I got my topper a couple years ago on my new Tacoma. They had a quality selection and they did a good job installing the top. Their price was absolutely fair. Now I have to get the top taken off for recall on my center, rear taillight by Toyota. Heck with the dealership wholl charge me an arm and a leg to remove and reinstall the top. Nope, I called Topper Town theyll take care of me. Glad Im a customer!

Great place to do business. I ordered a new A.R.E. shell for my truck back in March, due to Covid supply chain issues the manufacturing is waaaaay backed up. But Topper Town kept me updated and was very upfront and honest with the delay. The installation was done beautifully, quickly, and professionally. These guys are awesome! When my ARE topper broke (bought and installed by another dealer, I might add!), I was on my way from Colorado to Arizona for a extended camping trip. The rear door with glass had completely fallen off! Since I sleep in the truck bed, this was looking to be a major problem and threatened to derail my trip.I was already an hour south of Albuquerque when this occurred and no local mechanic in Socorro, NM was interested in helping get me back on the road. What to do? A quick call to Topper Town Abq was all I needed. These guys told me to bring it up and they’d get me on the road ASAP. Wow, my panic was already heading to feelings of relief. Upon arrival I was treated with kindness and they had my truck in the shop in no time flat. Mind you, I didn’t have an appointment, and didn’t even purchase the topper from them.About an hour later, they had me on the road with my door reattached better than it was originally installed. And they replaced a plastic piece I had previously broken at the bottom of the door, which I knew to be a $60 part. They also fixed my brake wiring, re-weather sealed the door for me and fixed the shock and lock on one of the side “contractor” door/windows. Dare I mention the charge?! About a hundred bucks. For everything!!!Wow! I was lucky to find these guys, and I am grateful that there is still good, kind people in this world who take pride in their workmanship. If I ever need another topper, I will be driving down here (from Denver!).Thanks, again, guys! You are truly awesome!

I was in the market for a topper/shell for my 2014 Ram truck. So I called them on the phone and A Gentleman named Mike answered the phone. I told him what I was looking for and he told me he had a black Painted Snug Top brand and a white ATC brand in stock. I told him I was only visiting Albuquerque for a day and would stop by. Upon arrival at the store I was met by the biggest and coolest cat Ive ever seen. I was shortly greeted by Mike and found out he was the owner! He gladly showed me the two toppers he had in stock and he spent a great deal of time explaining the features and information for them both! It was close to closing time and Mike took the time to explain things well and I never felt rushed, even though it was almost closing time. We made a deal on the black SnugTop topper and even though they were booked the next day, he told me to come in early and they would fit me in. I arrived early the next morning and they carefully washed the new topper and cleaned all the windows inside and out. They meticulously installed the shell onto my truck! They did it so quickly and smoothly, it was obvious that they have done this a time or two LOL! Mike and the installer Sean were super friendly and knowledgeable! They provided me with spectacular service and went above and beyond for me! I highly recommend them! They provided me a combination of Quality, Service and Price! Go see Mike and Sean if you need a topper or some accessories for your truck!

Stopped in to purchase a topper. Was referred. No one in the office. No one bothered to wait on me. So that was very disappointing. I suppose thats ok. Ill keep looking for a topper.

The Gaffneys are super nice and accommodating. We had to have body work on our truck right when our topper came in but they graciously agreed to wait for us. Top notch service!

They have nice products and are responsive....up to a point. I ordered some parts in May. I was told it would take a couple of months. Ok. I asked to be kept informed. They called me on August 6 telling me parts were on the truck. I waited a few more days. No word. I had to call them. Parts were not shipped and I was told they not sure when parts would arrive. A few weeks later I called and nothing new to report. I felt after a while Topper Town either forgot about me or didn’t care about my $250 purchase. So two weeks ago I go their competitor, Admiral, and they order the parts. They actually called me to say parts were in. Installation occurred that same day. All in all two weeks elapsed from Admiral from inception to installation. Admiral now has my business not Topper Town.

Paid $485 + tax for truck rollup tonneau cover installed. I had to follow up to determine when cover was in. They scratched my back bed door. Not too noticeable but the truck is a month old. They didnt wear masks, but sign on door says required. I know small businesses are hurting from covid so wanted to support them.UPDATE: owner called me to apologize and offered to fix the scratch. Not necessary since its in the plastic frame, but upgrading my recommendation for service response.

I bought a trifold tonneau cover for my Ford Ranger from Topper town. I found them very easy to do business with, friendly, and efficient. A few months later one of the panels on the tonneau cover came off its hinge because of my error. I took it to Topper town and they fixed it at no cost. Great customer service!

Seems incapable of following through. Been waiting for topper parts for over 2 months and have finally given up. Always would say he would follow up and get back, expecting the parts next week! etc etc, but never would.Update: I did provide the serial multiple times at the beginning of the process. By the time I had written this review I had to follow up with you 4-5 times over 2 months always being told it will be next week. Youve been given more than enough chances. Now that I wrote the review youre suddenly capable of finding my phone number. At this point Ive reached out to another supplier.

A+++ all the way. My A.R.E. top arrived from manufacturer in January and was installed within hours by Mike & crew. The top ended up defective (windows leaked like crazy) and Mike did not hesitate to make it right. I left my truck with them for a week as I headed out to better weather.
