My Daughter purchased a 2021 Yamaha wave runner a few weeks ago and I accompanied her doing the purchase. At the time there wasn’t a new ski available in 3 states except this used one with 30 hours on it. We were greeted by an young man who basically had no answers to any of our questions except to run back and forth to the so called manager in the corner.Who never once got out of his chair to come help us. To make a long story short there were so many red flags that came up during negotiations that anyone with a brain would have walked out and never returned. The problem was my daughter didn’t want to wait for availability to catch up with demand. After all Summer was in full swing. She ended up paying over retail and they wanted to sell her on an extended warranty besides.Upon taking it to the lake it was discovered that the ski wouldn’t exceed 35 mph. Well short of the near 50 mph it should have gone.It’s been returned to them for repairs once without resolution and once To another Yamaha dealer with the same result. Frustrated my daughter contacted Yamaha where she was informed that the ski had already had the extended warranty purchased by the previous owner and is transferable!!!!Nice try R&S. Yamaha has assured her they will help resolve the issue with the ski but neither my daughter or my son who purchased a new ski from them in 2020 will ever go back to R&S.

ATV Repair UPDATE: the fuel pump is back ordered till after 11/24. This is the Second time the YAMAHA fuel pump has given up on us. The ATV IS IMPORTANT to our daily livelihood & without it we cannot tend to our livestock or hunting game. I made this clear on 9/22 again the diagnostic was completed early Oct. during the drop off I mentioned the fuel pump & the urgency to order & my reasoning in hopes this would be enough to push the repairs to be completed sooner. The repair mechanics became annoyed with my calls & was told they would get back to me. Now if they would have completed the diagnostic right away & ordered the part sooner I could be riding the ATV INSTEAD OF RIDING THIS REVIEW. I hoped R&s motorcycles would be a reputable business with the upmost customer service. Will be continued.. going In Today to see what my options are…UPDATE: YAY!! just got off the phone with the manager and he stated our bike will be ready next week!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond to fix the repairs! Good news indeed!!

ATV REPAIR UPDATE. Turned in My ATV on 9/22 was told it would be ready on a certain day and provided with estimated day, estimated Diagnostic, Estimated delivery, Estimated replacement. This store provides a run around never a true true date. Diagnostic finally completed friday 10/1 & they just ordered the part expected to be delivered on 10/12. WAITING for good customer service. Will you keep you all updated.

BEWARE of this Dealer! They lie about out the door pricing and add on all extended warranties to the price when financing. If they owe you something they want to charge you shipping.Your better off going to Lubbock for fair pricing.

Service dept will waste your time. I set up an appointment a month in advance as all shops were booked out that far. I explained my problem and year make model they said see you then. I get there to drop off and they come out look at and say they are not sure they wanna work on it because its too old and will be hard to get parts for. Its 2011 old but not that old No explanation why they didnt tell me that when I made the appointment. I said lets do it because either way its not running. Then they said well we are really busy and wont be able to get to it untill November then the 2nd guy jumped in and said oh no we wont even be able to get hands on it untill late December ( its Oct 8th ). Why set an appointment 2 months before you will even be able to work on it. Yes this was going to be a difficult diagnostic but just be straight up and say we dont want to work on it instead of making up excuses. Wasted a month of time I could have been on another wait list and wasted my time getting it on the trailer to haul it over there. I would avoid them especially if you going to be traveling a long distance to get your machine to them. Both employees were unsympathetic and obviously could care less they just messed up someones day.

I called today and inquired about a KTM 300 XC ezergrodeo and the salesman Gabe said they have one and he didnt know the price. I left my contact and two hours later I called back and he still didnt know. Another two hours I call and ask for sales manager I ask him if he could send pictures. An hour later my wife calls to say we will arrive in morning to buy it and then they tell her they wont sell to us as we live a half mile into az from nm. I call and tell him that there is no law that says this for covid and he says of course not its my policy to keep our inventory for our locals only. I told him they are the closest dealer to my house. No sympathy. They have no idea what true customer service is. Dont waste your time here. I found karl malone motorsports provo utah that told me they have 4 to sell right now. That guy in Provo Utahwants to sell KTMs and gain a customer for life. He didnt care where I was from.

It has been over a year since I had purchased this this bike and it has been down twice with 2 major oil leaks no resolve to the issue not to mention the damage to the frame and who knows what else the mechanics are not professional in my opinion and dont care how they treat your bike If you have had any work done on your bike I suggest that you check it thoroughly because you might be surprised with damage that was not there when you took the bike into them I have found several spots on my bike which have been damaged on the frame not to mention on a few other places professional courtesy is not something that they offer. customer service is not something they value at this establishment I have had no luck in getting any kind of a resolve on maintenance program that I had purchased for said bike which has just 60 miles on it 34 of which I have personally put on the bike I paid over $2000 for this maintenance program to get no return on my money For the purchase sad to say this place is not a place that I would buy another bike from in the future even if it was The last dealership on the planet. Be aware of what you are getting yourself into when you deal with this establishment. The management staff will leave you hanging in the wind! I liked and loved this bike from the start but have nothing but regret for my purchase at this point dont have the words to really express how I truly feel about what my experience has been with this dealership and with this motorcycle motorcycle nothing but regret and stress I am sad to say!

I purchased a 2021 F3 in Albuquerque. It was a great experience. Hannah was great and Collin got us set up when there was a problem with the left fender. Also can am was great about replacing the steering column. Will definitely be doing business here in the future.

Wasted our time trying to buy a motorcycle here, after coming over 3 times. Telling the sales rep what we wanted, going through the signature process and doing a hard credit pull. Our voice as a customer was not heard. They also told us the bike sold without a flinch as the rep and manager lied. The manager does not believe the customer is right at R&S. Then later in the day they tried to sell us the motorcycle that they lied about and was sold to somebody else as quoted by the sales rep. We also told the dealership we are getting the money tomorrow multiple times. calling the dealership before we got the money only to arrive to be told the bike was “sold to a woman” at closing yesterday. Worst place for customers. we were wrong to them ,Ignored, lack of professionalism, no communication, no customer service as i was looking for a motorcycle also. Ignored at both R&S stores and finally got help from a triumph rep else were.Completely incompetent people at R&S as they sent me a text telling us the motorcycle is ready.The one that they clearly told us they sold to somebody else. They screwed us as customers and completely forgot who they actually sold the bike to.A+ for being incompetentA+ for no communicationA+ for telling use we are wrong and double checking with a manager to see if bike sold.A+ for for waisted time.A+ disappointed customerA+ for Intimidating a EMT and telling me “i’ll make sure to fight your comment. “over all verdict. upset seeing my friend disappointed and lied to.Better Business bureau rates R&S 2 out of 5Manager did not wear a mask in conversation.

The reason for two stars is due to the disappointment with the sales staff.I was interested in purchasing a Can-Am Spyder and wanted to support my local Dealer. Filled out an online application for a new model and was contacted by a salesperson to submit proof of ID, which I did. Never heard from them again.Several days passed and I contacted them by phone to inquire about the loan application status. Was assured someone would call back...never happened. After several more days, called again and was told a sales manager would call back, again it never happened.After several attempts of communicating with someone, I gave up. They lost a sale, I purchased a used model from an out of state Dealer. After the purchase, R&S finally called and I informed them of my purchase.I have sense been to the R&S dealer to purchase items for my Spyder. The Parts and Service Dept. have been very courteous and helpful to me. I continue to return to R&S for this very reason. I still want to support local business.Over time the rating could change. If I do decide to purchase another Motorcycle in the future, I will consider R&S again

My wife finally gave me the green light to purchase a side by side! So I pack the family up and we drive about an hour only to be disappointed, the sales guy can’t even come over to greet us, it’s unreal because I’m excited to start the process and this sales associate is so uninterested it’s like pulling teeth to get any info, I feel like I spoke with the one employee who has no interest in helping his customers. Unfortunately my wife got fed up with the attitude and told me let’s take our money elsewhere. If you need basic supplies and know what you need go to this store but for actual customer service or help this is not the right place. Will never come back and I do not recommend

Excessive Fees at R&S West Side Location. I made my purchase on 9/26/2020- Ripped me off pretty bad with $600 destination fee, $150 document prep fee for a one sheet closing form, plus about $300 in other overpriced set up and registration fees. I know a dealership needs to make money, but this is not good business. When I was looking at the KLX 140 I ended up buying a week later on their showroom, no one mentioned anything about any such fees. They had some poor girl from the business office spring it on me when I went to go pick up the bike for my 14 year old son I had promised it to. I bought my KLX 230R a couple weeks later in Clovis at Zia Motorsports and paid less than 1/4 of the fees charged by R&S. VERY Disappointed... Seems to me R&S is price gouging with the fees because demand is high.

Very disappointed. We drove over from Rio Rancho to purchase a Can-am, cash in hand. We were initially greeted awkwardly from across the room. We told the associate what we were interested in, and he came back and said “sorry I can’t show you one”. No reason. I had to ask why he couldn’t, and he said “I just asked and they said I can’t”. He didn’t even ask to show us another side by side. This employee had no idea what he was doing, no interest in helping us, and has no business in sales. We will take our business elsewhere, out of New Mexico if needed, unfortunately. Don’t waste your time here.

Sent my bike in to these guys for scheduled maintenance repairs including a spark plug replacement, and 2 weeks after I get it back, my bike overheats because most of the coolant was sprayed out. Service manager tells me its due to radiator failure and tries to charge me $1200 to replace it (I bought my Burgman 650 brand new only 3 years ago). Gave him my extended warranty contract #, and he tells me a claim was submitted & approved that day and that Id have my bike back in a week. Called back a week later (the guy rarely ever calls me back) only to find out no claim was ever submitted and the radiator parts werent ordered. Now, I have no idea when Im getting my bike back in or what shape itll be in when I do. If this ever gets resolved, I doubt Ill ever go back.

Went into R & S tonight. Not sure which way our sale will go but I almost didnt go because of some of the reviews. So glad I did. We were greeted immediately not just by one sales person but several. The young lady who assisted us was young but very knowledgeable and professional. I suppose the lesson I learned from the reviews is have your stubs ready, down payment ready, and ins. Ready to go if needed. In otherwords have your stuff together before trying to finance and make big purchases. I cant blame any business now days to go with the customer who has the money 1st. Businesses have to stay alive. Unfortunately, words and verbal promises do not pay the bills during this COVID time! Hope we can do business with R & S but if for some reason we dont make a sale this time Im sure we will return when the time is right. Glad we stopped by today.

This 1 star review is for R&S service center, customer service in sales has always been good but this was my first and last time using their service center.Rather lengthy review but there were so many issues with this location.I called to make an appointment for my 600 miles service on May 11th, they said they were backed up and to bring it on June 1st. I made the appointment and called some other shops in the mean time. I decided to keep the appointment and called back on the 12th to ask a few questions regarding my service and to confirm my appointment. My appointment was confirmed but the service rep Omar was rather rude when it came to my questions. I brought my bike in on the 1st only to be told I never made an appointment, I showed them the call history and they apologized and said it would take about a week due to them being busy. Rather annoyed I agreed but I told them in the almost month long wait I ended up changing my oil and did not need that part of the service done. They agreed and put on the work ticket in bold print NO OIL CHANGE. After about a week I go stop by to see what was the status only to be told they had not even looked at it and they would call when it is finished. They call me on the 9th only to tell me they accidentally drained my oil and wanted to know how I wanted to proceed, I told them I wanted Motul 7100 put back in and they were not supposed to touch it. He said it would have to be ordered in and wouldnt arrive until 6/15. Rather annoyed I asked if they could just drive to near by shop and buy some because I had to go out of town before then. Im assuming I was speaking go Omar again based on voice was very rude again and said thats now how it works I need to use their oil or wait for the 7100 to arrive. I was told it would be completed 6/15 when oil arrived and ready for pick up on 6/17 when I came back from trip. I arrived only to find it was not complete and was just waiting on oil because it just got here an hour ago. At this point I was completely livid and told him this has been unacceptable and I left. I arrived on 6/18 picked it up and on my drive home smelled something burning and pulled over to find liquid on exhaust (Im assuming oil but they said bike cleaner it doesnt matter either way) was coating the bikes exhaust from cat up and burning off.I called and spoke to Galen (spelling?) who was respectful and apologized saying I could either clean it myself or being it back for them to clean and speak with him. I arrived 6/19 handed the keys over and asked to speak to Galen and they said he was busy and after cleaning the bike I left never speaking to him.I will never return to this location, I have been warned by other riders but it is within miles of my house so I figured I would go e them a shot and this will be the last time.

Grateful to Kevin “Frankie” Kallestewa and Tech Albert for such an awesome experience at R & S Service Center. My friend brought her Can-Am in with strange noises and I have a Vulcan 900 Custom with a severed side bag bolt, USB connection issues and odometer button not responding. Even with a booked schedule Frankie was able to get us in same day. They are honest responsive explained in detail with a quick turnaround to get us back on the road to continue our cross country adventure. East coast to west coast safely.

Extremely disappointed with R&S powersports. I called in to see if they had the bike I was looking for, surprisingly they did. They are one of the only dealers around that have it. The salesman I talked to was very helpful and took down my name and information in order to take a deposit on the motorcycle I was after. After giving a picture of my license and my credit card details for a deposit, he said I could come down in a few days to pick up the bike. Great. After saving for a long time I was finally going to be able to buy my first brand new motorcycle. I went about my day, excited that over the weekend I was going to be able to pick up the new bike.At the end of the day, around 5:30pm I got a call from the salesman saying they would not sell to an out of sate customer. I used the dealer locator on the Yamaha website. R&S was the closed dealer that has the bike I am looking for. I live on the Colorado/new mexico border. I asked if this was the Yamaha Motor policy and they said no. They said it was an R&S policy. They salesman said there was nothing he could do and his manager would not let him sell the bike. I asked to speak with his manager and he was able to put me on the phone with him. I expressed my understanding that this may be their policy, but I was already told by the salesman that the bike was mine by putting a deposit on the bike, thats why I gave my ID and credit card information after all. If they want to have a policy like this it seems like the manager needs to communicate this to the staff. I thought surly they can make an exception since I was already told the bike was mine, and gave my credit card information for a deposit. However the manager would not accept me buying the bike. I told him at this point I would be leaving a bad review (what else could I do). I asked for the sales managers name on the phone and he would not give it to me. He said leaving his name in a review his how people get fired. Sounds about rightI hope R&S can make this right. All I want to do is buy a motorcycle from them, my first new bike. I live in Colorado, however I ride and race in new mexico often. I dont see how refusing a sale is helping the community. I would love to get a call from the General Manager. Thanks - Clayton

Theyre not really there to deal with you and dont seem to care if they sell you a motorcycle or not. Also lousy customer service. They only had 2 people to actually help you. Only one of them knew anything about any of their products. What should have taken us 2 hours, took 4 1/2. Still didnt leave with a bike!!!! Disaster!!!!

Galen is hands down the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have ever worked with! I have purchased 3 motorcycles from him and he always makes sure they are taken care of in service. He even knows how to handle difficult customers. When I was buying my 3rd bike the other week, this rude customer named Benny was yelling at him about some boots. But Galen was able to diffuse the situation and the guy ended up buying this nice ktm 450 special edition. I bet he won’t be able to ride that bike the way it should be ridden though.

Me and my family walked into R&S kawasaki on lomas on Saturday and met with galen we ended up buying a motorcycle from him we had to wait till Tuesday due to them building it and the time that we got there but that was no problem I just have to say that his service was awesome and when I picked up the motorcycle on Tuesday another employee gave me a complete tour of the parts and service department employees in both departments were also awesome overall experience awesome I highly recommend R&S kawasaki on lomas first👍

Ever since I brought my bike here for a front tire change everything in the world has gone wrong on this bike. It took the guy 4 times to change the tire and front wheel bearings. Then a week and a half later my speedo cable comes loose these people do not know what they are doing. Im a motorcycle mechanic that graduated from MMI and Kawasaki would be ashamed to know whatThese guys do to bikes.

Great buying experienceIve been wanting a spyder for a decade and finally decided to pull the trigger. Worked with the team here and spent several days bugging them, asking questions, testing, and then finally buying. Never felt pressured while i was in just looking mode and got lots of help and tips. Took my bike in because another shop kept giving excuses and kept charging me more money. I took my bike over to R&S and explained my dilemma to Art, the manager. He and the tech went above and beyond to try find out what was wrong with my bike and kept me informed the whole time. They found the problem and fixed it.The guys in the service department are the best. They know their stuff and won’t try to bs you. They do a great job on repairs and services without overpricing their work.If you need work done to your bike, I highly recommend this place. I won’t take my bike anywhere else.

Very disappointed. My initial excitement over finding a particular utv in stock was completely trashed in less than 24 hours. Salesperson was initially friendly and helpful and was quick to provide an out the door price. After submitting my application at around 2:45pm, I heard nothing until the following day when I contacted them and finally was told around 12:30pm I was conditionally approved. At this point, I was told I needed full coverage insurance, proof of income, and a down payment. My reply was that I needed to solicit quotes for insurance and I would get check stubs sent ASAP with a cordial agreement. Fast forward to 2:37pm and I receive this text message:“I do want to let you know there has been some interest in the defender so the sooner we get those paystubs cleared we can hold the unit for you.”-R&S Powersports on LomasAfter receiving my stubs, I was soon texted back requesting proof of insurance and down payment by the end of the day. I responded by saying that I would need until tomorrow morning to get some cash moved around and decide on insurance. To which I received this in return:“Ok, well my manager told another customer that if we didnt have insurance and down payment on the unit by end of day today he would let him purchase it.”-R&S Powersports on LomasWonder what happened to the previous agreement? Paystubs will hold it, right? Cash is king I suppose, no reason to honor a deal in progress when someone has money in your face. I responded by saying I had full intentions of fulfilling the remaining obligations the following day and received this:“I will see what I can do, but my manager is stuck between two people who are approved on the same unit. You both got approved at the same time, but the other customer didnt require proof of income, insurance, or money down. The other customer also already gave us a $2,000 deposit on the unit. He is trying to be fair to both of you. He is giving your first shot at it, but he cant hold it past today.”-R&S Powersports on LomasPeculiar that another interested customer advanced to a “more qualified/approved at the same time customer” in less than an hour. Laughable that I have to wait hours for a call back and ultimately initiate it myself, but R&S Powersports can’t be bothered to allow me any time and change the requirements on the fly just to move a unit. Guess it was supposed to be all better when they offered to let me know when they got another one in stock🤣🤣. Hmmm, “Let me screw you out of a deal and then take your money later after we’ve dinged your credit!” No thank you please!

I agree break PADS are a necessary fix, which is why I let you fix them. Your front desk staff also suggested break ROTORS to be replaced, and your tech WENT ALONG WITH IT, even though he clearly knew better. This suggests your staff is dishonest, actively tries to get one over on your customer, and is of poor character.

Phenomenal experience here! Great service and attention. Ridding cross country my friend and I had an issue with our bikes. We showed up at R & S, we met Frankie Kallestewa. Without appointments, he was able to squeeze both bikes in and told us what the problems were. Tech Albert quickly worked on them and got us out and on our way the same day! Will definitely recommend this place!!!

Service department is horrible my quad is still under warranty brought it in for a noise on engine they told me it was chain and tried to charge me $50.00 to adjust they said it wasn’t going to fix issue just reduce when I picked it up. Noise on motor is still there they didn’t even check that issue service manger told me to never come back. I would never come back to this store they judge you and Mis treat you! My bike was I. Shop a week and half and the main issue I took It in for was not fixed. Horrible service

From the day I stepped foot into that showroom I’ve had literally nothing but bad things to say about R&S. The inventory on their website showed jet skis they didn’t have. Finally pick out a model I like and applied for financing. Tried to get details about the financing on my jet ski and was only given a monthly payment amount and no details about the loan. Finally got that figured out and they drew up the financing paperwork for the wrong jet ski. Got that figured out and they said they had to build my jet ski. So I wait for 2 days for it to be built and I come in at the time THEY said to come in and what do you know they built the wrong jet ski. Finally take delivery of my jet ski and take it to the lake and out of the box my jet ski is having issues. I take it to the service department. They take my jet ski in. I wait a week and give them a call they said they were ahead of schedule and there was 4 jet skis in front of mine. I wait another week and go in to see the progress and they tell me there’s now 5 jet skis in front of mine. So in 1 week there’s now more jet skis in front of mine. They all tell me they don’t know who told me that. And now they are saying it’s probably going to be 2 more weeks.I wouldn’t recommend R&S to someone I hate let alone my friends and family. If I could go back in time I’d turn right back around and leave that show room.Edit:Just wanted to add some last icing on the cake. I left my jet ski with them for 3 weeks and finally they said there was nothing wrong with it and they said they would call Yamaha directly for a service request and they said they would get back to me when they hear from Yamaha. Well after waiting a week I decided to call Yamaha directly and guess what. Service department lied to me and Yamaha stated they NEVER received a call for my jet ski or any jet ski since October of 2019. So not only did they lie to my face, they had literally no intentions of ever helping me fix my jet ski.. total unethical scum bag business. Galen was kind an helpful. But blissfully unaware of how terrible his service department is. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Absolutely terrible scumbag business. Stay far far away.

I was on a ride and caught a rock in my 1190 R radiator piercing it and losing coolant. I am from Indiana and left my bike at R&S for repairs while I returned home. Upon returning to get the bike and begin a 2000 mile ride all looked good on the surface. The bike was not overheating and seemed to run fine. About an hour into the ride my bike lit up a warning for the front brake. At that time I looked down and saw a wire blowing around between the tank and the frame. I plugged it back in and cleared the warning...Stopped to get fuel after a few hours of riding and the pressure in the tank was so great that when I opened the fuel cap it shot fuel 3ft in the air before I was able to slam it shut and bleed it off.... I figured R&S pinched a vent tube on reassembly and would correct it when we got to camp that night.Finished the days ride with me bleeding the pressure off the tank at every stop so as not to rupture the tank. When we finally stopped for the night I started going over the bike and removing the tank to check the vent lines and I found a total of 9 screws that were just left out, completely missing... Fortunately we had a metric screw kit in the chase van and I was able to replace all but 2 of them at the hotel.The vent line was pinched in 2 places and I had to cut it to get it to breathe once again.On the subject of breathers..I scheduled them to service the bike changing the oil and cleaning the air filter...I have the Rottweiler intake system and it looked like they cleaned it but replaced it dry...no filter oil at all. When I took it off there was dust on the inside of the filter and my bike definitely ingested some dirt. I oiled and replaced and crossed my fingers.I do all my own maintenance but due to time, location and circumstance I was at their mercy. If you are in the area it would be my recommendation to avoid R&S if possible.

If I lived here in Albuquerque I would shop here for sure. I visited today and Thomas a salesman took a lot of time to show me a bike I was interested in, even though I wasn’t buying today. I would have been able to do a test ride if I had my endorsement. Their place is grande and they have a lot of bikes.

Bought my first new ATV from R&S and the experience was nothing short of amazing. No pressure salesman hounding you and when you do have questions their knowledge is FANTASTIC! I also added some accessories bundled with the financing and when the parts came in, They promptly schedule a time convenient for me to bring the ATV back and they got them installed quickly. They didnt even mind that the ATV was still dirty from the trails and simply said Hey, you got it all dirty already...GOOD FOR YOU! I highly recommend this business!

Need to share an experience I had today at R & S. My husband and I were in to purchase a motorcycle today. I tripped in the store and fell, hurt my foot very bad. The manager would not come out and check on me, told the salesman well we have signs. Good to know how this place feels about customers before we dropped $30,000.00

We just bought a Honda motorcycle from them. The price was fair and they had the biked serviced and with a full tank of gas. The paper work to finance took a little while but that has been my experience with all vehicle purchases. The staff was really helpful and friendly and they clearly explained all our options. They also showed us some add ons we could could purchase and gave us a couple different price options but with no pressure to get them. On top of that my husband is extreamly happy with bike itself.

This review applies to the service department of R&S Powersports. Recently got the 600 mile service done on the bike I bought from the same dealer exactly 3 weeks earlier. When talking on the phone any response from the head employee sounded annoyed and like I was inconveniencing him by asking a question or trying to make an appointment.The service done to my bike was adequate to harmful. The service mostly consisted of inspecting fasteners, switches, safeties, caps, hoses, the sort of thing you can not confirm was even inspected. The idle was adjusted so low giving a quick blip of throttle would stall the engine while warm and would not stay running even while choked cold. The tire pressure was returned to factory setting which Is fine but I had it dialed in for my riding preference (again I put close to 700 miles on the bike in 3 weeks). Lastly the chain was cleaned and lubricated and it looked so immaculately clean I fear that they used something other than mild detergent and completely wiped out the grease that the o rings are supposed to hold in. The bike also had some new (minor) scratches on the headlight plastic that werent there when I brought it in.Lastly the in-store interaction with the head employee was generally friendly but largely unhelpful, unprofessional and somewhat insulting. When I asked a question I got a response that felt like I was being talked down to. He had no problem swearing, objectifying women and talking down about his employees right in front of me. On top of all that my total bill for the first service was almost 25% higher than what I was quoted when I bought the bike. I will not be getting any further service done here.

I would give this business negative 5 stars. I called them to look at my bike and give me a quote on the value of my bike. They said, yes, bring the bike in we would definitely like to see it. I brought it in all the way from Santa Fe on a trailer. When I got there, they told me they would run a test on the bike. So, I took the straps off and started the bike.However, I had someone inspect my bike. I have no clue who inspected it. I did not receive a greeting from the inspector, I do not know who he was or what he looked like. I suppose he took a 1 minute glance at the bike and took off, without my knowledge. R&S has poor customer service in speaking with, especially if you are a MINORITY. Bike inspector has no training on bikes and no training in customer service skills with minorities, at all. One of the salesman told me, the inspector took a look at my bike and it has too many after market parts on it. Really? When in reality, it only had one after market part on it. I would rather do business elsewhere than, racist workers at this particular location. Yes, bike inspector was racist.What a waste of time to bring the bike an hour to the location and drive an hour all the way back to Santa Fe. In addition, wait an hour or so at the dealership. What kind of dealership is this? Definitely, would not have these kinds of problems in the east coast.As you can see in his response, Dont wine about it. They have a very bad attitude that needs adjustments in their company. Unprofessional!!!

Very unsatisfied. They take to long and dont take responsibility for breaking parts. Went in to replace two tires and a rim and its taken them nearly a month to do. And mind you they stripped my bolts and made me pay for them. Totally wouldnt recommend them nor will i return in the future.

I brought my KTM 990 to R&S when I crashed this summer and needed the bike repaired. Dennis is the man in service! He was helpful, a completely great guy to work with, was thorough and straight-forward with all the costs. They did the entire repair while I was home in San Diego, no hassles whatsoever, and followed up with me when needed. This was a great service experience! I would highly recommend R&S for anything, but if you meet Dennis in service, youll appreciate what Im saying. Great guy, great department, 5-stars all around.
