This is a vape store near me. The first two times the customer service was good and friendly. Not a wide selection but it was an enjoyable experience being that I’m a worker here from out of town and I’ll be here for a while. Yesterday 09/02/21 drove there to get batteries arrived at 7:28pm store was open but the worker was no where to be found. I yelled out,went out honked my horn to my truck and nothing. I then called the store repeatedly and finally someone answered and came to the front HIGH out of his mind. I explained to the worker that I Will Not Be Coming Back To This Store and To Stop Getting High. I was waiting for him for about 10 to 15 minutes. Never going back there again. Anyone could have robbed that place blind and made all the noise in the world. You should observe your cameras more if they work and screen your employees better. I wish you luck and hope all gets better.

Great service made a quick stop after calling in and purchased a pen battery. Gentleman on site was attentive to the phone (he picked up right away) he answered my question so I dropped in to purchase. He was also friendly when I visited 12/29/18 7:30 pm

Always great service. Apple pie moonshine flavor is the best and the staff always treats me with respect.

We love saffire. Every time I need help they are always there and are so knowledgeable. One time I broke part of my tank and instead of trying to push a new one on me the staff fixed it right up for me at no charge.Last week I was excited for the holiday flavors and called to check if they were available. They were out but graciously found another location near by that had it in stock. I have never left there being anything less than satisfied! Its literally the only shop in Maryville I can say that about.

I dropped my vape at work while I was on break and shattered the tank, in a panic I knew I had a short amount of time so I drove to sapphire which is close to my work and the guy behind the counter was very understanding and helpful. He fixed me right up and I was back to work on time to finish my break. Thank you sapphire vape!
