I am so impressed with the customer service and quality of appliances that Builders Source provides. I purchased a washer and dryer, oven, and dishwasher from them. Everything was in stock and available for rapid delivery. I would have bought a refrigerator as well but the model we wanted went out of stock the day I purchased everything else. The dishwasher model I wanted was also not available and they werent expecting any product for many months. They recommended a comparable Asko model. Some research showed this to be a good alternative. Turns out the Asko dishwasher is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. All the products were professionally installed. Thrilled with everything we got.

Good showroom. The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. They cater more toward high end appliances. Only drawback was that they dont display prices so it is hard to know if you are looking at something in your price range.

My experience with Builder’s Source has been less than positive. It didn’t take long for me to figure out that once they have your money you, as a customer, no longer matter.

Ordered kitchen appliances and they are now 3 weeks past the date that we were told they would be in. Called and emailed multiple times to get an update and never received a callback or any update. I understand that COVID has made many products unavailable, but communication is free.

The SF store sourced a fridge to the builder of my new property. The ABQ store provided service. From September to January I had to argue w them about the noise my fridge made. I had to accommodate several appointments for service wherein they either didn’t fix the problem, or created new ones. Eventually they replaced what was actually defective. Then in January, they promised to address a new problem - a leak from the water spout. It is now April, and turns out they ordered the wrong color part for my fridge, and now they are saying the repair isn’t covered. On each point of contact I have had to call them to make sure I got an appointment. They always tell me a manager will look into it and they never call back in the timeframe promised. I would never recommend this supplier to anyone, unless you like wasting days of your life on the phone and accommodating multiple service appointments, arguing with staff just to hold them accountable for their end of the bargain. At this point, it would have been cheaper to buy a brand new fridge out of pocket.

My sales person TONY W. was very knowledgeable & assisted us in finding the best appliances for our needs! Our appliances were delivered exactly when they said they would be. I have never had delivery people this good! They were very thorough & made sure everything worked before they left. Ordered a dishwasher from Builders Source, unfortunately it came damaged. They were able to order a replacement part to potentially fix the damage. Almost a month later and we’ve received no updates or confirmations on the replacement parts. When attempting to get updates today from Builders Source, I’m told by the secretary that I must talk to the associate who sold me the dishwasher who happened to be out of the office for the day. I’m told to leave a voicemail, all I want is a quick update on the item? No one else in the office is capable of looking it up? She then sarcastically tells me that I could stay on hold for 45 minutes if I wanted. Not very helpful... Simply wanted an update on a part...

This place was very very helpful! My refrigerator decided to die in the middle of August. So we went to Lowes and they didnt have anything in stock and the delivery date was pushed back so far until September. So we happened to pass by this place and then we stopped at it. The people are so nice and helpful! I found a refrigerator I like it ended up being sold already no, but they found one nearly identical and gave me a big discount! Their delivery wait was a week. So much better than Lowes, not having a refrigerator in the middle of August is not fun definitely recommend this place!

Good selection but they dont stand behind their products or in-house service contract. Refrigerator is very noisy. They can not fix this. Sales rep Logan Garcia could care less once the sale was made.

I wish I could really this place a negative star. We bought a washer and dryer combo 2 years ago. We even bought the extended warranty plan. I have made multiple phone calls to the warranty company and Builder source. I made a claim in July because both units were not working properly. After arguing with the warranty company to get someone out we were finally able to get them to assign it to builders source. Fast forward to September we were finally able to get a technician out to look at it. He said he needed to order the parts and would be back in 8 to 10 days. I took covid into consideration. Here we are and its November 11 I was assured on Monday with the warranty company and builders source that they would have all the parts by Wednesday to fix everything on Thursday. I got a call today that they still dont have the parts in. I am very upset. I am a family of 8 and not having a working washer and dryer doesnt work. You have been warned shop else where. We spent well over $3000.00.

I buy a new stove 4 my Mama 4 Bday & back 2 back snow set my tile & plumber back week. I call & lady @desk say no problem. They hold stove & dont tax me 4 storage. Warehouse guy was so helpful.

Excellent customer service with Tony in the showroom and exceptional delivery and installation. Though there was a delay in my order, scheduling kept me informed with facts rather than excuses. The installation guys were efficient and careful with my doors and floors. Builders Source sent a separate specialty install team for my dish drawers, and with both the fridge team and dish drawer team in my house at the same time, the work ethic and competence were impressive! I love my new fridge and dish drawers.

We purchased all new appliances with Builders Source for our new home. Joe was an excellent sales representative, who listened to our needs and fit us accordingly with appliances. He was courteous and extremely helpful.When we had an issue with the refrigerator, Joe and the service team at Builders Source went above and beyond. They were very supportive and responsive. Joe had our refrigerator replaced without question in case it was the refrigerator. It ended up being a circuit breaker not able to handle the defrost cycle in the middle of the night.We appreciate Joe and the service team and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

The builder of our new house, like many builders around here, used Builder’s Source for sourcing and installing all the included appliances (GE Profile: electric induction range, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator). We discovered that our “new” refrigerator had been a floor model and the first day we used it the door shelves fell to the ground (shelves were broken upon installation). A technician came and replaced them.After approximately 2 months of light use, our microwave malfunctioned (would not turn off and the door was unable to be opened). We unplugged it immediately due to fire hazard concerns. After waiting for ordered parts for several weeks the technician fixed the microwave. Online reviews of GE Profile appliances warn that the same replaced parts often break the same way 4 & 5 times. I asked the company sales department rep to take the microwave back and give us credit toward a more expensive and robust microwave from them (in the ballpark of $1700) – they refused to make any kind of accommodation, not even a discount.Next our range broke. Two burners started to make a buzzing sound and when we tried to use two at the same time as our oven, it tripped the breaker. The technician ordered parts from China and we have been without a range since June (it is August now). Any time we try to use the range or the oven, it trips the breaker. Virtually unusable during this time when COVID restrictions make eating out a very unlikely option. Online reviews say this is also a common issue.We have come to the conclusion that Builder’s source sells products that are known to be defective/poor quality. They have installed floor model appliances with broken parts and passed them off as new. They were not willing to compromise or slightly compensate for any of the defects other than to fix them – often in a timeframe that leaves us without the use of the appliance for months.However, I will say that we have been very pleased with the technician. Frances has been efficient and professional during each visit. It is sad that the products are of such poor quality and the company itself is not willing to make things right beyond the limited stipulations in the 1 year warranty.

I went to Baillos on Menual and San Mateo in Albuquerque NM. After having a horrible experience at Appliance Liquidators located at 2509 Commercial NE in Albuquerque.The sales representative at Appliance Liquidators was Tony Aguirre. He all about himself getting the sale. He didnt explain details on front load washer and gave me wrong information regards ....to old pedestal at home working with new washer I had purchased. .. Then when you call him back he doesnt care to return customers calls. I cancelled my purchase with Applicance Liquidators and went to Baillos instead.The sales representative Martha G. Cano was very knowledgeable, compassionate and had excellent customer skills. Martha listened to what I needed in a front load washing machine. She answered all my questions and went over reviews on the model of the clothes washer per my request.She scheduled my delivery and explained the warranty. On the day of the deliver on 1/9/2021 the order # 6075861 Caleb O. Arrived to deliver front load washing machine.He arrived alone set up my washer on the pedestal and the hauled away old washer. He was very nice, knowledgeable and quick.I was very impressed with Caleb O. Excellent customer experience. I would definitely Recommend Baillos for appliances . Very happy with my washer and the great customer service experience with Martha G. Cano.I will definitely be shopping at Baillos again soon.

We purchased a Samsung stove with all of the features we wanted, including the color. Its perfect! The two delivery persons, Caleb and Jayden, were very careful while removing the old, and installing the stove, and answered all of our questions, professionally and politely. We are very pleased with Salesman Tony Wise who absolutely came through for us above all other local stores. Builders Source Appliance is now our first choice.

Not helpful. Poor quality appliances on even the upper mid-range models. 2 of 4 appliances malfunctioned within 8 months of purchase. Have to wait months for parts. Read the other reviews! Repair problems are a plenty. Everyone is happy with purchase, but when getting warranty service the complaints are rather consistent: repeat malfunctions, long wait times, unhelpful service department, no consideration for having to go months without a fridge or stove.Look elsewhere for appliances.

Wonderful place to visit nice people nice exhibits pricey. But you can take in all the ambience and get ideas for yourself. You can talk to the designer with the red hair and she has so much encouragement that itll leave you thinking about coming back and buying something

My husband and I purchased a $7000 Kitchenaid Range from BuilderSource, which was installed on 5/27. 5 days later, the range started to make an extremely loud buzzing noise when the cooling fan turned on- loud enough to be heard from across the house. Two of their service techs came out and told us it was a common problem with that range and that Builders Source would completely replace it within 30 days. When we called and asked for a replacement, their Sales Manager Joe was more concerned about disciplining the tech that promised us that policy than he was about our malfunctioning range. Needless to say, he is refusing to replace our malfunctioning stove. He has shoved us off on the manufacturer and offered no help whatsoever. So now we are dealing with a repairman from Kitchenaid who has repeatedly ordered the wrong part. It sickens me to think that we spent $7000 on something that needs immediate work, and Builders Source doesnt care and doesnt stand by their products at all. I should have just bought this range from a big box store with a more reliable return policy, but I wanted to support a local business. Big Mistake. Dont do business with them.

Im sorry we cannot give a five star review. Builders Square was quick to accept our purchase, but very slow in the follow-up. It was a struggle dealing with them. Every time there was a problem (even due to them) we were placed at the bottom of the list for service. They made an adjustment for us, but even for that we had to phone and phone . It was not a five star experience.

Had a dishwasher installed, the technicians were great. Stephen R., Richard M. and Daymien G. were all very efficient, knew what they were doing and completed the job quickly without fuss. They were all very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this company if you need appliances of any kind.

We were in desperate need of a new range, we met with David at Builders Source and he gave us our options and we picked a beautiful new GE range. It was delivered by Daniel and Johnathan B. They called the morning of our delivery to give us a window of time that they would be to our house. They were very polite when they arrived, and were careful with our floors and furniture; Installed the range and cleaned up after themselves. When the instillation was complete they gave us instructions on how to use the unit and even helped us turn on the oven for our first initial use. They shook both our hands and made good eye contact. We are very pleased and impressed by the customer service given!

We chose Builders Choice over Lowes or Home Depot for the purchase of an induction range. The reason was the assumption that the staff at Builders Source would be more knowledgeable, which was absolutely true. Tony was awesome and was able to help us rapidly understand the differences in the various models we were considering. Delivery was as promised and the guys that came out were professional and, more importantly, very careful.We did end up with a problem around service but to me, its never about the problem, only the solution. They worked diligently to come up with a solution that was acceptable to all parties and I am happy with the end result.

They are a pleasant, friendly group of people but my new dishwasher has broken twice in 3 months and their service is not good. The repairman is good, but first is the initial service appointment, then they order the part, and then they set up another appointment to install the part. And for each service appointment they ask me to stay home 4-6 hours waiting for the repairman to call to tell me when he is coming. The whole process has taken an average of one month each time. Not what I would consider good, efficient service.

My washer broke and its under warranty. 2 months now and they havent fixed it. Showed up twice with the wrong parts. 10 days to order parts. They are terrible. Buyer beware. Service team aint what it used to be.

Horrible, ordered my appliances 4 months ago and I still do not have them. If you are working with a builder and you pick out your items on time then all you get is nothing it is very frustrating. If you can work with another company this one is very unprofessional. All we have been told is our lack of appliances is out of their control, and they just brought us a loaner microwave that must have come out of their own break room, totally covered in dirt, melted in spots and just plain gross. I guess spending thousands doesnt warrant anything nicer. Oh and lets not forget they dropped a fork lift on our oven, then said sorry the new model is not $400 more--they did back off this and are giving us the new one at same price as old one, but when will it arrive--only the appliance god knows.
