There seems to be a lot off issues with the call center. The call center managed to schedule all my appointments in NC and I live in Alabama. It is over an hour drive to the office in Alabama and on my way I called because I was running late and I didn’t even have an appointment. Luckily the office was very accommodating and stayed after hours to help me. They went above and beyond to assist me with my hearing aid needs and correct the error the call center had made. I definitely would recommend the office but would be weary of speaking with the call center. Ask for office directly!

Thanks to the audiologist at Hearing Life I now know just how bad my hearing really is.Dr.ConnaCanada walked me through the entire process of my hearing test and it was painless. Then she really sat down with me and explained it all in terms that I could understand.Thank You Dr.Canada and the staff at Hearing Life in Albertville,Alabama.

The people at Hearing Life are very friendly, helpful, and professional. Ive had my hearing aid for several years and they still do all the routine maintenance on my aid plus they check my hearing twice a year. If i have a problem with my aid, all i have to do is call and the staff take care of my problem immediately.

I had a great experience at Hearing Life of Albertville! The staff were all knowedgeable & friendly, I would recommend to anyone.

Everyone went out of there way to help my mother get in with a wheelchair. The ladies that work there was very polite and helpful, explaining to my mother what they were doing next. And they were very patience with her. She enjoys going there.

They are very nice to you and polite they show you the up most respect try to do. Everything they can to help you out with your hearing also they know what they are doing in your hearing i also thank them for hard work..

I’ve worn a hearing aid for 41 years and it’s hard to change audiologist, but ,Conna, made the transition easy. Conna and office staff, is friendly and knowledgeable.

I went in for a free hearing test, the ladies up front were nice. The lady who performed my hearing test did, in my opinion, a very thorough job. But when my wife went in for the hearing test they were not thorough at all! My wife has tinnitus and trouble and they told her that her hearing was excellent. Seems to me, if youre not there paying for tests or treatment, theyre not doing their job right.

Receptionist sat on the phone and talked about patients and the doctors/audiologist the entire time. It was so unprofessional I finally just told her I could hear her and then she got smart with me. I hate that my father got his hearing aids here because this place has always been horrible, buy this just put it over the top.
