We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Frank Olguin was so patient and knowledgeable and spent a long time with us while we tried to decide which mattresses suited us best. We couldn’t be happier with our new beds - best night’s sleep I’ve ever had. We returned to the store to buy sheets and pillows and again received excellent customer service from Frank. Absolutely the best shopping experience I’ve ever had!

This store and associate were fantastic. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and it was easy from there on out. The friendly associate was very knowledgeable and patient with my two young children who happened to be running around the store. We were deciding between Temper and another product but the experience alone helped solidify our decision. We had an awesome, personal experience with Kathy and Frank. Kathy was very attentive to our needs and helpful with any and all questions. We did not feel pressured or hurried with our discussions about a major purchase. Not only did we walk out with a bed that will suit us but also amazing pillows! Keep up the excellent service. Also, the cleanliness and sanitary procedures made us feel much more comfortable.

Clay was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and patient. He explained the various types of mattresses and differences between them. He allowed me the time time to safely try the options until I was able to make up my mind. When I went back for my sheets, the level of customer service I experienced from him and Kathy was stellar, and I had already purchased my bed! I love the mattress and the sheets, and slept soundly so far, though its only been 3 days. No waking up at 2 am, just deep, lovely sleep! This has been the best shopping experience I have had in a long time.

The temperpedic in Albuquerque was one of my most memorable customer service experiences. The customer service here demonstrated by Frank, Clay, and another nice lady (can’t remember her name) was some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They sold us our bed, bed frame, sheets, and pillows. We called several times for an update on the shipping for our bed frame and received nothing but positivity and dedication to understanding and helping us with whatever our concerns were. Not only have we been to the store twice but made 5-6 calls for information, every single time we encountered any three of them, they greeted us with a positive attitude without seeming overly pushy to make a purchase or acting as if they had better things to do. Remarkable customer service and outstanding quality from what we have received. We thank you very much for this positive experience and will be recommending this company to friends and family.

Clay and Kathy went above and beyond my expectations. I came in needing a new pillow and Clay took the time to show me the different sizes and experience each one. He laid out a sanitary covering on each pillow and the mattress I laid down on. This allowed me to know exactly what pillow would fit my needs. Both Clay and Kathy were extremely professional and easy to work with. Thank you for your help! I walked out with a new pillow and excitement for my rejuvenated sleep. Will be back!

The folks who work here are amazing. Patient and helpful and since they all use the products (from mattresses to sheets and pillows) they give great advice based on their experiences. The delivery service was also amazing. We are very happy we made the decision to buy a Tempurpedic from this wonderful group of people.

Frank was amazing and helped us find our perfect bed! When we decided to buy, Frank made sure that setting up our payment plan was easy and quick. He even threw in a free headboard bracket kit for when our new bed arrives! Great customer service and they enforced COVID-19 social distancing and cleanliness rules, so my husband and I felt safe while trying out mattresses

I loved working with Clay Johnson at your Q Street NE store in Albuquerque NM. I am an old Temper Pedic customer who bought your king size bed about 22 to 25 years ago. I did not realize how old my bed was until just recently, so I did my research and bought my new Luxe Breeze Ergo bed. I look forward to the new technology and ultimate comfort this bed has to offer. Really awesome experience! My husband and I have been sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress for 20 years and it was time to finally replace it (it made 3 moves with us -- two of them with master bedrooms on the second floor!). It is very difficult to envision how a bed is going to feel without actually trying it out. Kathy was awesome!!! Both my husband and I are over 60 years old and were concerned about safety with the COVID19 Pandemic. We called first and discussed our options with Kathy and felt very comfortable with the Clean Shop Practice in place. After trying out several beds, it was obvious to us which option would be the best for us. I highly recommend anyone considering a Tempur-Pedic mattress, pillow or any other item come to this store.

$7,250 purchase made 8/10/19ProAdapt Med. Bed & Ergo Extend base = 4 stars. Slept in the bed for a 2-1/2 weeks now. Bed is very comfortable and base has all of the bells and whistles.Sales pitch = 5 starsThe sales staff were very knowledgeable about the products and various options and did a excellent job of explaining them. Kathy managed up their delivery team, explaining in detail that we could expect a pleasant delivery experience to include after hours, weekends, & white glove delivery service.Follow up = 1 starKathy did a very good job of explaining the follow up process; however she did not follow up initially as she explained nor did anyone else from Tempur-Pedic. Kathy did finally follow up today after the lengthy delivery process.Tempur-Pedic communications = 2 starsOut of the three sales people (Kathy, Clay & Frank), only Clay actually did what he committed to do. Only Clay offered an apology following our initial complaints regarding delivery issues.Delivery communications = 1 starBoth the Tempur-Pedic sales staff and us communicated multiple times that the delivery had to be made in the evenings or on a weekend. The delivery company could not comprehend this requirement and tried multiple times to schedule delivery outside of our requested times. Denise (ProRelo/Belkin delivery) also let us know that they do not make weekend deliveries.Delivery = 0 starsAfter purchase we were never contacted by either Tempur-pedic nor the delivery company until we contacted the Tempur-pedic flagship store in attempt to schedule delivery. The first delivery was made over a week and a half after purchase. Delivery was made at 7:30 in the evening on a weekday. Mattress was delivered with no issues but one section of the base was torn on the corner out of the box. We immediately notified Clay at the flagship store. Products were accepted with the understanding that the damaged base would be replaced at no cost. Delivery team did not seem to be very well trained.They initially forgot to remove zip tie straps from the bottom section of the base and when they tried to operate the bed the hydraulics busted the straps loose, making a loud popping sound with pieces of the straps flying out from under the bed. Also, the first time they tried to operate the bed the top section did not operate because they failed to plug it in and had to remove the mattress and troubleshoot. No gloves or shoe covers were worn.The second replacement delivery attempt was worse. Again no communications to schedule replacement delivery until after we contacted the flagship store after waiting over a week. Did not receive a follow-up from Frank as he committed to, but did receive a robo-call from ProRelo after four more days confirming delivery the next day during the daytime hours. We were able to dial an option to speak to a delivery representative. Spoke to Denise and she attempted to reschedule us for the following week after 6 PM and again confirmed they did not deliver during the weekends. Contacted the flagship store once again to assist us with scheduling delivery at a time that we would not be at work. Clay helped us to schedule delivery after 6pm the next day. Received a call from the delivery team the day of delivery confirming delivery at 4:30. Reiterated that delivery needed to be made after 6pm. Delivery team arrived on schedule removed the mattress and proceeded to take the base sections apart but without removing the interconnected cords. After some struggles, they took one section (wrong half) out to the curb and quickly realized that they didn’t have two sections to replace. Brought the good half back into the house and along with the replacement bottom section. Struggled to put them together knocking our bed frame around a bit. After getting the mattress in place, they proceeded to test the bed and realized they forgot to plug in the top section as it did not operate. After a bit more struggles delivery was finally complete after more than an hour. No gloves no shoe covers. Mop the floors and wiped down walls. The End

Exceptional and unmatched customer service. Stopped by on a whim to look at sheets after purchasing a Tempur-pedic from another retailer. Clay ensured that we were well-prepared to make the most out of our bonuses and warranty, and even extended his services to help us with our setup, despite the fact that we did not initially purchase at this location.I almost wish we did now! Thank you, Clay and Uptown Tempur-pedic!
