Super friendly staff from walk-in to check-out! Amazing and beautiful options, and they even let you borrow samples to test in your home. Highly recommended!

I went to several tile stores in town to find tiles for a pool rework, and Emser Tile was the only one that had knowledgeable and helpful staff. I recommend them above Arizona Tile, Tile Shop, and Floor and Decor by far.

Not sure why the bad reviews. Maybe the reviewers arent use to contractor supply settings and are expecting retail treatment or something.It is best to make an appointment, as the staff will not ignore their customers during appointment times for walk-ins. It is, after all, not a retail store.We had a good experience. Anna was very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal of help. She described processes and pricing thoroughly and clearly. She also knew the products better than personnel at other tile stores I visited. Was able to answer all questions we threw at her.

Just finished a complete remodel (kitchen and 2 baths) and Emser was an incredible supplier and a pleasure to do business with. The customer support is unmatched. They get you in and out quickly unlike some tile suppliers where you wait around forever. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. And all the latest and greatest tile products and the best prices I found. They really took care of me and I cant recommend them highly enough. Thanks Emser!

Very disappointed. Had built an addition two years ago and received fantastic service. Came in with my brother to remodel his home presently and was not greeted whatsoever, when asked for help had an unknowledgeable young man at the front counter. Other employees unavailable, there was no designer to help us. Selection in the displays was limited and bare. Found one product that my contractor ordered and once ordered it was completely wrong. Later got a phone call that it was there, went to pick it up, and the gentleman in the back said he was unable to find it. Would not recommend further.

WE LOVE EMSER. Anthony and Anna are a two person show. They inform you about the product and installation, and they are also entertaining. Our contractor sent us in to look for selections for our home and we left with so much advice, and also a full design for our new home. In one hour Anna designed our entire house. It was the easiest portion in the whole home design.

Very disappointed and inconvenienced. Contractor highly recommended this place. Called during the work week to verify weekend hours and when I drove down from Santa Fe on Saturday they were closed, with no notice as to why. Went to another place and found what i needed but hoped they would have communicated this when I had called them earlier that week.

We ordered tile samples six weeks ago. I called every week for a status and was told that they would check on the order and call me back. They never once called me back. I called again today and they referred me to another tile store.

Very disappointed. Walked in with my wife at 11:15 AM. (not lunch time) and completely ignored. Completely. My contractor sent me there. Its okay though. Another company was more that happy to take my money and in the future, I will share my experience with others. Good luck Emser,. You are going to need it ! You dont deserve one star that Im required to give !

Terrible Service. I went in person and no one ever helped me. I then tried calling and the gentleman on the phone was completely unhelpful.

Went to Emser with my spouse this morning to go over selections we had made months ago for our new home. No one greeted us, and the two employees we found, we tried to talk to, and it seemed like they were too busy for us. When one man finally helped, they seemed very disorganized, irritated with us for being there, and very confused. Going to reselect tile.

I am a carbon copy of the last review, our contractor sent us to look over and get help at Emser Tile, totally not acknowledged or helped!!!! I guess our money isnt green enough! We left!
