Discount Tire in Alcoa recommended AutoPro to me for my wheel alignment. They did an amazing job. The gentleman went above and beyond and even fixed my steering wheel which was turned almost upside down when I brought it in. Also they didnt charge me for fixing my steering wheel I would definitely recommend AutoPro and I hope that gentleman gets a raise for going above and beyond. Thank you so much.

They fixed my rapid pinnion steering, replaced a windshield wiper motor, fixed my drivers side door window that wouldnt roll up OR down, changed my oil, replaced my rear brakes, parking brake, wipers, etc.

I have used Eric for several years now and it is awesome to be able to take your car in for service and get great quality work at a great price and know that they are only going to fix what needs to be fixed and not try to up sale you for service you may or may not need. I needed tires for my vehicle a couple of weeks ago. When I went in to but the new tires Lee told me that the front tires needed replacing but the rear tires were still good and I could get another year or so depending on the mileage that I drove. I dont know of any other service center that would do that . Most of the time when I would go in to another service center they would find something else other than what I was there for that needed to be fixed. I highly recommend Autopro for any automotive needs

Absolutely, do not take your vehicle here, they screwed mine up by putting a wrong part on it, I had to take my vehicle elsewhere, to get the issue fixed.

I have been a customer here since they opened their first shop on Harper ave in Maryville. I have always been very well taken care of even when I have come in with the most random of issues. I know I can just drop off a vehicle, give them a call and it will be fixed at the agreed upon price. I use both Maryville/Alcoa shops interchangeably depending on which ones closer, both have the same level of excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Took my car there back in 2013 because of transmission slippage on my Outback. They went through 3 transmissions and could not get the AWD to work. When they were putting in the first one, The guy came out and said that they could not get the gear timing right between the front and rear wheels. I told them to just make it front wheel drive until they got another transmission. When I told him that, the light bulb over his head turned on and Im not even a mechanic! It ran great as a front wheel drive car. I even went as far as buying another transmission in Morristown and picking it up and delivering it to them. (I guess they dont know how to order auto parts). They put that one in and the gearing on the rear wheels still could not be timed right. They then got another transmission and put it in. I test drove it and it shuddered and skipped horribly! When I came back they asked me if it was like that when I brought it in.. Seriously? no, it actually ran normal with the exception of gear skipping. When I test drove it, I noticed that my back seat was scattered with stuff from my tool bag. Guess what..they did NOT lock my car and someone broke in it and stole over 300 dollars worth of tools and other things! Eric said I will take care of it..I gave him a police report and he still has not reimbursed me! Still nothing even after 4 years! Where is my reimbursement Eric?

Did not up charge. Were very honest and solved the issue in a hasty manner.5/5 would come back

BEWARE this place is shady!! Took my car in after having an appt. Told the employees 2 times NOT to perform any work unless I give them prior authorization. 2 days later, I get a call saying they did the work and I owe $271. Long story short, I have been a customer here since 2002ish whenever they 1st opened and I will NEVER be back. They r CROOKS!!!!

Went for an oil change at 12:50 only 1 car there to be serviced told me they were going to lunch and it would be 2:30 before they could do it. So hour and a half lunch mind you there were 5 people working. I know where I work we would have just worked the extra 15 minutes and went to lunch later as upposed to putting off the 15 minute job for an hour and a half wth

FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I was referred here by Discount Tire so I thought I would give it a try but, I didnt know that it would almost cost me an accident or possibly a serious injury. I took my car in to have a strut mount replaced and a alignment done. While trying to get the strut off to replace the strut mount they snapped off the threads on top of the strut and made me replace it because they told me it was my problem. I went ahead and just replaced it and supplied them the strut and was out the door $210 with just the labor they had done beings how I had supplied all of the parts. A couple days later I was driving down the road and hit my brakes coming up to a busy intersection but, when I did I had no brakes! So I nursed it all the way home, pulled the wheel off and realized that THEY FORGOT TO BOLT UP MY BRAKE LINE SO THE LINE HAD A WHOLE PUNCHED IN IT FROM DRAGGING ON THE GROUND!!! This could have easily killed me if not others from negligence and a stupid mistake on their part. Bottom line for your SAFETY do not ever let Auto Pro work on your car!
