QT Auto Care is the only shop in town I will take my vehicles to. They perform excellent work at a fair price. I always go to them when it comes to maintaining the performance of my vehicles, as well as diagnosing and fixing engine troubles. They can do it all from working on everyday domestic vehicles, to high end foreign performance cars. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and very professional.

One of the best Shops in the City hands down. The gentlemen working inside this shop are focused, dedicated and always determined to help customers fixing any issues with their vehicles. While providing excellent services when doing maintenance on vehicles or upgrading high performance cars, no matter the job these guys are the go-to type of people this city needs. This is the only place I take my vehicles! A mechanic shop where the staff dont try to take advantage and tell you how it is. The prices are more than reasonable and the parts can be OEM or after market. Everyone is certified here and clearly know what theyre doing! Highly recommended for all your automotive needs!

These guys were professional, courteous, punctual and addressed all my concerns even though I was just getting a routine oil change. I would only feel comfortable bringing my German vehicle to them in the future for any maintenance or repairs. I would highly recommend them!

I was sent to QT Auto Care to have a coolant low warning inspected by a dealer I had just purchased my vehicle from. Since I was driving home to AZ I was concerned and this service shop was so friendly and helpful. PB and the service techs helped us out, order fluid to top off my used Panamera, allowed us to wait in their office area and ensured the car was in shape for our drive back to AZ. I do recommend QT Auto Care for your service needs on your high end vehicle.

Most nicest and trust worthy people. They do a really great job with your car and always give reasonable prices compared to most other auto shops. They give you recommendations for the car that absolutely need to be fixed, unlike other places that will tell u it needs to be fixed, when they are fine and will last for months or more. QT auto shop workers work very hard and get the job done at a reasonable time. I have had no issues with them. It is where me and my family go and who we trust with our cars. We will continue to do so.

I have been working with QT Auto Care for the last 6 months resolving issues of poor repair work I received from another local repair facility. I have had an amazing experience working with the staff and technicians of QT.They have been very fair in their pricing of parts, and labor. Their work has been done quickly and correctly without issue. I have found them to be honest, kind, and helpful answering my questions when I didnt understand the problems I was having with my vehicle.They are careful to address the specific issues and not try to sell me additional or unnecessary repairs. Sometimes, I have had to call them to ask for help when Im doing a simple repair and they are there to help without charging me for their expert advice. Love this place PB is awesome so nice and polite. Didnt hesitate or pause at all when I took in my 87 hoopdavil. So excited to get it back. This is for sure my Go To from now on. Read the reviews makes so much sense this world is full of critics and this shop QTs there are more people loving than hating. DONT GO TO QT!!!!! I took my car back to QT to make sure previous work was completed correctly and was charged UNauthorized $100 diagnostic fee when I went to get car!!!! QT quoted other work 50-70% higher then other shops and did not replace pop-rivets so under hood covers are unsecured, flapping in the breeze and refused admitt mistake or provide reasonable customer service.

Amazing service, its a father and son repair shop and the best Ive ever been to or got to even experience I cant even believe how cool these guys are I know if I ever need anything Im coming here if I ever buy a vehicle these guys are gonna inspect every nut and bolt its just the pride they take in good business

Great experience with QT Auto Care. Had some work done there a couple of different times and everyone I came into contact with each time was extremely friendly and professional. They took great care of my car and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and everyone else.

A year ago I met the crew at QTS. I have not been to another mechanic since. these guys are the nicest group of people I have ever met. They are more then fair, honest and extremely hard working. I have referred everyone I know to them and never heard anything but great things. If your tired of being ripped off and want some people you can trust, go see the guys at QT Auto Care.

I really can not understand why people say it is affordable. Are these ratings from their own people? My car got a small problem, and they charged a lot for just looking at it while usually car shops give free diagnostic. It would take just 20 minute or even less time, but they charged for one hour. After that they give a ridiculous quote including parts that really do not matter (such as tail plate lights). I checked on line for the main parts prices, found out that even you buy them directly from Autozone, the prices would be just half of that on their quote. The labor rate is $85/hour, which is pretty high in ABQ area.Will never do business again! And will put it on my face book to tell all my friends and people in my community to avoid them!

Great experiece. Van broke down but we were diagnosed, repaired and back on the road in 3 hours. The whole crew went above and beyond.

DO NOT bother coming to this place!! The worst place to bring your car. Brought in my car to fix and paid $1000 down to get it started and 1 month went by and my car was not fixed. Had my dad go in get my car and they had the audacity to ask for an extra $700 when all they did was break my car more. My car is now all tilted to one side and broken. When we asked for our money back they said no and they only broke my car more. DO NOT GO HERE!! Awful place. Will cost a bunch of money for more breakage.

I believe in this business. In this family business. Truly exceptional level of professionalism and dedication to the craft. I could go on and on about my first and long-lasting experience with Quoc, his scientific son Hugh, Quocs brother. But to say the least if you have ever felt like you just needed someone you can trust, someone that will put your needs first. . .look no further.I had a pretty extreme scenario with my vehicle; I had been stranded for a week. The diagnosis on my vehicle looked grim and enter QT. They not only properly assessed my vehicle for the initial issue I came in with but provided me with sound advice as to how to remedy other issues as far as part pricing and appropriate estimations on possible future repairs, if I did not have the work done at QT.My initial reasoning for coming in was with warrantied part. I paid $250 more at the OTHER shop that failed to correctly fix the issue. QT not only correctly fixed the issue but wouldnt take a cent over, performing stellar work for $250 less than the original shop! This stellar work did not stop just with their craftsmanship and the manner in which they conduct business but extended with equally stellar personal-ability, treating me with the upmost respect and dignity, more than anyone could expect from good people, true car professionals-experts at their craft even. I tip my hat to these gentleman. Well done!!!
