Great experience with Tire City Tire Pros today. Hit a pothole just right and got a flat at about 4:30 today (they close at 5). On a whim I brought it into Tire City around 4:45. They were super friendly, looked at it right away, and were willing to put on a new tire even though it took past their close time, on a Friday no less! Would give 6 stars if I could - thank you so much!

My check engine light came on and they really took care of me. I was worried it was something crazy and it kind of was as the last place I changed my oil left part of the old filter in and put the new on top!! Crazy!!! Took my suv to them to fix a slow leak in my front driverside tire and get an allignment. They broke my tire sensor and crammed the wrong sensor into my wheel and the allignment made my car drive even worse. Had to take to a different shop to fix all their mistakes. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. They also left their scanning tool in my suv which I was kind enough to return even though they screwed me.

After 7 years of using Albion Tire City , myself and my family are never going back or trusting them again. I understand good help is hard to find, but we caught them trying to overcharge for one rim by over $150.00. They should understand that this is a small community, honesty and service is why people here use them. Theyve changed the last several months.

Ive always been very pleased for the hospitality of the staff. And well-mannered speaking. The place is well kept. They can always solve my problem with my automobiles. They are on the other hand a bit pricey. Theres not much I cant fix. Some things I just dont want to do. So I take it to them. Knowing Im going to pay a high price.

I was traveling across several states with my fiancé and the employees at Tire City were absolutely fantastic!! I realized I had a bit of an emergency on my hands when I pulled over in front of their shop. The mechanic saw my vehicle right away and gave my fiancé and I advice about how to proceed given our complicated travel plans. They even went out of their way to double check our vehicles were safe for travel. We were panicked and stressed, but the employees at Tire City helped us as much as they could. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate their help, advice and efficient service. I highly recommend them!!

Ordered 4 tires off line to be delivered to their shop and installed on my car.. No call to say they were in or to get appointment scheduled. Had to call personally to check on status of delivery. Dropped car off at appointment time. Phone number confirmed. Waited 5 hours for install to be done. Called to check status of installation. Was told ya your cars been done for a while.... So no call..... Get there to pick up and car is unlocked and windows down.. No respect for my property..Expressed my concerns inside and was told oops sorry.. No happy with customer service at all!

I was impressed by the professional expertise and attitude of both the office personnel and Walker. I called on Wednesday and ordered tires. I was told they would be there on Thursday morning. My appointment was set for 12:30 on Thursday. When I arrived the staff said there wasnt a record of my tire order. After a short wait they said they would go to the Marshall store and get them. This did happen and I picked up my car later that day. I try to do business in Albion but things like this make me wonder if I should go else where next time.☹

I’ve been doing business with this company for 6 or more years, and have had a pleasurable history. Towards the end of winter I purchased 4 new Michelin Defenders totaling around $500. I had the new tires rotated on the beginning of April. After putting around 100 miles on the new tires, I caught a significant gash they couldn’t repair. I unknowingly didn’t purchase the road hazard during the original purchase. Chris went out of his way to get with the manufacturer and figure out a way to retro the road hazard. The road hazard cost $15 a tire for 5 tires ($75) and then I should have been charged $20 for labor, a freight cost and tax. My bill totaled $122. Chris worked with the owner and they ate the labor and shipping, and only charged me for the road hazards. Saved me nearly $40. Paying an extra $85 for a tire I just purchased still sucks, but Tire City and Chris did the best he could to make it right.

We were in the first hour of a cross country trip when a semi-truck clipped a car in front of us sending their side mirror flying. That same mirror winded up blew a large hole in one of our tires. We pulled off the expressway in a race against time and wound up at a gas station across the street from Tire City Tire Pros. Even though they were understaffed that day, they sent an employee (I believe his name was Josh) across the street with a tank to give us enough steam to cross the road. Then they gave fixed our tire with a very reasonable price. They saved us that day. 10/10. No. 100/10.

Have used these guys for farm tires for many years with great success! But unfortunately after the last service call we had I dont think well be returning.. they fixed a wet tractor tire for us and the guy let most of the chloride run out on the ground then forgot to fill the chloride back up before he left! I called and complained and he came and refilled it.. but I never once heard an apology, or anything even they guy i talked to when i called was rude about it! As a loyal customer for years I feel as this should have been handled different...

They didnt complain about me asking for a quote on tires, they had no problems adding the service of balancing my tires when they were half way thru my oil change and have very very reasonable prices. These guys are a tad bit on the rougher side, but if youre clear on the issue, they are pretty easy going and they dont try to up-sell you. Very honest guys, just wish theyd smile a bit more.

Went in for a front and back alignment on my 2014 chevy impala with 90000 miles on it with brand new tires (drives like a Cadillac by the way no clunking or bouncing just pulled to the right a bit) and was charged $20 just to tell me I needed two new tie rod ends and all 4 new struts due to the age and miles on the car and that I had a rusty rotor. Dont know how long theyve been in michigan but rust is on just about anything thats touched michigan pavement.i laughed, left, took it to Bilickes down the road and got it done for $75 and they mentioned nothing about my struts or tie rod ends. Dont go to tire city unless you want to be taken down the road for your money. I may have been born at night but it wasnt last night 👍🏻

So far its been a very good experience, I plan to use them often.

However, I was beyond pleasantly surprised when I went here. They not only had a very personable gentleman at the front but I also had something so minor actually wrong, that they fixed it free of charge. Broke 3 studs on my trailer wouldnt even try to make right only wanted to charge me another 80$. lugs were off the end of summer. I will never go back.No thanks they have messed up more than just my trailer. Had front end work done on my car they busted up my fan shroud blew up my ac pump by over charging wouldnt replace that eather worked fine till they touched it trying to replace a alternator. Messed up my dash cluster and several other things also. Done hundreds of dallors in damage to my stuff. Guess i should have known better then to go to a tire shop for car repairs. Ill just stick with discount tire and some other repair shop plus way over torqued my tires my dad and I both struggled with a breaker bar to get them off. Couple kids that dont know what there doing working in there.
