Applied online for financing wasn’t expecting much. my credit was wrecked because a rental house I had during COVID and tenant quit paying rent when she couldn’t be evicted. It’s been 3 weeks and not an email or call or anything they ran my credit. I’ve since gone somewhere else. If they would have reached out i had a check to pay for the truck their loss.Online sales or financing team need some communication training.

Recently bought a Jeep here. Saturday I was shopping online and sent an inquiry, Sunday I was text with a sales rep, Monday we did paperwork over the phone and email, Tuesday I drove from Athens to Albertville and picked up the Jeep within 30 minutes. Easiest transaction ever. I was a little concerned that they do not certify their vehicles but my mechanic checked it out and it seems in good shape.

If anyone in north Alabama is looking to buy a new or even used car I would highly recommend CDJR of albertville. While I did not buy a car from I did have them work on my suv which is a dodge. It had an electrical issue which is probably the worst thing you can have on a newer car. It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Long story short they finally found the problem. They have been more than fair in working with me on labor costs and towing and they absolutely stand behind their work.

We bought two vehicles within a week of each other was very pleased with our salesman Tim Johnson. He was very professional and helpful and honest. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again Dennis Odom.

Had issues with van so took it in to fix. They replaced thermostat and oil pump. When we picked it up, drove it home we reported anti freeze smell. They told us it was normal. After a couple of days it started running hot and I put a gallon of water in it and reported it. Service department checked it And They told us it was a air pocket and it was fine. After a while it started to run hot and left wife stranded on side of road in extreme heat. Took it back and it was something that should have been caught if they actually checked it out after initial visit.Wouldnt recommend

WORST place to buy a used car. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! I bought a 2015 Ford Escape. The day i took it home it gave me trouble, it would die and studder. They gave me a fuel treatment thinking it would make it better. NOPE. As the days and weeks went on it got worse. Everytime i took it back they said there wasnt anything they can do bc no lights were on the dash. FINALLY the check engine light came on found out it was the fuel pump. They replaced it. Said everything was fine. THE NEXT DAY IT DID THE SAME THING AS BEFORE check engine light was on they said it was just miscodes. THEN the transmission started to get stuck. They pretty much refused to do anything with it because no lights were on the dash. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

We spent all day hunting a vehicle after I totaled my truck the week before. Could not find what I wanted until we stopped here. Tim Johnson was an amazing car sales rep. Never once did he push me into making a decision. In fact he showed me the cars I asked him about, gave me the info on them and just told me to drive. The first one I drove just wasn’t up to my likings. Tim was absolutely fine with that and grabbed the keys to my Honda Civic that I LOVE! Out of all the car lots we went to this was by far the only one I felt was really trying to get me in a vehicle I needed. He knew what I wanted and that’s what he showed me. Jill in the service department is outstanding. I Had a break down on a new Dually with 2100 miles on it and was 600 miles from home. Had to have it towed in. They put it the shop the minute it came off the wrecker. They got the part it needed first thing the next morning and I was back on the road by 10 am.

I called to get a price on how much it would be to change a headlight on my kids car because the headlight wasnt working, only the parking lights. I was told the whole headlight would have to be replaced and it would cost over $1000. Come to find out that the only thing that needed to be changed was the actual bulb and not the entire light so it only cost about $25. Nothing like someone trying to take advantage because Im a female.😡

I asked them to check my transmission fluid. They did and added two quarts. Very friendly. My only suggestion is that the lobby chairs be moved so customers arent two feet away from each other. Thanks, Service Team!

The jeep I purchased 2 weeks ago, that supposedly had a full point inspection on it before I received it, has a bad alternator.Not only did the AAA people tell me that there is no way they wouldn’t have seen it was going bad if they tested it like they were supposed to, but so did the service department at another jeep dealership near me. They even gave me paper work proving that from the tests they ran. Alexander said they couldn’t do anything about, which is WILD to me.long rant short.DON’T buy a car from them.

Dealership refused to repair..went threw customer service and they told me that dealership closed case...... don’t buy from them because they may turn you claim on new vehicle too... Great service and customer friendly. Stopped in, while traveling, for oil change, filter change and lube. They set me an appointment for an hour later. Did some shopping in the area, came back and they took my truck right in. Average wait (about 40 minutes). The waiting area is nothing special, but it works.

Customer service in service department is terrible. Out of 6 weeks they had my jeep all but a week. Waited over 3 weeks for a front driveshaft and to replace a knock sensor.When I finally got it back the plastic cover on top of engine was just laying on top not connected and oil and grease everywhere under hood!Called general manager and was given excuses as well. Since Alexander sold service is terrible. Will never have them fix anything again!

Great sales save me a lot of money very friendly but good luck getting your oil change their while its under warranty. You have to put your name in advance and usually that is a three-week wait time I wound up changing the oil myself. Its bad to pay for something when its under warranty and have to eat the cost again yourself.

Just stopped in briefly but Robert was very friendly and helpful. It remains to see whether Ill be able to purchase a vehicle there or not, but Im hopeful.

Extremely professional. Service writer listened to my mothers concernsThe tech did full diagnostic on vehicle made proper diagnosis and made adjustments. The vehicle now drives and preforms like it was new. The charge for repair was extremely reasonable. We thought it would be more. We will return in the future.

Purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 and it started out a little rocky but Tim, Jason, and the service dept have really stepped up and took care of everything. I would recommend looking to these guys for your next purchase!

This is the second time Ive dealt with Alexander Dodge and I wont be back. Bruce was beyond rude and very unproffesional. I understand dealers have to haggle prices, but dont do it in a way where you belittle the customer.

Based on the symptoms,, the service advisor informed me I needed a new $249 key without ever looking at my vehicle. Turned out it just needed a software update. Key was fine.

Went in to schedule some recall work on my truck. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I took my car less than a year ago to the service department while it was under warranty because the check engine light was going on and off. They told me to keep driving it and it I problems bring it back. The check engine light came on and stayed on. I took it back and the warranty had expired in March 2018. They charged me $93.00 to tell me what was wrong with my car and wanted $490 to fix it. They said it was the oil pressure switch. Really wait until the warranty goes to want to fix it. I am also upside down in payments and I have been paying $100 per month extra for 2 years now on a low interest rate of 4%. I consider that overcharging on an automobile.

Had to go in for my chrysler 300 to be picked up which was a lemon, salesmen had no intentions of selling me another vehicle, wouldnt even smile back at me or say hello. I was even from out of state and had never been to the dealership before. I guess they didnt want to sell a vehicle, so I went to Gilbert Baugh ford and bought a new Taurus.
