Dr. Sharon Kobos was an amazing Podiatrist (foot and ankle doctor) !!! Her examination of my foot/ankle problem was expertly executed. This West Coast/California educated physician has over 20 years experience in the field. She will explain everything to you, she will educate you on your issue. She will take time with you! She will answer all your questions. This experience (the office visit) made me take a second look at women physicians. They communicate and educate!!! So kind and professional. And, she wont make you spend money you dont have to spend. What a gem she is. Im a real patient of hers and I asked a lot of questions. Ive had bad physicians before (rush you out, dont explain, leave you in the dark, poor communication, too much money spent and low results). Trust me, Dr. Sharon W. I was using another Podiatrist at the same facility and started seeing Dr Kobos after my original Podiatrist left the firm.I must say that my care under Dr. Kobos improved by at least 500%. She worked with me to heal my foot ulcer by seeing me more frequently, every 3 weeks instead of every 7 weeks. She was able to get my skin healed, thickened, and healthy.I am very pleased with her service, commitment, and the results.

So glad I came to see Dr. Kobos. She took x-rays of my bunion and pointed out how my ankle was affected. My previous podiatrist did not explain my bunion. Comparing my old orthotics to orthotics that will be cast made clearly showed how much more supportive they will be. I have found a new podiatrist!

I had an accident in a hot-air balloon that resulted in a broken ankle (tri-malleolar fracture). Dr. Kobos swooped in and quickly performed surgery. She explained everything thoroughly, and remained in contact with me the following week as I travelled home to the San Antonio area. I dont know what I would have done without her! Even after I got home and followed up with another doctor in my area, Dr. Kobos was responsive when I had additional questions and problems. She is the best doctor Ive ever encountered.
