Great spot to grab a souvenir, also has Talavera pottery, outdoor pots, furniture and assorted gifts. Plants could be found, not a huge assortment but its winter!

Whether I need a knick or a knack, Jackelope is my first stop for rustic or southwestern decor. They often have exactly what I need. Although I have not yet found a 7ft tall statue of an eagle on a cactus. Still waiting to find that in stock. I have the perfect spot for it in my home.

We just discovered Jackolope, and love it so much! We recently bought a dining room table there, and everyone was so helpful and accommodating... especially Dori! Beautiful rustic/southwestern items and lovely staff. Can not recommend highly enough!

Was told by several friends Jackalope would have what I needed. They did ! Not only that but I was asked by 3 staff members if I needed help! When I did , they were so courteous and provided excellent customer service. They even had plants which I also was looking for. I will return to explore their shop which has so many different gifts, and items for gardens. Wonderful place !

Plenty of pots and import goods from down South. Do not go here for bargain prices, it is nice and it is expensive. If you look around you can find some cool items to add a little rustic charm to your furnishings.The garden center is quite large and well stocked with healthy plants.

I like Jackalope, but they are pricey. This time I was on a set mission to find two squarish planters with a good pop of color for the courtyard. Found what I was looking for and grabbed them so I can finish this project. Looking forward to getting some ornamental grasses into the new pots and dressing up the new spot. So go one Saturday and check it out. Its a great way to get your patio plans rolling.

Jackalope is great! Knowledge staff who genuinely care and listen, good selection, reasonable prices. They are the opposite of the big box stores and I have always been pleased with the customer service. Special shout-out to Roger! And OMG, the pottery! I have filled my house with potted plants in it!

I went looking for cucumber plants. While they had sold out, my experience there was great. I dont normally write reviews, however from the employee in the parking lot who asked if we needed help, to the girl who rang up my order, EVERYONE that worked there was soooo nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten names to give them a shout out. I asked about dahlias, and the girl helping didnt know an answer. She quickly responded that she would go ask another. The young man, who had asked if I needed help earlier, came over to discuss the dahlia question. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The girl at the register was also friendly, pleasant, and so nice. They have an enormous amount of flowers and beautiful and unique items in the store. THIS was great customer service, something that seems to be lacking in our society. Oftentimes I leave stores thinking, wow Im sorry I interrupted your WORKday with me presence. I will definitely go back. I will tell everyone I know of my experience there. Thank YOU Jackalope peeps who helped me on 5.11.21!!

Helpful and friendly staff, a good selection of plants, and a great selection of so many neat things, many of which are handmade and gorgeous. I came for glass watering bulbs and found some unique frog-shaped ones (with the help of staff) but I will absolutely be back for planters and surely so many other things!

Friendly staff, pottery cost to much for products made in china and Vietnam,not handicapped Friendly. Unable to find any local artists. Would have pay $200-500 for local artists . Staff seemsto be very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been waiting for over a week for 3 pots to be priced. I went back twice to check. After a week I called and they finally been priced. I asked if they would give me a 10% discount for having to wait (they’re $380 before taxes), but they wouldn’t accommodate. I don’t think a small discount for a customer who has been patient and unaccommodated is too much to ask. Won’t be shopping here.

Very fun store with lots of beautiful, handmade unique items. Everything from hot pads with chilis, to out door heavy metal chairs with beautifully inlaid attached table. Very Albuquerque! Many items from Mexico.

Lazy and unhelpful employees on Sunday. They were all too busy standing around the cash register flirting with each other than to bother help any of the few customers in the store. This was my first time here and I won’t be back.

I absolutely love this place. We won the jackpot by getting good sells! I love everything they sell! And we met a cool guy that tells very funny jokes and that really liked my Dad’s Star Trek shirt! They even have free chips and salsa. I really recommend people checking this place out! :.) 👍

Have not been able to visit Jackalope for quite some time, so a recent visit was a treat. The plants are displayed so nicely - and the selection of pots, plants and apparently a new shipment of a wide variety of metal flowers was a special treat!

Love this place but can’t say it’s my go-to store for pottery anymore. I needed a small (8” dia. or so) indoor ceramic pot. The only thing close were orchid pots (which is weird since they don’t sell orchids), but those have holes in the side so that’s no good. I found one other possibility but the attached saucer was ridiculously small. The outdoor pots were all too large and too heavy.

I love going to jackalope, my friend bought a beautiful vase.

Jackalope offers a 30 day money back guarantee on plants returned in original condition. Well if you buy a plant and it dies in 30 days they wont replace your plant. Lowes, Home Depot, pretty much everywhere else will if your plant doesnt make it.Guess I wont be buying anymore plants from Jackalope!!! Id advise you not to either.

Finally get there 2 hoirs before cut-off time for the grilled chicken and told they dont have any chicken, what is the deal? How do you run out of chicken.. Asked for hot sauce, im sure it was tomatoes in water. Last time i eat at this place.
