I had just started buying silver about ten years ago. I went to this Castle Gold and Silver and the guy behind the counter let me pick the silver I wanted. I was stoked. I went home and looked up what i had bought. Turns out the guy sold me clad silver. Fake silver. I went back to the store and called them out. They agreed it was fake clad and gave me the real silver. I vowed never to go back to this place. Its been 10 years. I dont suggest shopping here. I suggest you go to Crown Jewels and Coins. They take care of their costumers.

Great place. Had to sell some jewelry to take care of holidays everyone there made an uncomfortable situation more comfortable. Very knowledgeable. Selling valuables is sometimes tuff. But they try to give you the best they can and offer information for other options. Havent bought anything yet. But noticed some good deals. And will look forward to going back. The return i made was descent. But the fact that they made you feel comfortable is worth more than that a lot more. People in this business are often rude and make you feel like you have very few options. Total opposite here. I highly recommend this place. Good people.

The staff (three women in particular) were very unprofessional, rude and very disrespectful. My experience here was not at all satisfactory. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and also the incompetence of the staff thereof. Based on the services that they provide, you would think that they would be knowledgeable of the products offered. But to no avail, total disappointment. I suggest that no one even visit the business. Waste of time for sure in my opinion.

I looked around for a signet ring and had no luck. I stopped in at Castle and inquired about having one custom made for me. The quote was excellent, my ring was made very quickly, and the quality of the ring is superior. I cant say enough good things about Castle! I am very pleased with the ring, the value, and the service.

Do not buy anything from this store. I have been doing busness with them for years until my last purchase. When I bought a bracelet for my wife that did not fit. They told me I could exchange it for merchandise of equal value, but when I took my wife back they refused to exchange it. Or would not work with me in any way.
