of smoked turkey which is also flavorful and balanced. Everything, even the broccoli slaw, was savory. Ill be back.

Honey Baked Ham is always a treat! From ordering to pick up, the entire experience was easy and problem-free. The ham was delicious and my entire family enjoyed!

This is the best ham you can get, but it is expensive. I only get it a couple times a year as a treat. Also, there sandwiches are extremely good and big enough to share.

Helpful and nice. Got me in and out. Allowed me to pick my ham up a day early since I had surgery the day I scheduled. Would recommend. Will go again.

Honey baked ham is alot salter than usual. Cant taste honey for the salt. Haley and management real nice. Would not let us use any of coupons that were mailed to us. Always a catch.

I would like to give this Honeybaked Ham store a 5-star review for their food, but their oversight on a catering order is a serious issue!. Our company ordered 50 boxed lunches on their website for a conference we were hosting for a national organization 2 days in advance. We paid in full for the order and received an email confirmation for the order. We even telephoned the local store to make certain they had the order. On the day of the event, they didnt show up during the timeframe we were given so we called the store and was told no one knew anything about it! After double-checking their computer again, they found the order. The manager apologized several times and rushed the 50 lunch boxes to us. They were 1 hour late and the our guests had to stand around and just wait. It was an embarrassing situation and made us look very unprepared & disorganized. In the end, the manager offer us 50% credit for the mix up. Great food, but please call the store the day of your event to make sure they have your order so you dont end up in a bad situation.

Delicious as usual. It was pretty busy but they had a good amount of staff to handle the excess folks for the season.

Good food but dont waste your money on the warm up sides, very cheaply made, sweet potato casserole had a half dozen small crumbs of pecans in it. 8.99 for a pan of sides is way to high for stouffers grade side dishes.
