Service dept is an outstanding .Shop is awsone .Resturant has great food.Cris went alittle further than most and found some issues told me and fixed the problem.. And Jamie the service manager is awsome.Honest reliable,great team.Sometimes they can help and sometimes they cant. That to be expected not a problem with me.They dont leade you on.If the mechanic can do it they will.Albuquerque NM ,and Boise Idaho, are the best TAs i have been to.

Had breakfast there this morning and it was so good. Waitress was super nice and attentive. I’ll definitely be back!! Great job country pride!!

Terrible truck stop. It says restaurant is open 06am, but its now 6:35am and its still closed. Looked to buy any food but no luck fridges and hot station were empty!?!? When I asked the cashier the answer was “nothing in this house… huhuhu” -what an answer!

This security guard was awesome! He helped me when I had a flat tire and was super helpful with store info.

When I go on a long trip for work, my wife leaves with me, I stopped here to rest and my wife takes the opportunity to go to the shower and it turns out that this place did not want to sell her a shower, why didnt I have a CDL license? that I sold him a shower is a lack of respect that this happens I do not recommend this place

Best experience I have ever had at a TA new found love for these truck stops which prior to being forced to stop here I normally avoid TA and petro like the plague. And my great experience was solely due to the employees best of all the assistant manager Jeanne. Couldnt ask for better facilities either me and my dog will only ever visit this TA if in the ABQ brom here on out thank you ladies for treating us drivers like more that dollar signs

In good spot. Smaller store. 8 Gas lanes and cat scale. 4 bays for service. A little crowed. Rest rooms not clean at all. No body towles at the time. Over all i was glad this TA was here. Friendly staff

What a big disappointment in this store. Dirty, girls behind register not sure what they are doing. Not friendly at all. Go in to get pump reset because it wasn’t working then come out just to go back in to get them to reset the pump. If they would stop the talking and flirting maybe they will do it right the first time.

Staff is very rude. Not clean on the inside anymore as well as the male bathroom. Staff member came out to my truck ( parked in Reserved ) to tell me I have to move raising her voice yelling and using profanity. I tried to explain to her I don’t know what’s going on my company pay for the parking and little later on her comes the profanity and her yelling I called my company to find out they did not pay which is fine and they did for the wrong TA but the rudeness is just really uncalled for I did not mind paying for parking I have parked at the TA or as well Petrol’s for over 10 years and never had a time that I did not pay for it unless the company pay for it the staff member that you have has made it to where I will no longer use your Albuquerque TA and I will make sure that my company and as well my trucks will no longer stop at this TA due to your staff member

For the first time I was beyond disappointed with this TA. After getting two steer tires replaced I noticed there was no case or used tire credit.I simply asked why. The woman lied and said it was worn too the belt, a lie. The other tire had 8/32.She told her MGR I was throwing a fit, I heard it. I responded I was not. MGR gave me case credit, well see if she did.Unbelievably rude, unprofessional and damned liars.Chris and Vince are great mechanics though so just watch out for the service writers.#MGR did give me case credit though it should have been Used Tire Credit.#

Overall horrible experience. Drinks not stocked and when they were stocked nobody bothered to clean a mess of products on the floor, covered in dust. Employees are not attentive at all, and the coffee is like water.Don’t get me started on service department, although it’s always hit and miss with these guys.Showers have great pressure and the guy cleaning them was the best part of our experience.We will be taking our business down the road in hopes of at least decent coffee.

Maintenance replaced another TA’s newly recap’d tire with one of their recaps. I had to pay for the new one and they said they would get back to me about a refund because the manufacturer had to look at it. Mind you the recap they put on blew up in less than a month like the first one did. 2 phone calls later and they still gave me the run around saying they would call me when the process was complete. This was maybe 6 months ago. Not one phone call from them

One of our Drivers lost a Fuel Receipt..I called the TA in Moriarty, NM on 6/3/21 & on 6/8/21 neither Judy or Rosie could locate it...I figured I call the TA in Albuquerque, NM and to my surprise, JEANNE REED was able to locate our receipt...She was just the kindest person and super helpful..You need more employees like her..Thank You!

This Travel Centers Of America is a nice location to visit. To take a break it’s nice to stop here. The have descent truck parking like most TA/Petro Centers do. There facilities are nice. They have security at night.

Almost day 3 for a oil change. Didnt have parts to do oil change 1st day. Didnt have them when i checked back in the next day either. Thought i was given a free meal then i find out it only covered half the meal this is bs. I get to watch the mechanics finish everyone else truck for 2 days.

I waited for a shower for more than an hour but did not wait, no one works there they just do not care about the drivers

I was here 6 months ago...when I pulled into the lot, security pulled up with an attitude and said I had to leave because I was drinking a ginger ale? I took it to the manager and she was equally Rude! I wasnt even allowed to get fuel. Normally, I love TA stops, but I will not stop here, nor recommend it!

Just stopped and put in over $400 worth of Diesel and pulled around cause I needed air on one of my trailer tires. Went in and asked where I could do that was told if I wanted an air chuck to do it it would be $100. WOW TA great way to treat your paying customers. Never will I step foot in this place again. Not that my little $400 a week will be missed but if everyone you treat this badly would stop coming in you may be out of buisness in no time.

Paid parking is on a 8% grade, you pay to sleep with your head 2 feet higher then your feetTake out dinner from the restaurant was good.$2.69 for a Gatorade! Thats OK keep it, ill go across the street...

Alot better then most TAs, I can see the age in this lot but no serious potholes, the up keep is pretty good.

Waiting on a tire repair and apu,pm, was told one hour pulled up to the door within. 15 minutes. Been sitting now for 4 hours I wish they were honest

No paper towel or hand soap on restroom. Got here late no food by 8:30....this pizza place open till 11pm if want to walk 10 minutes....but got a parking spot 🙃

Asked the short chunky cashier if they had and spoons available. She lied and said her coworker was in the back looking for some. When clearly her coworker was outside smoking a cigarette. I even ask the skinny white janitor for some assistance. And she acted as if she was lost in the sauce

Most TAs have the same problem,No customer service. I got a voucher for $ 10 from my points, but it didnt print out any receipt and there were 3customers with the same problem, while a cashier just said to wait Ill see ,after waiting for minutes other cashier just said call the customer service number. 🙄

My wife and I were looking for a place to have dinner that would not be rushed because of the late hour. We had been at the TA one other time in 2016. So we gave it another try, they have a salad and soup bar that is under $4 if included with a dinner item. Two kinds of soup , corn chowder and beef vegetable. I chose the chowder and also a salad. The lettuce was crisp and the assortment of things to put on the salad was about par. I ate the corn chowder which needed to be thicker and was a little bland. The salad was good but the blue cheese dressing was too thin for my liking. I had ordered a sandwich that came with fries. Both were good but I couldnt eat bat a few fries and half of the sandwich. The young lady who was cleaning and serving did a great job attending our needs in a pleasant and friendly manner. We took the food home that we couldnt finish.My wife had a similar opinion about the food and service. It was fair overall and maybe a little high priced at $32 .

They just give away fuel... even after being told they have a massive fuel spill on the fuel island, the fuel desk just shrugged and said we know. ..Awesome!

Server messed up my order blamed me than refused to fix it. Congratulations on the pisspoor customer service these days. Pay 30$ for 2 meals and cant even get my food i paid for. Way to go T.A.

Slow service in the shop! They always quote wait times in minutes and always have wait hours. Ive been stuck using them for years because of my company uses them for pm services. I waste a half a day or more for a simple oil change or flat tire fix!

Well said i would never go to a ta again after last time however truck needed fixing and this was close so I went shop was real fast and courteous especially because I had electrical problems. Fixed my truck right up. Had breakfast at the restaurant and it was real good. Shower after that very clean hot water was great. Look out pilot this ta is comming for you. Loves better look out too. This TA has the best service in all its departments. Comes highly recommended from me.

The ta it self was fine didnt really have any problems while having to spend the weekend here. But when my wife and I where doing laundry the barbershop upstairs is joined with the laundry room. I guess it wasnt bad if you enjoy listening to a bunch of young guys ( in there mid 20s) talking about wanting to have sex with younger highschool girls. I suppose if thats what your into then it was a great place. My wife and I however where not impressed!

Friendly people at this store. Restaurant was clean and food was great. Mr Brent was very kind and has everything running smooth. Than you for making me feel welcomed being so far from home. Makes a big difference to us drivers.

Man the guys at TA definitely look out for the drivers i had an air leak so i called the nearest TA while on the road they let me sign in over phone that way I wasnt behind several other people when I got there.They even helped me find the air leak while waiting to get into the bay that way they knew rite where to find the problem i highly recommended TA in Albuquerque 100 %

I give the Country Pride 3 stars. The store itself I give 5. The waitress we had was very nice & friendly, but it just took forever to get our food. Then mine was a little cold. Neither of us was impressed w/ the food @ all. This is the worst Country Pride Ive ever been in. Thats unusual, too, b/c all the other ones, I had no problem w/. Now, the store.....clean showers, clean restrooms, clean store. Well stocked. Courteous & friendly employees. I needed help a few times & they each took the time to help me out with what I was looking for. I had a return later on & had no hassles @ all. Of course, I had my receipt. Overall, not too bad a place. Could be a little faster in the Country Pride.

I love t and a. Its why I work overtime and take showers! I highly recommend T/A. Its Its a fun place to eat too. Yup.. just go right in there and take care of your business and before you know it, your back on the road eating a hot dog and completely satisfied. Yes sir, I love T and A....

Should have a zero rating.. There is blood all over the womens bathroom floor, sink, walls in the stalls and after telling the workers about the blood that needed to be cleaned, 3 hours later I used there restroom and there is still blood on the walls of all of the stalls and toilet.... PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS !! Workers dont know how to clean

Last night I came in with a blown tire and all the techs were on service calls so there was a long estimate. The assistant manager CJ used to work as a tech and jumped in and changed my tire. Great above and beyond service CJ! Truck stops need more managers like him, who are willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.

Good place to visit if you going to sleep over night make sure youre in before 3 in the afternoon. Other ways parking is almost impossible. Have a pretty good restaurant food is okay service is good. Bathrooms are clean.got on-site security so you dont get butt bug by a bunch of homeless people or lot lizards.

I love the workers at the shop CJ and Carlos they really took care of my truck when I had issue with my def system. They keep reassuring everything was gonna be ok and it was. Thank you guy for being so patience and understanding on mother also great team.

Staff and security don’t do a thing for people not wearing masks. It’s literally printed everywhere it is still in effect. Person at front helped 3 people who blatantly disregard this.It’s not hard. It’s just inconsiderate negligence. On both.

Under renovation on the diesel fuel islands, so diminished capacity to keep fueling efficient without waiting. Otherwise a typical TA truckstop with lots of parking. The theatre is awesome inside and they play new release movies, not silly TV stations.

For a truckstop inside a city. It was not too bad. Be aware like all truckstops similarly placed. It has way too few parking spots and many of those that are left are payed. Like many places this place has seen decades go by without any major improvements. It’s not a bad place and there is some food within walking distance. The homeless are prevalent but not a problem. The druggies however can be pushy and crazy. It is easy to tell them apart. One is respectful and wants to be left alone. The other wants something from you and comes towards you for what they think you owe them.

Easy access, easy to find. Nice restaurant, good food. Lots of goodies to shop for on the store. Security on duty all night in the store. I have no idea if they have security in the parking lot.

I called the fuel desk if you have a US mail box, the attendant said yes.I walked in looking for the large blue box, not there, the attendant said we can put it with our out going mail.DONT LIE!!!

Great place to stop for everything and anything you would like to have a a long trip. Hard to give a truck stop a five star rating but if any truck stop deserved one this one would be it.

Needed to use the restroom and purchase food, restroom was fine and so was the food options, the reason this was a 1 star and not a 5 star is thanks to Mr.Alan the cashier with glasses, totally rude and left me standing there watching my food get cold while he played on his phone. The security pointed it out to him that I was waiting and he didnt seem to care. Finally get rung up and afterwards with my items sprawled over the counter I said I would like a bag and at this point i had to swipe my card again for a 10 cent bag which he neglected to offer me the first time around.. i did not know you had to purchase bags here. Either way the next time i stop in if i see this guy Ill politely put my items back on the shelf and take my business somewhere the truckers are appreciated and not an inconvenience to the staff.

Been stopping here since it was a 76, and Ive always been treated well. Its old yes, but its kept clean and well staffed.Decided to treat myself and get a good meal. Was perfect. My Waiter was a very nice young man, who has a great sense of humor...when I asked for 57 sauce, he said they didnt have that, but they did have 56 1/2!😅😅😅

Showers were great! The iron skillet made us sick. Not to mention the wait staff was inattentive. Drug use in the bathroom...

We never got to try the infamous chicken sandwich. They were always out! Love their red beans and rice!

TA shop tech’s Chris and Drew were great! Tire inflation system was not operating properly, after about 3 different mechanics “tried” to fix it and being down for about 19 hours, these young men had it done in an hour and we were ready to roll! Thank you gentlemen!!!

Little bit of a bait and switch on the masks. Selling washable cloth masks for $4. When I asked they said they were out and only had paper masks for $10.

Sadly I wont be using TA ever again. The security guard who informed me that travellers are no longer welcomed to stay over was polite and professional, but despite having ample parking, this business which calls itself a travel center no longer allows overnight parking unless youre a trucker. I guess they dont want the business of the many travellers who need their services.

If you have nothing better to do on a tuesday morning than i would recommend this TA it took 5 hours and 30 mins to replace a trailer tire and a license plate light and the manger of the shop cant do any work because they changed his job title over (words from his mouth) I rather drive on 8 flat tires and no light on i-80 in Wyoming in the middle of December than come here again

A decent meal at a decent price. Open every day all day. Great for a single person who does not cook. Great for Holidays and being single. Friendly staff, good cooks and a very reasonable price, truck drivers are not fools. Interesting people, a cross section of America on a daily basis. Truck drivers, some are husband and wife, local people eating there and use it as a social event in the morning.

Timing, thats what Im going with. Brandon was top notch Monday night. Breaks and ABS sensor done in just over 2 hrs. Dinner and shower completed too. Company approval for work took the most time. Thanks Brandon for taking care of us.. Bunk time, night all

The date is June 10. 2219 local time in Albuquerque New Mexico, i’m a professional driver I was taking a 10 hour break at the TA to go in to the travel store to purchase a water and microwave something to eat I was told I could not enter the store by the security guard because they were doing the registers and that I need to come back 20 to 45 minutes later I don’t have time to do that I have to hit the road I am not pleased with that considering I am on a tight schedule I haul groceries for a major grocery chain and I don’t have time to sit and wait for them to do the registers I don’t know many places that shut everything down to do the registers at night especially with today’s technology I will not be coming back to this TA and they were very rude about the whole thing so I give you one star I would give you no stars but they will not let me do no stars. Shame on you Albuquerque TA unacceptableThere was eight other drivers that were turned away at the same time I was. I am not returning to this location cause I can’t be guaranteed that the will be open especially if in stuck there due to my ELD (electronic logging device)

Friendly staff here in Albuquerque nm. Food was cooked perfect. Had the fish with green beans and a salad. Very nice portions. Prices reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

Was not impressed at all 14 $ showers.. The towel smelled like diesel, it did have good water pressure, The coffee sucked.. The fish was like rubber.... Know will not go there again

This truck stop has a reasonable selection of things, and is comparable to any other TA. Dont expect to find much in the way of chrome parts for your truck here. The facilities are nice and clean, but the surrounding area has a lot of transient activity; particularly in the evening. The registers seem to move customers through slowly, but the staff is reasonably friendly and the coffee is pretty good.

Very helpful got us exactly what we needed to keep going down the road safe.

Fanciest womens restroom Ive ever seen in a truck stop. Coffe was adequate, but pricey. Tried to use air machine to add air to our tires. It only took credit and debit cards. I ran my card and a computer lady spoke to me, bit I couldnt understand what she said. I pressed start button, but no air. Tried running my card a few more times and nothing happened. Went into store to get assistance and was told TA doesnt own machine and was instructed to call number on machine. Called number. Got a callback. The man I spoke to was very nice, but that didnt get air in my tires.

If your going to have hookers working the property at least get some good looking ones. People spend an average time here from 15 to 115 minutes. So either the restaurant is quick, or has bad food, then maybe the the hookers you have might be good, or take a lot of time in negotiations. I dont know, not my thing. This property also has a semi truck fuel island and a regular vehicle fuel island. They also have a large area for truckers and a large area for regular vehicles to park. They also have a semi repair shop and a smaller truck stop style convenience store comparable to the size of a regular fuel station.

Hot showers w good pressure! Awesome food & good service! Had a hard time finding a spot to park after 10:30p. tho, just sayin.

Message to the shop guys. LESS talking and MORE working. Maybe then, you will be able to get a job DONE in a timely manner. Stop playing grab butt and do your damn job. Thats what you are getting paid for.

Two minute shopping limit, while i was traveling north i stopped with intentions of getting gas and as i i walked thru the door i was informed that i only had two minutes to shop, so quickly i grab a drink trying to get in get out i didnt even realize i i forgot to get gas.

I was just there paid for a shower!! 14.00 dollars a paying customer!!!! Chased off by your security boy! I was going to have dinner but decided not to from being harassed in the parking lot!!! You need to reel in your renta cops!!! Well i think i will take my hard earned money up the road to loves. The renta cop wouldnt listen to thing i said he just kept saying why are You being aggressive! He wouldnt shut his pie hole long enough to find out i was a paying customer!!!! Give a person a little power and a gun and it goes to there head!!! Pretty sad and i like that restaurant.

The absolute slowest/worst gas pumps in ABQ. Earlier this year, I tried gas up my 80 gallon RV and it took at least 20 minutes. I asked the cashier if only this one pump was slow and received a shoulder shrug and ambivalent reply. Today, I stopped again while passing through and only stopped there because a tire needed air and being a truck stop, I figured theyd have easy air. As soon as I started to pump gas, as the cents dial crawled by......1.....2.....3.....4-----I remembered how slow the pumps are. After walking into the store and asking if all pumps were that slow, I was told YES. I asked the cashier to tell the owner these are the worst pumps in town, the two looked at me with a hollow stare and said, Its a corporation. Well, if anyone actually runs this place, for the love of God, FIX THE PUMPS. To all customers, save yourself 20 minutes and go across to Circle K, where gas is cheaper, they have more snacks and even have AIR.

The store is bigger than I expected. I went in to the store and was greeted by the cashier. I went over to grab a few drinks for my family and when I turned around there was the security guard starring at me and making, from my assumption, me feel unwelcome and that I was going to steal something. I asked him do you know where the gatorade is and he said, Idk, somewhere around here.I eventually found the Gatorade and checked out with the cashier, which she was great and courteous.The entire time from when I walked in and out of the store I was being watched by the security guard.Dont get me wrong, the store is clean, the cashier was nice and the selection was great, but I have never felt so uncomfortable going into a store.I dont know if it was the color of my skin, gender or what I was wearing, but that is no excuse for how I treated today in that store. Nothing will make up for my treatment and I will never return to that location again.

Had the soup and salad bar. Soup was a chili type bean with cut up potatoes and meat. Salad was spinach, potato salad and Cole slaw. Very good.

Never have had a server in a restaurant argue with me over what I ordered before. Asked for meat lovers omelet and received a bacon omelet. She never checked back with me after to see if I needed anything else. And when I asked to have travel cup filled with coffee, it was only half filled when returned. Other than the service, it wasnt bad, however I wouldnt make it a regular stop.

Clean inside store, convenient location. Truckers and non truckers welcomed. Good customer service. Lots of foot traffic from locals, mostly homeless Americans but relitivley safe.

Got a yearly DOT inspection done. Quick and easy. Call ahead to get in line.

They had a nice downstairs shower.

Good food, waitress was awesome. Mechanic did a great job. Everyone I dealt with in the shop was so friendly. Thanks guys for everything. I really appreciate everything.
