Great service and a decent selection of appliances. Their sales staff knows the products they sale. Every sales person Ive talked to here is knowledgeable about the product they are selling. Its almost a lost art form of making a sale. A true salesman should always know their product. As a customer I will do my own research but I expect the salesperson to at least be able to point out some details of the product.

Incredible service and knowledge. I was able to buy a used refrigerator at a great price and feel like I could seriously trust this seller. I purchased a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer from them all within a 3 week period. I had an issue with my dryer and they were there next day and fixed my issue very quickly with no problems and everyone at Edith did everything they could to make everything work the way we wanted it to work. Would not recommend purchasing appliances from this company. I am very surprised they have so many positive reviews. The sold me a broken dryer, then replaced it for free with another broken dryer. They replaced this dryer with a third which worked for a while but just died 130 days after they dropped it off. This is outside of their 100 day warranty so they did not offer to fix it for free. They say labor is free, but they do not mention that it is $65 for pick up. All and all I would recommend just buying a new dryer, while a used one is half the price, this one lasted much less than half the amount of time a new one would have. Lesson learned. Washer from them still works great hence the two stars.

The dryer I purchased from them broke and they took care of me right away. They fixed it and brought it back to me all for free in a timely matter. The manager James was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!!

Best fridge doctors in all of albuquerque. I have bought 25 refrigerators in the last 3 months, even more prior for my apartments. they are half the price or less and last just as long. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere go straight to Edith.

They hustled to get a refrigerator out to us when my elderly parent’s failed and we needed one quick. I thought that was an indicator of their customer service. I was wrong. Two weeks in the door did not close on refrigerator, so they came out with a loaner until fixed. Water subsequently leaked all over and no cold from tap; when I asked for help with said things they were so hostile and defensive. I acquiesced to a plumber for these problems, then Dominic and James assured me fridge delivery would be today. We arranged for someone to be there 2 to 6 pm and NO DELIVERY showed and there was NO PHONE CALL. I have since called and texted with no response. Shockingly poor customer service. I am so disappointed. Be advised to seek a different appliance store.

Shop here first! We went shopping for a washer and dryer combo, preparing to lay down nearly a thousand on a washer and dryer unit. Lucky for us, they didnt have any in stock so we had to look around. We found Edith Appliance online and decided to go take a look. Hay nothing fancy here, no showroom lights and stuff but a placed jam packed with appliance at fantastic prices. Yep they are upcycled, renewed appliances that work great. We bought a set of washer/dryer Maytag Neptune, that have severed us well now for over a year. As far as service after the sale, these guys bend over backwards! We had an issue with the washer that was fixed without question and in less than a day. Oh and they provided a loaner to boot. I HIGHLY recommend these buys! Check here before you lay your hard cash down elsewhere.

I recently got burned from a very low life place downtown. I been to many appliance dealers in albuquerque. The guy even has bad comments for Edith. They made it right and got me a CLEAN fridge. I recommend going through a company especially this one before trying to save a dollar.
