Good press on batteries and warranties are good for 3 years

I would give no stars if possible absolutely the worst customer service and the guy who was asking what I needed kept complaining about the company which is absolutely so unprofessional and he then proceeds to yell at me I had left. I had then asked to talk to their supervisor or manager and the supervisor told me he never has any issues with them he was very condescending and rude was not going to talk to his employees on proper customer service skills. I advise that no one take their cars here. Dont waste your time youll end up leaving with more damage the fixed.

Declined replacing my cabin air filter because “it requires disassembling the passenger side dashboard”Uhm, the cabin air filter access panel is near the floor board and has a single retention screw securing it in place.Kinda crazy that a single screw counts as disassembling a dashboard when it’s not on or even technically in the dashboard.

This is were I always take my vehicle their great friendly ppl a very reasonablely priced

The man taking the information seemed tired. But changed my oil and tires in 2 hours on a Saturday, with no hassle (unlike knoxville location).

In and out in 15 minutes

I told them I need a basic oil change like I do every time. They gave me the one that cost $30. Corporate will be hearing from me.

Didnt have what I needed

Started not to use this place because of the reviews, but decided to try it anyway. A guy named Dennis took care of my car fast (I was 1st customer of the day) & efficiently. Problem solved. I will be back!

I have had good service and bad here. They lost my hub caps once, and told me they fell of on the road. I check things like this before and after every time.

TERRIBLE! Josh at box my air filter box and then claimed he didnt. It wasnt broken when I got there but it was when I left. NEVER get any work done here. They are dishonest and will not offer to fix to pay for repairs they cause. PS I will continue writing these reviews monthly until Walmart takes responsibility for their actions.

Great for airing up tires or patches and oil changes

Went in for a flat tire. The next DAY I went to pick up the car (after calling to make sure it was ready and was told yes). When I arrived it was still flat. They said Oh, we didnt have a tire for it, we just thought we did. So its ready to pick up. Complete and utter incompetence and lack of customer service.

Sunday I took my car in with a slow leak in the passenger rear tire. The tech plugged a hole in the sidewall and sent me home without explaining what was done. The tire went flat. I brought it back the next day and was told it was plugged in the sidewall and I needed a new tire. They wouldnt refund my money for the sidewall plug because it was different leak this time. The offered a free oil change and Im thinking, no. You wont touch my car again.

They cldnt change my oil because my car has been lowered but instead of calling me they let me waste and hour and a half in Wal-Mart. They didnt tell me until I was checking out! Very professional!

Great and jolly crew..better than 411

Took 5 hours to get an oil change and tires put on. They closed at 7 and I couldnt get my car until 9pm. I wouldnt go back here again. They seem to have really poor communication going on and no one really knew the policy on what to do with wait times and getting my car after the auto center closed. Luckily some one is returns directed me to sporting goods who had my keys with them there.

The shop supervisor and the service manager are rude and unprofessional. They broke my car and would not take responsibility. Instead they talked down to me like I was stupid. I dont know why walmart would employ people they take advance of customers.

They apparently will let anyone regardless of knowledge or experience work there.

The mechanic had a attitude problem. He was rude before he even met me as the costumer.

They do a pretty good job.
