Thank you House of Floors Team! Ryan, along with the team in his office, were super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions, let us take home samples, and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions before moving forward. During the 2 days that the installers were in our home, they answered any questions that came up. In addition, they were very thoughtful/respectful of us and our home while they worked. After the job was complete, Ryan made sure that everything was to our liking before we paid the balance due. He also said that if we ever have any issues with our new floors that we are to call him. I will most definitely hire them again in the future and Ive already recommended them to several people I know. Thanks again for all of your help through this process and for being the calming, reassuring voice of reason. :-)

I used House of Floors (via word of mouth) to do carpet tear out and install in our new house. We specifically asked if they could remove carpet on a separate visit, then install a few weeks later so that we could paint and install tile without fear of damaging carpet and since the old carpet had pet hair and we have some allergies. They graciously accommodated, even though its not common practice. We did run into a snag the day before the install when they realized they had made an error and did not have the carpet we had chosen in stock and would not for several weeks past our scheduled move in date. It was obvious this had never happened before and they were beyond horrified. They pulled out the best carpet match they had on hand in the colors we liked, with the main change being texture and thread height, which we approved. They came, did an amazing install in one day and it works really well considering it was such a last minute change. They charged us half of what had been previously estimated AND sent us a generous Amazon gift card as a customer appreciation thank you. They handled their mistake so professionally, took great pains to make it right to the best of their ability and our timeline, and still accommodated our out of the norm request for separate install - all which speaks volumes about the company. Plus the work they did was amazing. They have my recommendation ☺️

My wife and I are new to Albuquerque. It was a pleasure getting to know Ryan and the sales staff at House of Floors. They were easy to deal with and made the shopping experience delightful.The installer for my project were some of the best i have ever seen. Both Dustin and Justin were great!Dustin (Carpet Specialist) was very confident of his abilities and ending up being just as good as he said he was. GOOD JOB!Justin (Finish Carpenter) layed our new Hickory composite flooring. He did a better job than even I expected. His attention to the smallest of details was impressive. GREAT JOB!I would recommend House of Floor to anyone looking for trouble free process of buying flooring.

House of Floors came out to give me an estimate on a tile job - and I wish they had told me they didnt take small jobs (300 square feet) - I wouldnt have wasted their time (or mine). Never heard from them (and its been two weeks since the visit,) so I guess just a word of warning........Im sure their work is fine, but ...

We recently worked with House of Floors to remove and replace over 1600 sq. ft of carpet, tile and glued down bamboo with new Luxury Vinyl Plank Waterproof Flooring. Ryan (Owner) was very responsive in giving us an estimate and helped us make the right choice for removing vs. overlaying our existing flooring. The Staff & Work Crew were knowledgeable and easy to work with. The Crew in particular worked very hard. Ryan warned us repeatedly, the removal process for the tile and bamboo would be messy - he was true to his word but we appreciated knowing in advance so we could prepare for the dust & debris which was significant. All work was completed early and we are delighted with the job and the Paradigm flooring!. As a family owned local business, vs. the Bog Box Stores, Id recommend this company to anyone!

Average experience. I used them for a small commercial application. There was some miscommunication along the way, and because of it I went with The Floor Store for my next project.Update:The miscommunication issue involved:1. I spend 20 minutes trying to determine if cove base was going to be installed on my project. The (undertrained?) staff members agenda was to simply get my deposit and get me out the door. I think it should have been to clarifying the product instillation and the customers wants/desires.2. Upon completion of the job, I setup a bill pay account and sent the remaining balance via mail delivered within 2 weeks after completion of the job. The financial administrator for your company was very upset. She called me several times, stated that I was not sanctioned to pay this way, stated she needed the money soon to balance her books, and basically threatened to call me back if the money was not received by a certain date.The whole process didnt have a positive impression on me.I hope this is more clear.

House of floors thank you! What a difference new carpet makes. The same installers did both carpet and tile. That simplified my life. The schedule was easier they started the carpet the day they finished the tile. The boundaries between carpet and tile were handled by the same team. The tile looks elegant. The carpet is lush.

On November 6, 2014 we purchased carpet from Ryan at House of Floors. It was installed a week later and they did a great job. After a couple of weeks we noticed discrepancies in the quality of the carpet as if it was the end of the roll. We called Ryan and he was out here the next day to inspect it. He agreed with the inconsistency and was willing to replace it with a better quality at no charge. The new carpet was installed today, January 14,2015, and WOW it looks amazing! Used House of Floors (Oct - Dec 2016) for removal and installation of carpet in the den, dining room, living room, hallways, closets and 4 bedrooms and for tile in the entry way, bathrooms and laundry room. Totaled less than $10K for a 2200 sq. ft. house on Mohawk carpeting & LDI Slate tile. Received quotes from other vendors but used H of F - they weren’t up-selling me but worked with me on my vision and investment longevity. Scheduled and had minor reschedule issue but Ryan, the owner made up for it by personally making sure the job was done right – including coming onsite to help move the appliances that I felt were impossible to move! I have unique Toto toilets, and Ryan paid to have a plumber come to move and reinstall toilets so that job was done perfectly. He didn’t even hint that I should cover the cost. They showed up on time, moved all furniture, cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future (they do more than carpeting) due to excellent customer service. Yes, things can go wrong but if you’re patient and work with them, they will make sure you are 100% satisfied. LOVE H of F!!

Oh my. I would give 10 Stars if possible. The entire experience was wonderful from the owner coming and providing the pricing to the last minute that the installers were here.

We have used HOF for 3 different projects and they have done GREAT work on all of them and for a good price. Ryan is great to work with.

Disappointing customer service. Spent a lot of time finding wood flooring and scheduling them to do an estimate. The estimate was completed but we never received it. After calling to follow-up they stated they had the wrong phone number and email address. Subsequently made two more phone calls with promises that they would call back/follow-up with us and never heard from them again. Very unprofessional and has resulted in us questioning their competence to install our flooring when they dont do to the basic courtesy of returning customers calls.

Ryan came out and gave me a fair etimate. I chose this company over big box store becuase I believe House of Floors has better integrity and are committed to great customer service. The installation team came on time and did a fabullous job from ,moving my furniture and replacing it, to carting off the old stuff. The install went verynquickly and carpet looks great! So pleased.
