On the Rise Balloon Shop is amazing! Exceptional service that way beyond the call of duty. I was planning a balloon covered ceiling for my Moms 70th Birthday in Santa Fe; I reside in Denver. I had to reschedule twice due to COVID including the intended location. Brent was awesome! Super accommodating, kind, and professional! I had a very specific vision for the balloon display which Brent was able to achieve w/ such grace and hospitality! He even sourced specialty ribbon for each balloon. As an event professional myself, I highly highly recommend this company!

Brent and his team were amazing from consultation to completion they took the stress out of all the decorations I sent pictures and they brought my ideas to life hands down the best experience nothing but the best. I googled balloon delivery on 9/10/2020 and saw how easy it was to contact On the Rise via text, email, or phone.They responded right away and confirmed they could create and deliver the next day!!I used the fantastic pictures on their site for reference to finalize an order for my mom’s 69th birthday!They offered suggestions on colors and provided a competitive quote. I was able to pay using an invoicing system that was so easy to use. They gave me many delivery time options as well.My mom was surprised and couldn’t stop laughing with joy when the delivery arrived! 69 brightly colored helium balloons and a flower bouquet made from twisty balloons were presented to her & it absolutely made her day and mine!The whole process was an A+ experience and I will use this company over and over again!Thank you, On The Rise!!!!!!!!!!

We used On The Rise Balloon Shop for some Scooby Doo balloons for my daughters birthday. The communication was fast and easy to get virtual mock ups, pricing and payment and the balloons were delivered right on time. The balloons were beautiful and my daughter loved them! If you want balloons, this is the place to go! I ordered a balloon bouquet for my fiancees birthday in January. They are still going strong after 2 months! Its only been in the last couple of days that theyre getting a little soft, but theyre still inflated. Jennifer and Brent are incredibly creative and create just about anything you can possibly want. Theyre a wonderful alternative to flowers!

We hired On The Rise Balloon Shop to do the decorations for our wedding. The staff was attentive and very helpful in giving us some guidance and ideas. We found the sample books with pictures that were provided helpful and inspiring. The coolest part, was a computer mock up drawing of our venue with the balloon decorations we were contemplating so that we could visualize what everything would look like. The balloons came out beautiful and we had so many people tell us how gorgeous the venue looked. Everyone was super friendly and I would definitely hire them again!!!

This shop is wonderful. They are very helpful with ideas. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Tyler met me after hours to accommodate us when I had. Completely forgotten to pick up the balloons for our party. He was so kind and made arrangements to meet me after business hours. I will definitely return todo business with them.

Jennifer helped me with both of my girls birthday parties and I couldnt have been happier. She worked with me to create custom bouquets, arches, flowers and some super fun Trolls Poppy heads. The balloons were wrapped well so it made for easy pick up and set up. Reasonably priced, quick and easy pick up and awesome custom creations means Im definitely coming back for all my party balloons in the future!

I am so happy I found them! The cake I ordered for my sisters baby shower is right next door (also an awesome place) so on a whim we thought we would go in and just browse. I was blown away!! Custom balloon orders?! Oh my gosh. So awesome. I ended up having to change the date of the planned baby shower from April to May and they were so accommodating!! They made it a very easy smooth process to not only change the date but also modify and add to my original order.What you see online is not everything they can do. I was texting them pictures I found on Pinterest not sure if they would even be able to do it and Jennifer was like, “oh yeah! No problem”. :o I’m so excited.Very reasonable prices!! Very. Those that comment who say otherwise have never tried to decorate/host a party by going to party city. It adds up quick AND you are doing all of your own assembly. I’m never going back to party city again.Update 5/31/18 post baby shower: I wish I could give them ten stars. We thought we would be able to transport all of the balloons I ordered in our own vehicle which was an epic fail. Ha. So they delivered!! At 11pm!! I know it was extenuating circumstances and one shouldn’t expect that going into it but wow!!! What amazing service. I’ve never had someone go above and beyond for me like that. And the balloons were beautiful. They were wedding status incredible. The pictures here online don’t really showcase what they can truly do. I would check out their Instagram page or better yet go in to their store and talk to them!! Place an order.I wish I had found them sooner.

What a great local store to buy balloons. I bought some balloons for my girlfriends birthday. They were the big number balloons everyone is getting these days. I told the girl it was going to be a day or two before I could get them delivered to surprise her. She asked if I wanted the helium that would last a little bit longer. I thought she was saying that just to charge me a few more cents but for a few more cents I said sure no problem. It would be nice to have the balloons last a few more days i told her. The balloons have been floating in my living room for a month and a half now LOL LOL. The extra cost was way worth the better helium LOL LOL. My girlfriend loves that after a month-and-a-half she still has her birthday balloons !!! What a great store. Highly recommended.
