This is about the Albion Biggby location. First let me give you an idea of the situation. After the storms that passed through the area we had all power knocked out, which meant no water food or cooling during some of the hottest days of this year. Something cold to drink and a place to cool off was in order. The staff here was absolutely great not only were they helpful with food/drinks they even let me recharge the battery packs that provided light during the week long outage and provided water for the ride home. This locations staff truly cares about the community and its customers. Im not sure if the owner knows what their employees did during this emergency but I want to let them know they have real heroes working for them. Thank you much for all you have done.

So happy they were there!My boys really liked their strawberry drinks and their coffee was really good.The ladies there were also very friendly

This is a really good store. They also have a Nitrogen Ice Cream place inside which is cool.

I am generally pleased but the last time I was in they said I have a free drink. I asked to save it but when I went in today they said it was gone. The girl said call corporate. Not thrilled with the responce.

This is by far the best Biggby I have ever been to. Drinks are amazing and Consistent. Customer service is amazing.

Other then the fact it was $28 for 2 small frozen teddy bears, 2 hot chocolate, and a yogurt parfait; it was delicious 😋Ill definitely be back! Just maybe not with all 4 kids 😅

I come here all the time to do work and meet with people. Plus, if I want to have a larger meeting, the conference room is great!The staff are friendly and personable. Sam and Sarah are my favorites - they always make a point to ask how Im doing.I also really appreciate the hours this Biggby is open. If I want to come in super early and get a head start on my day, I can! That wasnt an option in Albion prior to this opening.Thank you for being in our community!

The drink of the day was a Raspberry cream, and it was delicious!Although service could have been a little quicker, the drinks were yummy!

I love the small-town feeling when you walk in the door and you are acknowledged right away. The staff is always smiling and having fun!

Stopped in to try the ice cream which was hands down the creamiest smoothest ice cream I have ever had. Worth the wait and fun to watch it being made.

Super nice staff & delicious tea!! Theres also a nice free conference room in the back that they allow ppl to utilize for some gatherings.

Im not a huge coffee fan, so I ordered got chocolate. It was hot water at best.

I love their red bull smoothies, staff was very nice, only thing I can think I of is have a drive through sign I pulled into maon parking lot and had to turn around

Albion Shop. Coffee was burnt tasting and staff wasnt really friendly. Not rude, just not friendly.

The baristas are always super friendly and super speedy.

First time to a Biggby, not impressed. Over priced but its a coffee chain so not surprised. Staff played around too much, ordered two drinks and a bragel, gave me the two drinks and when I looked at her for the bragel turns out they forgot to make it. Ended up waiting 15-20 mins for everything making me late.

The workers are very polite, and the setting is very calm. The coffee and other drinks taste great.

As far as BIGGBY coffee goes this place is kept nice and clean and has a warm homey ambiance too it. Great place to get all your morning or midday pick me ups.

Glad to see this building being used again. Used to be a Little Caesars. I dont drink coffee, but love those smoothies! The Blueberry Muffin and the sandwiches are great too. Love the baristas. Great conference room space. Very relaxing decor and environment. I am now a Biggby regular! Blaine, Samantha and Elliah are the BEST!

I love this Biggby. This location is super sweet , asks what kind of cream cheese you would like ( never knew you had an option to change) and...always asks if you want a sleeve for yiur hot coffee! The one in Spring Arbor is not nearly as good qhen it comes to the extras .
