Good place to go for those hard to find containers.

Ive been in this store before and I really like it a lot. So many options might not see at other places. Pretty good prices on most items. If you havent been here yet I recommend to give it a try. I think youll like this one. Check it out.

Really enjoyed shopping here. It had a plethora of baskets, containers, and organization aids. Just remember to bring your measurements.

I love this store! They have just what we need and the staff are outstanding! My last visit, Jordan was fantastic…very friendly, helpful and personable, as has been all of the staff we’ve encountered there. Definitely recommend:)

Excellent selection of CONTAINERS, from 1-2 inches to giant box-size, in many shapes - plus lots of other fancy household items. Its a great place to find unimaginable things to organize everything. Buyer beware - you can blow lots of money fast here, as everything here is gotta have !

We were there for 5 or 10 minutes. I think 5 different employees checked on us during that time. I think they were bored, lol , but Im going to call it good customer service. 😀

I tried online shopping and curbside pick up twice. The containers are brand new, and So far so good. I was not impressed with curbside pickup, i ended up waiting a long time, both times I tried it, and had to go in the store to check on progress. There are not good options to communicate with the store. The phone number given is to a national call centre, even though my text said my order was ready, but check with the store... and the store was closed. Additionally, the store is supposed to open at 10, but they unlocked the doors 8 minutes late, as I sat curbside watching another customer knocking trying to get in on time. I will shop in store next time, as I like the products.

Pretty cool store and everyone is very helpful and friendly.

If you need it they have it. Selection is amazing. Depending on what you need, it could be pricey, but so well worth it.

Management is ON IT, Lita took such good care of us, really made us feel special! I am in love with the ELFA brand, My husband and I have redone our whole closet, and it looks great! Some stuff can be pricey, but t the quality is great, and WILL LAST. I love this store!

Great choices. Got a huge container for storing winter sweaters/clothing/boots. One container fit it all!

Needed some more of the polish for acrylic... 3-step Novus polish works great wonders on an acrylic tank just follow directions...

Awesome store didnt have exactly what I wanted, but saw things that I didnt know they had and will definitely visit again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The shelving system a bit overwhelming for a person who wants to just get the stuff and go. So I just settled on a good old fashioned rack from them for now.

People were very helpful. Lots of cool stuff.

Amazing selection and awesome customer service. My only complaint is that the prices are a bit high for the quality of the merchandise they carry. At Home and Homegoods usually have the same items, albeit not in the same quantities, but for half the price. So if you arent in a rush Id go elsewhere, if you are in need of outfitting a whole house immediately, then this is the place for you.

Just needed to pop in to buy a set of silicone baking cups. Website said they had 5 in stock. Upon arrival I was met by someone at the door telling me I needed an appointment and the next one was at 2pm. It was just a few past 1. There is no way I am waiting 1 hour to come inside and buy a $10 item. My time is WAY more valuable than that. I could pretty much go home and make muffins in that amount of time. Do you really expect to stay in business like that? Unless every one of your “appointments” is buying hundreds of dollars of merchandise you will go under very soon.

Mission Point if you got a need for a container or something for God Knows Why, this is the place you need to go. If you cant find at this place youre doomed! I went and to this store to look around and see what they had, I spent three hours there!! Awesome awesome place!!!

I enjoy walking around in the store, giving me ideas on what I need to do in my house and what I need to purchase. The store associates were very helpful and answered all of my questions.

So for some reason “Cash” is no longer worth anything to them. They will NOT accept CASH because it carries diseases. This is just insane spend your money elsewhere. Have you not head of effective hand washing??? to a virus that has a 99% recovery rate, which is actually cleaner than the mask you wear on your face and touch over avg. 309 times a day and then reuse it.

I loved this store. We piped in for a quick shopping visit to kill some time and we were not disappointed. This store is large but not so much that it’s overwhelming. I like how there are several sections of the store that relate to an area in your house. I especially liked the travel section. Great selection and really nice people but the prices are somewhat high.

Spent about 45 minutes shopping with my family and wanted to purchase over $100 of items. We were in the process of paying only to be told at the last possible moment that they are not excepting cash transactions only card. Waste of time! Sure enough there is a small sign at the entrance which is pretty much covered up when the automatic doors slide open. Oh well, Walmart had most of what we were going to get for cheaper.

I love the container store because Im a huge fan of excessive organization and order. It has a great selection of organization supplies including closet supplies, travel supplies, bathroom supplies, office supplies, laundry supplies and kitchen supplies. The only downside is that the container store brands are a bit more expensive than those items at other stores, but they are definitely higher quality if you want to invest in organization. The larger name brands like Command are the same retail price as they would be anywhere else, and they offer services for organization and opportunities to learn new skills. For example, I learned gift-wrapping techniques around the holiday season at the container store. Its definitely a great place to explore, even if its a bit pricey.

I purchased a carry-on suitcase and then went to the store to pick it up. The confirmation said my order would be ready to pick up at 1pm but I showed up an hour early because I had to make a flight. I explained the situation and the staff went into action and expedited the process. Outstanding customer service.

Has a lot of unique items for organizing and storing many kinds of things. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized. However, all this comes at the cost of higher prices. Expect to pay 50% more than big box stores for common items. If its something you cant find anywhere else, it might be worth it.

I could hardly contain my excitement when I first walked into this store. If you are insanely organized or borderline OCD, this place just might be your own personal heaven! Until you see the price tags on everything that is. You can find a lot of the items sold here elsewhere for a significantly lower cost.

It was average in my opinion. Not bad but not mind blowing. They have a good selection of containers and mockups of storage design ideas. There is a pullout drawer with a hobby mat to help you design a container layout.

The store was outrageous anything you can possibly think of was in that store best of all the prices were great

Every time I go in here I leave more frustrated than when I entered. They cant tell if they have items in stock or not, nor where they are. Also has one employee tell me I wouldnt be able to install a system myself.

Everyone was super sweet and very helpful! The whole store gets excited when you enroll to be a Pop star it was a great experience. I love the container store!

They literally have all your storage needs & help you design your closet organization. Still a bit pricey, but their is no need to go to 3 different stores for containers. Another plus, you can now order online & pick up at the front of the store.

Walked up and down every aisle twice. Never was asked for help although I did hear and see them assist other customers. They wouldnt make eye contact with me. When I approached the counter they dispersed I had to yell hello. Guess I didnt look like the type of customer they want in their store. Wont be back.

This place is a lot of fun if you have time to browse. Definitely check out the clearance section.

Love this place so much. I would suggest going with a specific project (and measurements!) in mind - or your head will explode from the infinite organization possibilities.

This is one heck of a store!!! Me and my family just wanted to check it out and we were blown awaw. They have any type of storage device you can think of whether you are in a large mansion or a tiny apartment. Whether its for a space under a bed, in a closet, or you just need room for your make-up. They have it. The employees are knowledgeable and the store is huge. Make sure you have enough time to check out everything. Parking is no issue here. They have cabinets for paper storage here, desks, chairs also.

Contain Yourself this place has every kind of container you could ever need and want. Will continue to go back now and again when the need for a container arises. I now where to go.

A great place to go for everything that you never knew you needed for Storage Organization... and To help simplify your life. It has everything from closet setups to shoe racks...they are very pricey though. On a Scale of 1 being the Cheapest and 5 being the most expensive they are a 5. The quality of their products are definitely worth the cost as they are designed and built to last as long as you have a need for them. Some items are pricier and they have different closet designs that they build for your needs. They have items for every room of your home...items that you never even knew they made. Even if you dont buy anything its a good place to go and get some ideas and to keep in mind for when youre ready to remodel or just a project over the weekend.

Quite overwhelming at first. Tons of little items for those random odd projects you need to finish. Was able to pick up a few.

Glad to see the Container Store come to Albuquerque. Well maybe not, we now spend too much here. They do have plenty of thing to store other things in.

I was looking for some feed bins for my horse and some small screw-top food storage containers that I could get in bulk quantities. This place has nothing suitable for either of those purposes. They have a lot of things that are not containers at all, such as calendars which really surprised me. Half the store is devoted to custom closets. The stuff they have is expensive, basic storage bins for about 3 times what Big Lots sells them for for example. I walked through the entire store obviously looking at things, measuring things to see if they would fit for my purpose, Etc and I never had a single staff member approached me and offer assistance. I will not be back.
