I love this place. One of the guys is literally a vitamin genius! I called him the vitamin Guru. Hes super sweet and knowledgeable, should get a raise! All staff is very kind. Store is clean. Great selection!

While produce is not the most cost effective option here, there are many other things that are. Most supplements are an exceptional quality and value. I am a huge advocate for the company, their products, and the ways they contribute to society. While, some items may be more expensive, I sometimes pay the additional cost for all of the good the company does locally and globally. Keep up the great work.

Good atmosphere and plenty of parking. Customer service was okay, pass by a coworker didnt acknowledge me. Check out employee was nice and ask if I found everything okay... I said no I didnt find what I was looking for and he said sorry and gave me a paper so I can give information about the product i was looking for and they could get it for me if they can.

These people go above and beyond for customers!!! If you call about an item being in they will be really quick and efficient. They always have someone there cleaning carts. The store is well kept. They have great varied selection of supplements and food. They treat you like family here. ❤️

I’ve always loved Natural Grocers and go out of my way to shop here. I live by the airport. They have always had a lot of turnover, but the staff has always decent, but recently their customer service has completely downhill. It makes me so sad for the customers and the employees. It is obvious the employees are not happy, particularly Juli, and that reflects on the customers. I pray the world finds peace to treat everyone with love and respect. Until then, I no longer need to come out of my way to shop at Natural Grocers. The employees at Sprouts and La Montanita are always happy and helpful.

We loved a branch of this store up in Montana (or Maybe it was Wyoming...). However, this location has sad produce, is very disorganized, and is more expensive rather than less expensive, than other options for healthy groceries in the area.

The checker was fabulous. The stockers were helpful. These are the folks responsible for 4 stars. But a guy with a bit of authority was a primo jerk when I inquired about the eggs advertised on sale. He ruined the entire experience. Needless to say, this is my first and last shopping adventure to natural grocers. I will spend my $$ where Im treated with courtesy.

Up until this last week I used to shop here regularly without any issues. However, I a few weeks ago I came here to get supplements for menstrual issues- the employee that helped me pick out which items to get told me I can bring them back if they don’t work. After a couple weeks the items did not seem to help and my GYN started me on medication and asked me to discontinue the use of these supplements since they would interact with my medications. In total I had spent $109 on supplements. I had brought the items back to the store three weeks after purchasing them (the policy is you have to rerun the items within 30 days) and was told that the policy has been updated and I can only return one item per receipt- first I was told this was due to covid which does not make sense because even if they’re allowing me to return one item I’ve still had contact with it. I spoke to the assistant manager Nate to explain that I cannot use the supplements anymore because my doctor said it will interact with my mediation- to which he was very condescending and rude- he showed us the new return policy which is written in fine print and hidden by the register and advised me to come back and speak to the main manger the next day. When I returned the next day to speak with the main manger and explained the issue to him he also gave us the run around and told us the same exact thing. While I understand the company changed its return policy- they should probably educate all their employees on their rerun policy so they don’t recommend hundreds of dollars with of products to customers with the false comfort of “if the products don’t work you can bring them back in 30 days”. Overall I used to shop here to support the store but from now on I will be getting supplements from Whole Foods or sprouts since they are professional, don’t rip off their customers, and allow you to rerun products that don’t work or satisfy the customer.

We have only been here a couple times however this is my new favorite grocery store in town. Healthy clean eating options. I was impressed by the selection of spices and other cooking ingredients.Had the same cashier both times and she was very nice & efficient. some how got all my groceries to fit in one bag!

The workers were really nice. It was very clean. Actually went to whole foods first to get some GF flour and left without even going in because the employees were so rude. So we went to Natural Foods and had a wonderful experience 1st time there.

Best store ever. Great prices & a knowledgeable, caring staff. They sanitize the belt between customers and have adjusted the store to other Covid precautions. I hate shopping, but not here. 🤘🤓

Ive always liked NG. They focus on healthy, organic foods and natural, cruelty free products. Their prices are usually reasonable, and its easy to find gluten free and vegan foods. I have celiac disease and I am vegan, so both are important to me. A few times at an Albuquerque location I had ran across some mildly rude checkers, but others are awesome. I know which ones to avoid. 🙂

Totally love the sausage I got for there it’s small it nice set up. The cashier was super nice to me I like the atmosphere!

Honestly this store is not for the economically challenged to find it easy to eat healthy and natural but besides that they always have the things my family needs to be health conscious. Love it

I absolutely adore this place. They have great products and youd be hard-pressed to find most of them anywhere else in Albuquerque. Fabulous and knowledgeable staff as well!

Extremely Disappointed... I purchased some body lotion that I wasnt allowed to sample and when I tried it at home the aroma was way to strong for me. When I went back to Natural Grocers to exchange the lotion I was told that couldnt because I didnt have my receipt.Unfortunately, I lost my receipt yet even the manager wouldnt let me exchange the lotion even though they new I had purchased at there store by scannong the bar code. I am done with Natural Grocers. Sproats and Whole Foods will be getting all of my business from now on. They have a much better selection of products anyway.

Its your typical Walmart, Has everything you need (Unless you have allergies, Then oh boy your in for a long run.) People are super friendly that is if its a worker. Talk to Frankie! Hes worked there for years and loves a good conversation!

No double-edge razor blades, and a sad assortment of tubed creams. Expensive on their coffee, too, but they do have bulk whole bean and a grinder station. My girlfriend likes them for some reason, I guess, but I wasnt impressed.

The reason Im giving a three-star natural grocers. Is because they are always out of stuff. Other than that the staff and natural grocers are excellent.

If youre looking for full on, healthy and consistent quality, organic and chemical-free, then youve come to the right place!! One of the best health food stores in Albuquerque.

After several years shopping NG I’ve lost appreciation for their efforts to supply ‘Organic’ products.I buy Organic when appropriate; ‘Dirty Dozen’ and Conventional; ‘Conventional 15’. I take exception to their Organic Canned Peaches from China; that stretches “buy local”. The other item that is labeled Organic but is inferior to other Organic offerings is “Ultra Pasteurized” milk. Given the amount of cooler space, I wonder if customers know what “Ultra”, as used here, actually means. I’ve concluded that NG’s new stores have taken lead over nutritious products.

The building is packed. No one counting how many customers are going in and out, so its well beyond capacity. I go there to get supplies for my immuno-compromised roommate. I want to bring back vitamins, not COVID.

Although their prices are high, I like the selection of products and the general vibe at Natural Grocers. However, every time I go there, their employees are super rude. They seem like they know what theyre talking about, but I always hesitate to ask any questions because theyre so snappy and condescending. One time I asked this dude to help me compare prenatal vitamins and he was like Im not a walking photographic memory of every vitamin. I was like alright bro sorry I asked lol

I have been going there for over 10 years because I love the service I love the people and I love the products. They are the best prices for homeopathic and vitamins.. I dont buy much produce their as I feel its overpriced.

The staff just stare at me unless they know me then they say hello if theyre not too busy, I think they should at least say hi instead of just ignore us, most the staff are really young (under 30) which shows their age discrimination hiring tactics, the rewards program isnt even worth it, you only get 1% back after spending hundreds of dollars, the members only pricing is worth it however, the prices are by far some of the best in town, they hardly even make a profit off of each item. The staff need to brush up on their customer service skills perhaps a little more, they should also offer bag credits if we bring our own bags considering they dont provide anything other than used , empty boxes.

Prices better than Whole Foods I think.People there actually help u and are always around. Weekly deals get emailed to me. Happy there cuz Im In and Out in no time! Parking gets extremely crowded at times tho.

This is my go to place. They have everything I like. They have high standards for their food and that meets my standards. I shop a lot here. They have hard to find products. Better than whole foods, which has whatever. I like that they combine grocery with supplements and some body care. They have a variety of high quality items, the best of the best. You can even get pet and laundry stuff here. You cant go wrong. I like that the environment is calm and soothing. They only sell organic produce. I love this place. I need to go here at least once a week or 3 times a month and get the things I need.

Located in a shopping district of Albuquerque (Wyoming and Montgomery). The store always has organic produce and a plethora of organic food, health food, and vitamins. The size of the store rivals many supermarket chains, so if Natural Grocers doesnt have it, youll be hard pressed to find it elsewhere. No food bar, but packaged convenience foods are available in the freezer section. Employees have been friendly in the past, but some of the new hires are eh on interaction. Worth the trip if this is your shtick.

Lots of choices here for good organic foods, supplements, and toiletries. Everyone on the team was pleasant and well-informed. Plenty of light for label reading. I enjoyed my visit. Parking was free and plentiful.

I had great service here in the past but today was very different. I had a salesperson walk by me twice while I was looking for something and she did not bother to help me. Yeah, I could have reached out to her, but I wanted to see where your priorities are. Many of these things can be bought online at a better price. (Update: another employee reached out to me while I was writing this review. She answered my questions very quickly.)

They have some awesome products. I couldnt find freeze dried blueberries anywhere but here. They have a lot of oddball things that are difficult to fine.
