The young man in the mens department was very helpful. Very polite. Hate the mask issue especially because Im vaccinated and have proof.

It could just as easy be five stars. The store was neat, clean and organized. Staff friendly but not pushy. Returned one item no problem. Checked was nice and willing to exchange or refund or subtract from the new purchase. Its nice to be treated like that. A good place to shop.

I had a good experience shopping at this location. All associates were friendly and doing their best to keep the store tidy and clean! The one difficulty I faced we’re waiting times, mostly for the dressing room then again at the register. I could tell that associates were doing their best to keep people moving and that’s the kind of effort I appreciate during times of long wait. I shopped around the mall and could not find better prices than I did here, I should have not wasted my time elsewhere, JCPenny is where it’s at! Next time I need professional clothing, I’ll be returning to browse your great collection!

I went to JCPenney today to pick up an online order. There was a bit of a wait in line and when I was greeted everything went well. I was asked for my ID and the cashier brought my order promptly. I was wished a great day and thanked.

Oh my goodness.... I had a fantastic experience getting my four year old great grandsons birthday pictures taken! Marielle was so patient and so persistent she got absolutely amazing pictures!Ive been taking my family to JCP portrait studio for years and Ive never been disappointed. Its fantastic! I love JCPenny! I love all the discounts and rewards its amazing! And they have great merchandise. The only thing of theirs that I do not like is their Womens pants. They fit me horribly, but, again, that is just me. Everything else in that entire store is fantastic. And its clean and the salespeople are courteous and its an overall pleasant time in there.

Not enough staff. Had a great experience with one cashier and a terrible experience with another sakes assocuate/cashier. It seemed like she had some sort of mental condition. Extremely hyper, talking nonstop, and not a good listener. I tried three times to get across what I wanted in my product order and when the product came in, it was totally not what I had ordered. There are never enough sales associates. Customer service is just not the companys priority. Unfortunately, a sign of the times.

All the clothes for plus size women seem frumpy. No Size 12 jeans that I could find for women. Only 1 dressing room. Cashier was nice.

Only because of Junko the cashier! She has amazing customer service.Store was clean and organized, bathroom clean. Although some jean sizes are slim pickings. I would recommend order online for pick up.

Employees are courteous and very helpful. Look for coupons prior to arriving, typically you can save 20% off most items. The store is always clean.

It was good to see they had several people working in the mens department. Often you cannot find any help. The checkout lines were long however. Each pod had no more then two cashiers and some only had one.

Found a really great pair of dress shoes for my wife at half price. However, paying for them took some time, as staffing seems to be short. Our clerk was very pleasant nonetheless.

JC penny was nice and clean they also had a dressing room which was awesome!!!!

Im not much of a mall shopper. Needed a long sleeve shirt for Easter. Checked out another department store 1st, but there was a small selection of mens clothes. Then i went to JCPenney. I was surprised to see an entire floor of mens clothes, shoes, suits, sports wear, etc. Some areas were clothing was for a specific brand. Im definitely coming back to get my clothes.

The employees were friendly & didnt do anything wrong, but it seemed like they were either overworked or just trying to get back into the swing of working again..? Not sure, but they just didnt seem very happy to be there.

Pennys had no place to wait for some one in the beauty salon. The main doors on the south side had no handicap buttons to push to open the doors. The handicap doors were a distance away, which would not work for some to walk to and use.

The women who cashed me out “Junko” was very nice and funny. Very great customer service. Definitely will be revisiting. She needs a raise ! 🙏

I really dont like giving bad reviews; if you see my other reviews youll see Im pretty fair.HOWEVER, the Staff here is grossly uneducated on rudimentary things. Recently I spent about 35 minutes trying to get someone who knew how to redeem an eGiftcard (which is supposed to be more convenient).The clothes selection is just fine. The sale prices are just fine. The cleanliness of the store varies, because depending on the section and what time of the day you go. This is understandable because its a busy mall, but again if the Staff was on-top-of-it this would not be an issue.

New Big and Tall section cheaper than anywhere else in town. A much better selection too

Little is to be said to tge kid with stringy black hair on the other refund registrar She had found me a phone charger but when I came up to be helped she was still busy so I told him what she had found for me over on her side and I pointed it out and she brought it over to him and tried to explain that she wasnt sure it was the right one and we should see if it fits my phone and as she continued he raised his voice over hers and drowned her out HOW RUDE !!! Then he half #**## acted like he was going to check it and I just bought it just left. And it didnt fit!She was trying to save me a trip back.

I only went to return something I ordered online that didnt fit. The quality of item ordered was good just too big. I used to shop here quite a bit. I decided to walk around and I was so disappointed in the quality of most of the items in store. Items appeared to have been washed and lost their shape. A plain white tshirt was $37 and looked like it had been washed/stretched out 2 sizes. Very sad but maybe why they are struggling. Plus check hours before you go. They do not have normal pre-covid hours of business.

We get family photos taken here and twice bought blinds for different houses when they were running a 50% plus 10% off (so 55% off total) sale.

Last time I came here was on a day where the foothills were getting snow and the test of Abq was just cold. It was the slowest Ive ever seen it. It was great. I was greeted by an employee as I walked it, and that was it. I was looking for shoes and not a single person came by or was around the area. For 30+ minutes I just went around, trying on shoes without a single person around. It was great. Ever wonder what a zombie apocalypse would be like and you go into an empty mall? This was the closest Ive come to experience that ever. When I finally finished they were incredibly nice at checkout. Best experience at JCP ever.Other than that, there are hundreds of pairs of jeans that are not your size here, and if there are some of your size, itll be incredibly hard for you to find. As most people just leave the clothes theyve browsed through a mess.

I didnt have to wait too long in line but I did go to the store a little later into the evening. I had a return to make and did a little last minute Xmas shopping. When I got to the counter the store associate seemed a little annoyed (rolled her eyes and was huffy puffy 🙄😤 ) with the item return but after a few thank yous to her she seemed to lighten up. The door greeter didnt greet just motioned me to come in. I liked that it wasnt crowded, I didnt see cleaning of counter check out between customers. So my in person experience was just ok.

Ordered jeans for my father on line. Wanted to try their curbside pickup. When I received email saying jeans were in, I parked in the designated spot and checked in electronically telling them which spot I was in. I sat for 15 minutes with their text saying someone would be there shortly. After another 5 minutes I tried calling the store. No one At the store answered my call. I finally had to go in. 2 sales associates are at the registers and were not busy. When I told them my difficulty in being able to get curbside service, one told me they had not seen the notification that I was waiting. Okay...... hard to believe since I had 2 texts acknowledging me. Both associates didnt seem to care that I had waited so long or that I had to come in. Both associates had very little concern annoy the lack of service or the fact that no one answered their phones. I was trying this to see if using on line ordering and curbside pick up could be helpful to me 95 year old mother who had mobility issues. Please retrain your associates in customer service and in manners!

They took the time to help me out with a real difficult return it got pretty crazy but they still maintained the professionalism and got it done.

I went in hoping I could find something to buy I could wear but no going. The prices are high for what you get on a lot of clothing. The styles are dead. Sorry JC but Im not shopping there anymore. The store is dated and by that I mean outdated, cant keep up with modern stores and prices.

The South doors were not handicap equipped for me to with my knee post surgical scooter. I also had to use elevator which sounded and felt unmaintained and unsafe. The store was well stocked. There were no sales associates available for questions or assistance. The checkers were very kind and helpful. The manager was EXTREMELY accommodating.

This store has a new look to it from past years. They have large general clearance sections and its pretty well organized. I like that one has an option to pay reasonable prices for quality items and still get deep discounts at the same store.

I like shopping at this location but the restrooms are always extreme gross and smelly. Plus the top floor never has music and has a dirty floor. The associates are nice and the selection is nice.
