Hats off to Kurt Kinifick and his team at the Albuquerque Miracle Ear Store!I live in Colorado a considerable distance from any Miracle Ear store. Kurt graciously offered to program a pair of Miracle Ear aids I had been gifted. I sent them to him along with my locally produced hearing exam and within 10 days he and his team had reprogrammed, cleaned, provided me with a fresh set of batteries and returned the aids to me Federal Express. Being retired on limited income and working as a volunteer at a faith based rehabilitation center here in Colorado, the kindness, generosity, fast and professional service is greatly appreciated.

We live in WI. and our daughter lives in Albuquerque. We had trouble with one of our hearing aids, so she took us to see Kurt Kinifick. He was such a great heip that we would like to thank him from the bottom of our hearts for making the rest of our trip a pleasure.

Well pleased with service that both of my parents received. Very friendly staff. Kirk , the manager, went out of his way to help my mother. Really easy for me to drop of the hearing aids to get cleaned and refitted for my parents. Five Stars for sure.

On 03/31/21 I had an after care visit for my hearing aids. Reuben did a great job for me. In the music program he increased the bass level and overall, increased my high frequencies providing better clarity all around. Also, a volume control was instituted where I can better adapt to my environment.

I love my old Miracle Ear hearing aids but I hope my new ones are even better. David, Kurt, and Sarah were amazing! I give them an A plus!

I was delighted with the clear and enthusiastic attention and support I received from Dr. Kurt and his assistant Sara in testing my hearing and outfitting me with just the right set of hearing aids. Their follow-up services have been great in making sure I was happy with the fit and performance of the aids. I would strongly recommend them.

Sarah and Kurt have been very helpful in helping my dad with his earring aids for several years now. Sarah has always been professional and helpful when I call or go in with questions about my dad’s hearing aids from needing batteries to cleaning them.

Each time I call for an appointment I get very great service. And once we do visit the staff is awesome and very helpful when it comes resolving the situation!

I love the after market service they provide with no extra charge. The technology for hearing aids these days is amazing! No batteries; I can adjust them to the environment with my phone; little to no maintenance. I also like the fact that they are next to invisible. I was out of town visiting my son during the holidays and my hearing aid cleaner tool broke. I called and asked if they could give me one and also clean my hearing aids, this location was so willing to help, they also adjusted them cleaned them and gave me extra tips as well. Sarah and Curt were very nice. Alittle pressure to purchase so type of hearing aid. I would have like to think about a purchase that expensive. I felt pressured. All is well just wish I had more time to think about this purchase.

This was a fantastic experience Kurt was very patient and you can tell he enjoys his work. My client got her hearing aids today and its like a new world around her. We look forward to our next visit.I’m just giving an update… It’s been two years since my client got her new hearing aids and we go back every three months for an adjustment and sometimes more often if something happens like she drops in the water or whatever. I went with my Mother to get her a pair of hearing aids. I told Kirk about my loss of hearing from the age of 5. Kirk set me up for a hearing test. I heard myself talking for the first time in 64 years. Its amazing what I was missing. It totally changed my life. I am so happy with my hearing aids. I would recommend everyone to have their hearing tested. Kirk and Sara his receptionist are the best ever. They listen and they make you feel so comfortable. They set you up with all of your appointments and Sara files all of youre insurance forms. Sara follows up on all of the insurance and she keeps you informed.

I have only had my hearing aids for a year-and-a-half and Im still learning about them. It is really amazing to see the technology at Miracle-Ear. Kurt can attach your hearing aids to his computer and make amazing adjustments. Kurt and Sarah are always friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to Miracle Ear at the Menaul office in Albuquerque because I wanted to get my hearing checked as I knew I had trouble hearing previously. Kurt the hearing specialist was very professional and spent a lot of time with me going over what I needed to do next. Hearing aids in general are very expensive and Im on a fixed income so I told Kurt I would be unable to get the hearing aids that I needed because I couldnt afford them. He told me that the Miracle Ear Foundation could help. So Sarah the office Manager gave me the application and in about a week she called me back and told me that I was accepted and would be able to get my hearing aids. Literal scam. Wanted $8000 for poor quality hearing aids. Highly unethical and manipulative customer interaction.

Kurt was very warm and reassuring on the phone. I am confident he will take good care of my aunt who is moving back to Albuquerque in a few days. We need more specialists like Kurt who truly care for the hearing impaired.

Having Taken Acoustics as a Physics major, I was amazed at the level of technology at Miracle-Ear. They do custom fit their hearing aids to the respective loss in each ear. If your in need of hearing aids, I highly recommend them.

My grandmother began what she understood to be a 45 day trial with Miracle-Ear. From the start, the experience was poor. The technician was rude, disrespectful, and repeatedly cut her off when she spoke. The hearing aids were poorly fitted and kept falling out of her ears. After three weeks she knew that they were not suitable for her. Then they started sending letters trying to intimidate my grandma into giving them money, even going so far as to tell her that if she didn’t give them over $8000.00 for the hearing aids (thousands of dollars more than the original estimate), that she would “get Dementia”. That is unacceptable, hateful, and manipulative behavior from a business tasked with helping hearing impaired people in need. They engage in fear-mongering and the spreading of false information in order to make a quick buck. I am furious that anyone would prey on the vulnerable elderly members of our community in this way. There is no moral explanation for trying to frighten little old ladies out of their savings.

My husband has been a client of the Albuquerque Miracle Ear for several years. Kurt and his staff have always been responsive to any questions we have had and have consistently offered great hearing aid-cleaning service at no charge.
