The Oscar’s, father and son installers, were amazing; upon entering our backyard they noticed that our gate was difficult to open and close; they fixed that for us without even being asked. They were professional courteous and experienced. The reason I am only giving three stars to the company is because their brochure material says they warrant their parts for life. Yet when the wind damaged our fence by bending the fence posts we were charged to replace the materials as well as the installation.

THIS is exactly what we needed. We live off of a busy street and felt like our yard was a fishbowl before SWV came to our rescue! Professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend this company.

Weve hired SW Vinyl twice now, and each time theyve provided excellent service and a great product. The first time we hired them was 4 years ago to replace our aging gates, and the gate and fence they installed still looks brand new. Today they came to add a cinder block wall privacy topper. The installation crew was polite, knowledgeable, and left the area cleaner than it was when they started. Were super happy with the work, and were looking forward to enjoying our backyard in private for years to come. The cost was reasonable, and the wait was a couple of months - but thats only because they offer such a popular product. Well worth the wait!

We recently had our white vinyl fence installed by Southwest Vinyl Fence.Dalen was very professional, courteous and mindful when he drew up the plans for our fence....a very large fence over 800 linear feet with an RV gate and 2 additional walk-through gates.The installation crew was terrific. Oscar Jr. and his dad (Oscar Sr.) did a fantastic job ensuring the fence was straight and flowed with the terrain of our property. Oscar and his dad came back after the installation and made sure there were zero gaps throughout the entire fence-line.We are very happy with our new SW Vinyl fence and I would highly recommend them for your next fencing project.

SW Vinyl Fence did a fantastic job installing my fence. During the install there was a hailstorm followed by torrential rain that lasted more than thirty minutes. The install team waited and kept me informed until the rain subsided. The job was then completed and the fence looks great. The whole experiance, getting the estimate, making payment in the office, talking to the install team was pleasant. Everyone I had contact with was courteous and answered any questions I had.

So glad I chose Southwest Vinyl to install our vinyl fence topper and gate four years ago. “Sorry Justin and Oscar” I should have written this review 4 years ago, but now I get to tell you all about the service you receive when there’s a problem. But first a little about original installation. Justin and Oscar did the original install and they were fantastic to work with. We all loved the privacy we gained from the walking trail located directly behind our wall. Many neighbors commented on how nice it looked, some had the fence topper installed on their walls too, we started a trend🤗.So moving on to 4 years later. We’ve had phenomenal winds this spring and one particular storm I heard had gusts at 100 mph. It was about a week later after this storm that I noticed the post move by the gate on a windy day. Long story short I called Southwest Vinyl to come out and have a look and they were on it! They even had to have a custom cement block made for the repair. Justin and Armando arrived today to do the repair, they were to say the least, quick and efficient, professional and fun to work with.Southwest Vinyl stands by their work, Customer Service above and beyond, it’s hard to come by that level of service these days. I highly recommend South West Vinyl for all your fencing and gate needs. Very pleased with our new gate. Dylan came out to give us an estimate and patiently addressed all our concerns. Justin did the installation and expertly dug through unexpected rock to set the posts.Yes, we too had to have patience, waiting for installation took weeks, but the attention to detail, service and pride in their work was worth the wait.

We had a wall topper and ground to 6 ft fencing installed a little over a year ago.  We were so happy with it this year had a topper placed in another section and a wall and gate built as well.  The installer was professional throughout, and also addressed a minor flaw in the prior work. We are totally pleased with the outcome.  It will be so nice to no longer sand and stain the old wood fence we had. An occaisional wash now and then is all itll ever need.

SWV came to Grants, gave me an estimate immediately. I paid the 50% to get on the installation list, received a call and asked if they could come out a week earlier, of course you can. Went to pay the balance, the original estimate called for 4 trips to Grants, the installers were so good they finished in 2 days, I was credited for 2 of the trips. All in all a very good experience, the installers were very professional, I am very pleased with the 6 foot privacy fence. I I highly recommend SWV.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They told us we did not need a city permit or engineers plans in order to raise our wall. They did the work. Then we were contacted by the city that we did need an engineers stamp for the city. Ron (the owner) said he was done with us and has not answered our alls, e-mails or texts. We now have to pay another company to come and take the wall down and haul it off because no engineer will approve the wall because they did not build it to code. They obviously dont stand behind their work or their word. BE AWARE

Southwest vinyl did my fence last week. My old fence was falling down. I made a phone call to them and Daleen came right out. Gave me an estimate and told me it may be a little more depending on the concrete blocks at the bottom. Tree roots had displaced some blocks. But their concrete worker did a fabulous job taking care of that. No extra cost. Justin showed up on this past Monday and worked getting the posts in. On Tuesday he put the panels in. I am a happy camper with the way everything went. I would definitely recommend this company. Really changed the way my back yard looks. Thank you Southwest Vinyl. Job well done.

Had two professional and very kind installers come out December 2, 2016 to my house to install the fencing in a unique dog run for my husband working dog. This fencing is used to separate his working dog from our other spoiled dogs. The two installers were very personal and double checked their plans before they began the job. I also love how the company offers removable panels. Which, we ended up getting due to selling in the future. Our wall that we have in the backyard is not an easy one due to the curves on it. They did an outstanding job fitting the fencing to the unique designs we have in our landscaping. They also cleaned up after the job which the pets and I appreciated. I will recommend Southwest Vinyl and will ask that the two installers I had to please come out again for garden fencing in the future. Great people throughout the staff. Installers know their stuff, very considerate, spoke English, preferred Coke and water. Installers checked with the owner if there were more than one way to do things (gates swing direction, gate height, visual considerations, etc.). The gate that was brought on the first day was the wrong size. All the work for the post was done. The gate was taken back to the shop, was fixed, and installed the following day. Everyone was very apologetic..... mistakes happen. We are very pleased with the finished product and Justin was great.

I really wanted to add to our wall and at the same time give it something different because lets face it, we all have those same block walls big, intrusive and it all looks the same. But now it looks fabulous and adds privacy.
