He treats you with respect and diligence to get you what you need and how you need it done.My experience was where my car was totalled and the rental car side suggested I stop here because I had been to 17 other dealerships where I was treated exceedingly poorly and because they knew I was desperate because my rental was running out so they were horrible.Then came Anthony at Enterprise and he got me taken care of within a couple hours and couldnt have had a better person. I am truly grateful and hope the upper management recognizes the asset they have in him so someone else doesnt snap him up.

Recently purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales. It was a simple, painless transaction. I located a car that I liked in another part of the country. Paid the transportation fee, and it was delivered to my lot in about 10 days. It took me about 2 hours to complete the transaction and Im enjoying a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze with just over 12,000 miles on it. I expect it to last for many years.

Our purchase experience was great but did have some issues understanding and accepting the extended warranty program they were wanting us to purchase. After some time in discussing and our research, we saw its value and purchased the warranty.This is the second purchase from Enterprise for us. Their sales people are helpful and courteous, and of course, knowledgeable. We were able to find the right fit for us in an easy to get into vehicle (without bumping my head) with low mileage. We felt confident that we got the car that we paid the money for.

I heard great things about Enterprise car sales and after renting a vehicle I loved, was excited to use their service. I will say Ariella was extremely professional, attentive, and friendly. The disappointment started when I was sent some options for what I was looking for and the same day I went to apply for financing the price increased and could not be honored at the original price. My credit was ran through pretty bad along with my co-signer and still they could only get a mediocre APR approval. I was in immediate need to get the vehicle ASAP and after trying to work something out all week, unfortunately I was told I wouldn’t be able to obtain it for another week.

My husband and I were ready to buy a car. My son wanted us to get a Toyota. Enterprise Car Sales representative was very helpful. She answered all of our questions. AND she wasnt pushy the way so many salespeople are. The car was in excellent condition. I took it to my mechanic to have it checked out, and he said looks like you bought the perfect car.

I bought a car and paid in full on the spot. The sales rep was nice, well everyone WAS nice till they took my money and I left the lot. After that no one responds to emails and they keep telling me the rep that helped me is either busy and will call me back or they are not in the office. I saw a chip in my windshield 2 days after I bought my car, I thought my windshield was just dirty at first, then I washed my car and NOPE! I needed answers on when the last oil change was on the car because car fax says April 2020. I was given a what sounded like a rehearsed answer but it didnt answer my question and about the chip in my windshield STILL HAVENT GOTTEN AN ANSWER AN ITS NOW BEEN ALMOST 4 WEEKS SINCE I FULLY PAID FOR MY CAR AND I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A RESPONSE!!! If I wouldve known this was the way I was going to get treated after handing over thousands of dollars I WOULDVE WENT ELSEWHERE!!UPDATE: It has now been 2 months since I FULLY PAID for my car and I still have not received any response or my NM LICENSE PLATE OR TITLE!! My temp tags are now expired!!! I was also sold a car with hard water damage on the driver side! I wish I could do no stars for the review! Worst customer service!!!!UPDATE: It has now been 7 MONTHS and I have still yet to receive my Title, license plate and temporary license plate WITH MY INFO on it!!!! The last time I tried to call Enterprise car sales in Albuquerque a man answered and was rude and I got hung up on!! I emailed 3 weeks ago, the lady Virginia who I was dumped on and SHE HAS NOT RESPONDED!!!

Worst car buying experience i have ever had first i paid $1800.00 to transfer a car from Florida and that car was damaged by an employee in the lot so they used my money to bring a different car with out my permission then it took over a month to get the car here then i gon ton pick it up and they added 3000.00 extra to my loan and now my loan wouldnt go through i was told i was SOL and none of my money would be returned so i went to my bank and they straighten out my loan and it was approved and check was ready that same day then enterprise refused to pick up check from credit union and was threatening to sale a car i had already put money for finally the went to pick up check after a week of fighting with them they didnt want to provide title app so my credit union agreed to give them check if they could provide a letter of title guarantee. I will never do business with them again.

This turned out to be my easiest car shop EVER! I put in some of the things that I wanted a car to contain and then the dealer sent emails of the cars that fell into the categories that I wanted. I narrowed it down to two cars and worked from there. I did this all from home. When I decided that I wanted to see the car they drove it to me to look at. I never had to go into the dealership once. This mattered to me even more because I had no car to be able to drive to the dealership. Another thing I was happy about is the fact that it was an Enterprise Car and they take excellent care of their cars!

I was leery about buying a used car from a rental company at first. I realized that they are a fleet vehicle with routine maintenance and proper care. The staff are very friendly and they have reasonable prices too. I picked up a ford expedition for less than the local blue book price and received blue book for my trade too. I also bought an extended warranty that will cover my vehicle to just under 100,000 miles too. The best part is I take my vehicle to ford for any repairs, not a questionable second hand shop. I have long considered Enterprise my favorite rental car provider, but I still felt a bit queasy about buying a car that had really been driven like a rental. However, the system and people at the Sales agency were straightforward enough to allay my reservations. I originally gave this business a great review. I purposefully went in on a Sunday to sign the paperwork with Jereece so she would get the commission since she would not be there the day I was bringing a check. A couple weeks after buying my car a small noise which sounded like an open window started on the front passenger side. Initially I thought I must have a fan on that I was unaware of. A week later it was much louder. When I called Jereece she said there was nothing she could do I should take it to a mechanic. The warranty there is 7 days. My mechanic thought the windshield was not put in correctly. Had I felt that Jereece would be my advocate and do a little research and realize the windshield was replaced before my purchase, I could have skipped paying my mechanic $75.00 to do a smoke test to diagnose the problem! Once again I spoke to Jereece who completely blew me off. I then asked to speak to a manager which after a wait, Jereece responded that Safelite, windshield company would be in touch with me. Jereece would give me no assurance that I wouldn’t have to pay for the new windshield! When I spoke to Safelite they said of course we will take care of it for you.Very disappointed with the way the situacion was handeled by Jereece, so easily could have been an easy fix.

When I first purchased my car from Enterprise/Albuquerque. I had issues with it that were not disclosed to me in the beginning. I spoke with the manager of the facility and he got everything squared away that were of a major importance to me. Still, not happy with the fact that there was a huge lack in disclosing issues with the car.

Both Rick and Sam were extremely helpful. Both were conscientious and aimed to please. They were also very patient. I had purchased my last car from Enterprise 10 years ago and felt confident enough to go back there. You know where the car has been and its maintenance record plus you do really get a good deal. There is absolutely no hard sell. They work with you. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a good, used car.

Was told I was approved and got the car I wanted. Over a month later I was told i wasnt approved and I had to take the car back. I went back and forth with at least 4 people here for weeks and didnt even end up with a car. I got my money back (not all of it of course) and went to Hertz where I was able to get a car easily. I regret coming to Enterprise. They were pushy as well. All I left with was a headache.

This is the 3rd car I have bought at this location. All 3 have been great. The experience has been wonderful, no trying to get you to buy more. Very fast, would recommend them if looking for a very good used car. Would also recommend the salesperson Sam.

Reasonable prices, good cars, I found what I was looking at the price I could afford, easyTransaction.But I had to travel in order to pick up my car and was not ready, it had missed an inspection and had to wait for over an hour and a half, my sales person Virginia forgot to send me an email in order to pick up the license plates and didnt answer my calls after the sale was complete.Other than that all the personnel was very helpful and cordial.

The team is friendly, flexible and dont use any sales pressure.It was my easiest experience ever in buying an automobile. This was the worst car buying experience EVER. Enterprise did me wrong from start to finish. I bought a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid, that was going to be purchased from an employee in Houston, TX but they backed out and I was able to have it shipped from Houston to Albuquerque, NM for $860. I had problems with the sales person, Tim Martin, he did not call me back when I called him several different times to talk about financing. The sales manager, Samuel M Leibenhaut, did not respect my wish to finance with my local credit union & instead wrote up numbers for Chase and proceeded to tell me how great of a financing deal it was. The difference was between 3.35% (JP Morgan) and 2.65% (my credit union). Samuel told me 3.35% was the best that I would be able to do. In the end, I secured my own financing through my credit union which clearly upset the sales people b/c they stopped working with me altogether. In fact, the sales person, Tim asked me to FedEX payment from my credit union overnight before I even picked up the vehicle (I live 225 miles away from the Enterprise location) or even saw it in person. On the day I picked it up, I took it for a short test drive during a busy period and was not able to test everything out. However when I was at Enterprise, I noticed that the front bumper was sticking out and before I finished signing the papers (which stated that they had fixed the front bumper) Enterprise agreed to look into fixing the bumper clip. Apparently the car had hit something as the front bumper was messed up a little bit along with the front headlight, which was a small piece was glued. That piece has since fallen completely off and on the way home, I noticed my seats were not cooling (or heating). I took the vehicle into Ford and had it serviced, the computer system needed to be reset and there was a pin broken on the heating/cooling seats. Something that had Enterprise done a complete inspection before they sold me the car, they would have had fixed RIGHT AWAY. Enterprise does not do a good or even decent inspection of the vehicle. Please learn from my mistake and have the car checked out first before signing papers and buying it. The customer service I received from the salesperson, Tim Martin, the sales managers, Samuel M Leibenhaut and Marcus A Ardiel, was very sexist and poor at best. I felt b/c I was a single woman buying a car, Samuel, tried to pull a fast one on me and get me to finance with their option which gives them the most sales commission and completely ignored my wishes. Before I signed on the dotted line, I had emailed the service manager, Marcus, a list of facts (of instances when both Tim and Samuel had not listened to me and did the exact opposite of my request or of times that I had called to ask questions or get updates of the shipment of my car and did not receive a response) and never received a reply. All in all, I feel this was the worst car buying process which took 10 days from start to finish, from both the side of the sales people and from Enterprise as a company. I am disappointed as I have rented from Enterprise for years. However after this, I will never rent from Enterprise and will spread the word of my car buying experience from Enterprise to all my friends and family.

This is the second vehicle Ive purchased from Enterprise. I love the no haggle pricing and that the employees do not work on commission. The staff was very professional, very courteous, and very helpful. There was no pressure. They just wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. And when my primary salesperson was unavailable, another stepped right in and continued the great service. Enterprise Car Sales offers the No Haggle pricing; it is what it is. But, the prices are fair, dare I say even pretty good relatively speaking. The Albuquerque team who helped me included Ardiele, Virginia, Marcus and Mary, who made the experience as painless as possible and we were finished in about one-half the time it takes a traditional auto dealership to conclude the sale. Im very happy with the Ram 1500 Big Horn and Im looking forward to many years driving that thing around pulling a travel trailer. Give that team a raise! They were great.

Arrived at the Enterprise location with a pre-approve loan from my Credit Union for a Toyota Tundra that was in a different state. I changed my mind as there were two models of a Nissan frontier at the lot. My wife had her input to my decision on purchasing the Frontier as she also likes this model. There goes my Tundra. I was greeted immediately by a friendly car salesman JR, he assisted me in the car buying process. I test drove the truck and when I returned to the Enterprise lot I made the decision to purchase this Nissan Frontier SV 4x4 model truck. The buying process was a bit longer than I expected, it was four hours long and I could not be inside the building and was outside in a hot sun and was annoying. Overall the people were pleasant to work with and I did not experience any negative vibes so I gave it four stars.

After checking around I found that the price really was aprox. $ 2300.00 less than the used auto stores. $4500 less than the dealerships, and none of the dealers trucks were low mileage like this one. The detail work was phenomenal, and the truck drives like a dream. The staff was very friendly and helpful.I only gave four stars, but would have given 4.5 if possible. The reason I knocked off half a star was because half way home I had to put air in one tire, (12 pounds low). I got home and got the tire checked out and no leaks were found. A week later and the air pressure hasnt dropped a pound. The TPMS sensors werent re-learned, and also discovered that the gas fill neck had been removed from the truck at some point and had been just stuffed back into its hole. . No big deal, I bought the new fasteners and replaced them. All appears good now. Overall 5 stars. To the guys that inspect the vehicles, 4 stars. Definitely highly recommend purchasing from Enterprise car sales. GREAT JOB ENTERPRISE.

This was the second car purchase from Enterprise. My first purchase was a 5 star...no problems. This purchase was ok but all the paperwork said that there was a CD player in the truck...but no CD player. When I called I was told that model had no CD player even though it was on the website and the tag from the window...I drove it off after closing and did not notice it until the next day.

Good prices, cars are maintained beautifully, and the customer service was amazing. Definitely recommend buying a used car from enterprise because you are getting quality and you get a 7 day trial period. If you dont like the car just go within those 7 days and exchange it. No buyers remorse here.

I visited enterprise after a long hard day of car shopping. The salesman was friendly, responsive and respectful. He listened to what I was interested in and showed me the cars that fit my wants and my budget. I blue booked The vehicles and they were priced right. The only downside was the selection. Because the cars were previous rental cars they were white, black and gray. I wanted a little more color in my life, so I bought another car somewhere else. But, this place gave a great shopping experience. I would recommend it highly.

I was very happy with my car buying experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Albuquerque, NM. Corey Lawson was great to work with. The car was as advertised. I appreciated the complimentary one-way rental (I paid gas) to go pick it up in ABQ. They are handling the sales tax and license tag and then Fed-Ex to me.

Excellent customer service and no haggle pricing! I found a great car with low mileage and a good price. The 7 day return policy is great if you are uncertain about the vehicle. They even extended my 7 days because they needed to complete an inspection on the car and got a minor repair done! Try getting that kind of service at any other used car dealer. I will definitely use Enterprise Car Sales again in the future and highly recommend it.

The service I got from Ariella was impeccable. She was kind, patient, funny and professional. I cant give her enough credit for her patience as I moved like a sloth during my visit while suffering from an injury. I was very reluctant about some detailed and she never made me feel pressured, yet gave me firm information that helped me make my decision. The reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 is because after a couple days, when the car is parked in the sun for more than an hour I can smell weed: I absolutely hate the smell of smoke and it was one of the main fears I had when purchasing, but at the time of the test drive it wasnt apparent. There were no floor mats in the vehicle and the tires are so bald that I know Ill have to replace them very soon.
