We used Just Sprinklers a little over a year ago to get our backyard pond redone because it had a major leak in the liner. They initially worked with us very well and completed the work in a timely manner. However, shortly after having them redo our pond, we had an extremely high water bill. We called them back to take a look at the pond again and they ended up having to redo part of the pond. After this was finished, we ended up still having a high water bill a couple of months later again. We called them back again and they ended up having to completely redo our water feature because it had a major leak. Now, almost two years later, we keep finding small leaks that continuously need to be fixed. We have honestly stopped using them because we do not trust them to actually fix the problems with the pond. They do have decent customer service but their quality of work is very poor. The pond is very pretty but our constant maintenance issues outweigh how it looks.

I worked for this company as their Class A Driver and i can tell you one thing is they sure do not know anything when it comes to operating a truck and trailer. They let me go because i was trying to get all the safety issues and violations they received fixed. They literally told me that they are getting more issues with the truck by me then theyve had since they got the truck and nothing showing the issues so Im being let go... well guess what verbally telling the issues is better then writing it down. Needless to say i was blamed for their safety issues on the truck after past drivers.... 🖕🏾😂

I had a sprinkler emergency 5/25 that required the city to come shut off the water. They recommended this business, so I called right away. I was told their earliest appointment to even look at the problem was 6/15. I told them waiting 2 1/2 weeks would mean a dead lawn, but to no avail. I asked them for recommendations for any other solution or business and was told they dont do that, so it was 6/15 or nothing. Luckily I found a handyman in my neighborhood who fixed the problem in about 15 minutes and he was respectful, kind, and flexible. When I canceled the appointment with this business and told them of my bad experience with them, the only thing they could say was that they are now scheduling the end of July. But they still dont offer other solutions or recommendations, so I guess as long as they are making money the (potential) customers arent a concern. Oh and how I found that handyman? Another sprinkler company put me in touch. Just Sprinklers could learn a thing or two from their competitors.

What an awesome experience I just had with technician Paine. He was kind, professional, and assessed and fixed the issue with ease and confidence. He tested it multiple times to make the problem was resolved. I have already referred Just Sprinklers to our realtor to share as a sprinkler company to other home buyers. We are very grateful for Paine and the Just Sprinkler team. We will continue to use them for all of our irrigation related needs. Thank you Paine

Omar showed up. We trusted him with the problem that we expected would have cost up to $500. He was off the property with the problem fixed within an hour. About $100. Getting pond quotes, well thats why there are only 4 stars.

Very disappointed with this company. I called and set up an appointment to have someone come out and repair a leak in my sprinkler system. Gave them my address and set up a date and time. Day before my appointment they called and confirmed that they would be there between 8am and 12, awesome see you tomorrow! Then at 11am that morning I get a call from the technician saying they dont service my area. So I called them back and they were unable to send a technician out to me. I live in Algodones. They service Albuquerque and Santa fe but my little town for some odd reason is forbidden. Save yourself the headache and call a different business.

I had Just Sprinklers come out last June and replace my front and backyard valves. They actually did two quotes and they were absolutely wonderful.When it came to showing me how to maintain the system, they did a quick review, provided NO documentation and said to call if I had any issues and that they could come out and winterize the system if I wanted.I shut down and drained the backyard the way I remembered it from 4 months earlier and left it at that. When I turned on the system the other day, one of the valves had split. I looked at my invoice which stated it had a 1 year parts and labor warranty and stated no restrictions. This is the legal document showing that they did the work. He also stated that they didnt use industry standard materials that you can get at Home Depot or Lowes and I would need to buy the valve from them for $79.00. Where a 1 brass valve at Home Depot might cost $20.00.When the gentleman came out to look at the broken valve, he stated that I didnt winterize properly and that I should have had them come out to winterize. I informed him that the invoice states that it is a 1 year warranty for parts and labor with no restriction. He stated that the restriction is listed on the estimate. I then looked at the estimate and the estimate gives a 5 year parts and labor and sticks to restriction in. However, in a court of law, there would be confusion as to which paper is correct since there is two different time periods on the warranty. So I believe the courts would go after the invoice showing no restrictions and a 1 year parts and labor.This whole paperwork is a complete bait and switch. They will lie to your face and tell you incorrect information and blatantly flaunt the law.I have reached out to KOB with this information.

As a landscape company owner i expect a level of responsibility and communication.I do 2 to 3 sod installs a week and they are always late and constantly have issues Getting sod to thier vendors. When i call and ask when they might be here i get hung up on. Ill be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

We have used this company for over 20 years. Thanks to John who is a great leader of the business. It is rare to have to complain. They resolved my issue. I give a shout out to John and Franchesca who validated my concerns and thanked me for my long standing with the company. I must warn my dealings with Robin were not stellar as she did not seem authentic or good with working with customers.

I engaged Just Sprinklers to do work related to expanding a planting bed at my west fence. Estimator came out, I explained what I wanted done & showed him the irrigation blueprints.The 2 workers showed up on time. I showed them the area, the blueprint, and left it out for them to reference if need be.Later I saw they were just moving the sprinkler heads, even though the work order said differently. some discussion ensued.When done, the crew left saying the office would call for payment, and refused to explain where the connections were made. The two workers did clean up the job site well and the helper was very pleasant to interact with.When the office called, I told them I wanted to see the owner.This whole thing was an unpleasant ordeal. I am out a lot of money, and have to dig up some of their work to find where the new connections are.Just Sprinklers got their money from me and that was all they seemed to care about. I will not hire them again. I do not recommend them.

I must say from being a business owner out of this state in New Mexico, I look at this company and I quite laugh a bit. It’s pitiful. I was recommended to look into this company for landscape and to also have sprinklers installed to be done at my Father’s property. I was recommended by what I can say for myself a sweet, most kind spirited young lady who was a former employee at just sprinklers. It’s so very unfortunate they no longer have her. Now the reason I laugh quite a bit is because from what I’ve heard and seen by visiting just sprinklers locations, it’s poorly managed and un organized. I’ve looked at the wages to be a technician, installer, estimator, and a scheduler who holds part of the company together. It just sadly doesn’t look so great for a business that came from the bottom which is not even halfway to the top I must say. It’s just sad that the owner of this company must have complete high expectations to have such great, outstanding work done, but yet pays little to the heart of the company who collects the calls and sets appointments to have business going. I’d remarkably say how greedy, and selfish one can be for a business to make millions of dollars or less and expect workers to throw themselves off the cliffs to get work done efficiently. Just sprinklers is Just a Joke. It’s only a company who will only succeed and will only stand in the state of New Mexico. To those reading this review, mark my words when I say they just want your money. It’s a money hungry company. Now to those who are of wealth clearly have nothing to worry about, but even so, if you are wise and like to budget, this company will completely and utterly rob your money. I will put out there as well, by information I’ve collected, and also by being a business owner out of state. Javier and his team did a great job. They were able to replace the entire system in just one day and made it look like no one had been there—plants were not damaged and all the pavers returned as before.

I had to find someone to fix a few sprinkler line leaks as my sister-in-laws house. Just Sprinklers sent a very nice and efficient young man who did a great job finding and fixing all the leaks. His personality was a plus because my sister-in-law is not well so dealing with someone pleasant is very important to her.

Probably very reliable quality work, and they came out promptly to help me with my leak, but way too expensive for me. I was able to get the job done for half the price, but if you have the funds they are terrific.

Excellent and knowledgeable service by Dave. He took the time to understand my project and designed a system that I was able to understand and feel confident that I could do it myself. (You guys need to get product scanner, check out was painful for all those small parts....)

We had Omar come out to repair a broken pipe, and he not only fixed it, but made sure to tell us what to look for in the future, and ways that we can avoid any further issues. My husband and I were planning to deal with our sprinklers ourselves, and are glad we called Just Sprinklers instead. After talking to Omar, we realized we would’ve caused ourselves a lot of problems. He was very knowledgeable, and represented the company very well. I will be recommending to others.

Two week wait for appt for 3 valves replacement in my backyard, Id figure at least a $1500 job. 4 hour window 8 -12pm, take off of work at the hospital. Get a call at 9:48 am for my address and to figure out our schedule for the morning. Called back at 1050am to say they cant make the 4 hour window booked 2 weeks in advance. I cancel because Ive rearranged my whole week at work. Just booked Sunset Sprinklers, should have from the beginning.

Had a very satisfying experience with Dave S. at the Rio Rancho store. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will refer my neighbors to Just Sprinklers and have them ask for Dave.

I dont like to give bad reviews. Ive only given one--ever. And this will be my second. Both are because I scheduled appointments 2 weeks out and no one showed. I made the appointment with Just Sprinklers 2 weeks ago for this morning, 8am. I got a call at 9:15am letting me know that the tech was running 30 minutes late. Not great but I was ok with it. Now its almost 11:30am and no one has showed. I called and was told by Benjamin that they are busy on another job and did I want to reschedule. So, apparently, they werent planning to show up at all. When I asked why they didnt call me with an update, he told me that the guys in the field are busy and dont have cell phones. He actually seemed annoyed that I wasnt more understanding that they are busy since he repeated that they are busy to every question I asked.Honestly, I get that things happen but how about a phone call? And, if a company has so many clients that they just dont need my business, I would appreciate them saying that right up front. Let me know that they will schedule an appointment but probably wont show if they get a better client and definitely wont call to let you know. Schedule at your own risk. And if you have to take off work to be there, like I did, too bad for you. I know this because when I told Benjamin that I ended up taking a half day he repeated, they are busy on another job.Just Sprinklers should just be honest that they are loaded with clients and dont want new ones. That would have been better because then I could have called another company who actually wanted my business and appreciated the work. I dont want to force Just Sprinklers to work with me. I merely wanted my sprinklers fixed by a company who, at the very least, respected my time enough to show up.

Really not interested in my business, an estimate may or may not be charged. Somewhat arrogant in response to my queries, probably an indication of their work. Would not call on them again.

I cant believe how hard these guys work!!! Ed Gonzalez gave me an estimate this morning and there was a full crew at my house before noon. The estimate was more than fair for the amount of work that needed to be done and Ed Gonzalez was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The installers that worked on my system- Bobby Bleything, Kurk Brown, Thomas, Javier, Fransisco, and Armando did an amazing job. They were true professionals that understand customer service and QUALITY work! I was expecting the job to take at least three days and these guys were 90% done in one afternoon. I highly recommend Just Sprinklers and wouldnt go anywhere else. GREAT JOB!

Had them do some yard clean up and trim shrubs - they butchered a Crepe Myrtle and a Desert Willow - looks like they broke of 3 feet of branches on the Desert Willow (basically broke the tree in half) and two feet of branches on the Crepe Myrtle (and again basically broke this one in half also). Neither will regain their previously beautiful shapes - they are both ruined. Other bushes were chopped not trimmed. The manager has refused to return calls and e-mails regarding this but was quick to cash my check. Had been a long time customer - now going with someone else.

My sprinker system control box was leaking. Called the main office and the next morning John Hoffman from the Bogan office showed on time and checked the system out. Within 15 minutes John provided me a detail written estimate to complete the work as well as a detailed (at the control box) expalination of what he was going to do. Finished the work when he said it would be completed. Five year warranty to boot.Cant say how pleased I am with Just Sprinklers.

I went to the location on Montgomery for a Christmas tree. The selection, price, and service was fantastic (they prepared the tree for transport and attached it to my car)!

Re Rio Rancho store, Devin VanHoose: after visiting a couple of big box stores, and pretty confused about rebuilding a sprinkler manifold, I went to the Rio Rancho Just Sprinkler store and I was nicely greeted by Devin Van Hoose.I explained to Devin my project and I think it was pretty clear to him that I did not know much about sprinkler manifolds and building codes. Devin has been super patient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in educating me and getting all the parts together I need for my project. Thank to him I am almost done with my manifold and I am very happy with how it turned out. I am very grateful to Devin and hold Just Sprinklers in high regards. Seems to me that all employees at the Rio Rancho store are very nice and helpful to DIY people and they really know what they are talking about. kind regards, berthold

When I went to their store ( which is a new location, just 5 buildings down the same road ) I was AMAZED on how well I was received and, that they helped me to pick the EXACT fire wood I needed for my small fireplace +! If you want GREAT service, where they remember your name, and treat you like family, you ABSOLUTELY NEED to visit Just Sprinklers on Highway 528 in Rio Rancho, REALLY ++!!! We just bought a house in Corrales, and found that the existing Sprinkler system was basically a mess. Troy came out to help us w/ trying to fix a couple of broken heads, and took the time to walk thru the entire system with us. We then had an appt. with Johnny that same day, and he and Troy looked at everything with very detailed eyes. They dug up a patch that was clearly leaking. Long story short... the best plan was to create a complete new, efficient system. And that they did. Javier and Francisco were the guys who implemented that system and they are amazing. It was a big job, and they just knocked it out! And walked us thru every part after it was all complete. (in one day less than expected).These guys do great work! They explain everything so you understand it, and didnt mess around. I am so glad we went there first. It saved us so much trouble and now we have a system that works! Thanks, you guys!And, they do more than Just Sprinklers too! Landscaping, Flagstone, etc. I know well be back.

I recently moved to the ABQ Metro Area and needed to get our 11 zone irrigation system sorted out. I called Just Sprinklers and my initial impressions were positive. As is sometimes the case, however, our initial service call had some bumps in the road and fell short of my expectations. I called and got in touch with their very capable hands on General Manager, John Carter. John was @ my home the next day taking the appropriate actions to rectify the open service items. He identified the open issues and had a remedy in place for us the following day. Everything was resolved and I was impressed @ the speed of response and right attitude rectification of the open issues. Everything ended in a smooth ride :-) and I am now a John Carter fan and satisfied Just Sprinklers customer.
