Yummy!!! Never been greeted so joyously in a drive thru anywhere! These guys were awesome and so was their customer service! The way DUNKIN should be EVERYWHERE! :)

Theres a really hot girl at the window with a lot of tattoos and a shaved head. Just wondering if shes single.... the coffee was good too btw. If you like pretty girls and coffee this is the place 🥵🥵

This DD has got to be the worse Ive ever been to. 4 times to get my order right, then they serve day old nasty stale soggy hash browns. Its every single time I go, so Im done giving my hard earned dollar. Cooperate needs to be called and complaints made and maybe just maybe they will get it right for once. Train your employees to be better at making simple coffee cause its getting a bit ridiculous!!

Love the food and coffee but I wish the staff had been better trained. The food was wonderful but Ive been there about 6 times and only have gotten my order right twice. Sometimes Im pretty sure I ended up with someone elses. But either way I found something new that I liked at least.

I have gone here several times hoping that my experience would be different, WRONG! This place is nothing but a joke and very unprofessional there is a high lack of self motivation and basic customer service. This Dunkin donuts has been open for several months and has yet to fulfill their basic slogan of keeping America Running on Dunkin

The staff there seems like they could careless about their job. I’ve been there plenty of times and about half of the time they are out of something or they get the order wrong. But at least the drinks were good

This place needs new management ASAP. They’ve not been open long and they already have a terrible reputation. Any time I’ve gone there the taste is always off. They need to do better. Skip this location just go to Huntsville

Delicous medium vanilla ice coffee

Stopped for a quick cup of coffee. I ordered the smoked vanilla cold brew and OMG! Its AMAZING! The girl at the register was obviously new but she did so well making my coffee that my bf who isnt a coffee drinker decided to have one.

I order the same thing every time but every time it taste different sometimes it has no sugar sometimes it has way to mutch. The coffee is watered down .I think they need to re-train their employees

Ordered online.They did the drinks— yet said there was nothing else to the order? Dunno how that is possible. Kept asking for the name of the order and kept having to go to 2 different computers just to even REFIND my order.Went to sit down while they hurried to fix the order, which should have been done by the time I arrived.Proceeded to screw up the two orders of donut holes; gave me variety on both orders. One should have been only 3 flavors while the other should have been just one flavor.Highly disappointed and will not return to this location.

The only consistent thing about this store is poor service and lack of product. I love the coffee but the unavailability of product astounds me. Several visits and out of something basic like cheese or bread for breakfast sandwiches. Staff seems either untrained or do not care. Want to support new business in my city but getting real hard to

OK, I am mad at Dunkin Doughnuts due to eating their wonderful original doughnuts have added a good 10 pounds to my scales. So I have decided to swap over to the Chocolate doughnut and see if that will bring the weight back in line.

People working there are very incompetent, maybe because they look like theyre all teenagers. Went today. Both my ice cream and my cone tasted old. My grandson was given the wrong selection. He was nice enough to mention it until we had left. This is only the second time Ive been to the Albertville location. This first time was even worse.

How can you have a baskin robbins and never have the p-nut butter and chocolate ice cream. Thats a classic at BR. Get it together

Brand new but dirty and always out of what I want. understaffed and undertrained. The coffee is good. Probably having the same problem as most places with recruiting and keeping employees.

The doughnuts were really good but they had a limited selection. They got my drink order wrong twice in a row but considering they were extremely busy and offered me the mess ups for free I cant complain. Especially considering with 2 mess ups and being busy they were still faster than the other local coffee shop. Their establishment was clean and the staff was very friendly and worked quickly. The prices were fair, cheaper than the other establishment in town. So despite the mess ups they still were great!

Rarely leave a negative review, but I really love DD/BR and really wish the best for this place. The food is really good when they have what you want. Been 4 or 5 times and every time they have to check and see if they have something and are usually out. The drive thru moves very slow because of this. Sometimes its donuts, sometimes ice cream. One time they even acted surprised that they had sold a lot of donuts. Hello, its in your name. I hope they can manage inventory better in the future.

I was the only one in line. I waited seven minutes. Not one person of the four employees that I saw, attempted to take my order. All four made eye contact with me. Two were at the grill busy cooking. A red haired young man looked at me turned around and ran back to the grill. There was a young lady with dark hair, we made eye contact four times and she still ignored me. She went out of her way to do anything else but ask if she could help me. This is a new location and they just not be trained properly. I probably should have asked for the manager, but did not. I just let very disappointed. I will never go there again.

Actually went for ice cream. Not a good experience ordered 3 kinds didnt have any of them. Finally told her to give me what ever they had. Good place for a ice cream shop.

We ordered the charlie and we did not enjoy it at all! It tatsed like black coffee not flavoring or sweetness at all! I wont get that ever again haha! But the service was nice and fast!

Came here from guntersville for some ice cream. I was beyond disappointed. I got a scoop of cookies and cream and it had a bunch of ice in it. I don’t know if it was freezer burned or what. The other scoop was their birthday cake version and their was no flavor to either of my scoops of ice cream. Just tasted like milk! This was a waste. I might chuck it and stop at jacks for a milkshake on my way home.

The place was clean and organized. They didnt have a good doughnut selection to choose from; maybe 6 different kinds. The ice cream selection was very good. Shouldnt the doughnut selection be better than the ice cream? It is Dunkin DONUTS after all.

I certainly understand being new in town (Albertville,Al) and super busy, but theyll get better and not mess up orders, a hot fudge sundae isnt that hard to get right

Just went through drive through one time but very curiosity. It has been here long.But I loved the service and doungant.

Went in the drive-thru line around 8pm for some donuts knowing they don’t close until 9pm. By the time it was my turn to order it was 8:57pm and they simply did not take my order or the cars behind me. The least they could’ve done is sent an employee out instead of having us wait there for nothing.

We visited this location around 8 oclock in the morning for our first time on a Wednesday. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, kinda like hardees in the morning. We went inside to order. The store is very nice and new. There were a lot of employees behind the counter working. I was very surprised at how they were all staying busy getting it done. The manager was very friendly. She was very attentive to what her employees were doing. We had a sandwich and coffee. The food was very good and the price was very good. The only thing that kept me from giving five stars was later in the car as I got to the bottom of the coffee I got a mouthful of coffee grinds. It happens sometimes and I will definitely be going back and would recommend to my friends.

Left the drive thru without ordering, twice. The first time was due to not having their donut flavors listed. That has since been fixed. The next time, I discovered their ice cream flavors arent listed. Put up a proper menu.

Went for BR ice cream. Establishment was messy and there wasnt much of a selection of ice cream to chose from. Ice cream was good, just wish they had more of a selection to chose from.

They were out of crullers they were out of avocado toast, and the breakfast sandwiches were horrible! They had a couple of TINY pieces of bacon at most! I may return at some point but the other Dunkin Donuts I have visited had much more bacon on the sandwiches and better service as well.

Drive through is busy, but they are always friendly and make my coffee just how I need it!

I gave it a four because the donuts was delicious however the girl on first shift was just just rode as heck and the drink she suggested she made it way too Stout it was supposed to be sweet it was a frozen drink vanilla drink and the coffee and its all it tasted like was pure coffee no sugar no nothing

DD has one of my favorite iced coffees but their unavailability of breakfast/sandwich items are ridiculous. The place opens at 5 am but doesn’t have a cook until 8 am.

Never got the donuts that I ask for Im the only customer And never gets your orders right I couldnt believe how bad this place was. Better check your orders or you will be pist.

The doughnuts are not worth the price or the wait, the staff would rather talk to each other and not wait on the customers and the phone number on thier website on Google is a non working number so you cant call them either. I would rather go somewhere else.

Very little variety to choose from on the donuts and didnt taste fresh. Staff was not very nice and made me feel rushed and I wasnt pleased with my purchase. I wasnt able to gain any reward points and the staff couldnt help me figure out why. I will drive to Krispy Kreme in Gadsden before going back for donuts here. Even the regular plain glazed donuts tasted old and dry and Gary had any glaze on them. Praying they improve for the area.

This is the first time I have ever posted a review on any restaurant. I generally don’t see the point as everyone has good days and bad. My experience this morning at the Albertville Dunkin’ Donuts was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever encountered. I ordered on the app. Got there and they had no record of my order. After speaking with 3 different drive through attendants, I was given a box of assorted donuts. I pulled back around through the the drive through and explained that the order I was given was incorrect. Their response was “ what did YOU forget?” Really?!? When I got to the window they said they needed my receipt. I once again explained that this was a mobile order and gave them the order number. Still no clue. Finally they asked to see my phone and began to build the order from scratch explaining that some substitutions may have been made since they were out of some donuts. No one bothered to mention this to begin with nor was the app updated to reflect the limited availability. I saw an invitation on the drive through to scan a QR code and write a review, but the restaurant number provided was incorrect ( how convenient). When I asked the attendant for the correct store number,her response was “ I don’t really know how that works but you can go on google reviews if you want”. I asked if the donuts I was now getting would be fresh, the response was “ they all came in on the truck at 4:30 this morning so they are all fresh!” Donuts by this time were cold, but I figured it was just easier to take them than to ask for a refund. No one there appears to be concerned about customer service. I will not be back.

Im so glad we have this in Albertville now they have great frozen coffee the size of drinks and prices beat all the other places around the service is a little slow but its new and once they really get up and running and people trained that will come together

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I’ve been here 3 times. No.1 like others have said I’ve never seen an adult working only teenagers, and customer service is horrible. Trip one no donuts and went to order ice cream and had employee rushing us to make up our mind what weWanted. Trip two ordered a chocolate frosted donut that was stuck in a bag and all frosting was stuck to the inside of the bag, and ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps, but received the wrong wraps only bacon and cheese no egg. Last trip that I will make to this establishment was today went to order a half dozen donuts, and was told they did carry a chocolate frosted white cream filled donut. Maybe this franchise needs to take their team up to the franchisee I Huntsville to learn how to operate a donut chain. I will continue to support the daylight donuts in Guntersville

Employees are sitting on their phones, they don’t know how to take orders right, don’t order coffee from this one ever. They will get it wrong every time. Will never be coming back until you have competent employees. Ordered a pack of munchkins and this is what I got. Awful service.

Very slow and they were not really paying attention to what the orders actually are saw 3 orders have to be re made. Have to specify skim milk, they will tell you they dont have non fat but they do have skim.

This place is still new so its crowded all the time but for it to be so crowded we had very quick service and the hashbrowns are absolutely incredible.

Went there at 10 today, made it through the dreaded drive thru that Ive seen so many people upset about.The drive thru was fairly quick until I got to the window, I had ordered a breakfast wrap and a fancy biscuit and too iced coffees.This is where the problems started,I got one coffee as soon as I gave the cashier money, this was good, however they had apparently started making the coffee and food orders of the cars behind me before they made the other coffee,I watched as they piled up the little table with 6 different coffees, a half a dozen of donuts, and 2 bags of food before they handed the cashier my other coffee and then finally my bag of food.It took me about 6 minutes of waiting to order and then 30 minutes of waiting at the window for my food.Ridiculous.I give 2 stars one coffee was great the other undrinkable, the food great although I had ordered a sausage wrap and they gave me bacon insteadI decided to park and go in to get the full experience.And good lord did get just that.We got ice cream, I gotta say, I love the ice cream!Absolutely hate the service.The girl behind the ice cream counter was a good employee,really all the employees in the front were nice but seems like they arent being trained properly.After waiting in line to pay after getting the ice cream we ordered we were directed to the other register to pay.We were told by the ice cream counter worker after she made the ice cream to pay at the register we were initially at.But the service was terrible on both sides of the store, products pretty good.I was going to try the donuts but I did notice some of the employees in the back not wearing gloves so I decided I would pass on getting E.coli today.

Service and management was horrible. We ordered a hot coffee, chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, and a coffee roll. After asking multiple people for our order we received an ice coffee, chocolate chip ice cream, and one single chocolate donut hole. We waited over an hour to get the whole order so we just took the stuff and left. The ice coffee was undrinkable.

I went and got a 12 count munchkin and there was a fly stuck in them🤮 they were not put in a box and were just thrown into a bag. Very gross.

I came here at 7:47 pm to get some donuts and was told I couldnt enter to get any donuts. The kid told me that he was told he wasnt allowed to let any more people in even though they did not close until 8 pm. It is pretty rude that we were told they werent accepting any more customers for today. Never have I ever been told that they couldnt have any more customers because they wanted to close on time. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and they came out and told people that they were only taking customers till 8 pm but the line never moved the last 10 minutes. Instead of having your employees in the parking lot turning customers away you should have had them in the building serving the customers! Turning paying customers away will not keep your business open.

Their customer service here is the worst! I rather drive to Huntsville than to get ugly looks when placing an order. The staff members give you attitude for ordering and during ordering, they look elsewhere when youre placing your order and then look back as if theyre waiting on you. Food handling is the worst as well, they wear 1 glove to get the donuts but 2 hands to count cash. When I was given my box of donut it wasnt closed properly and practically tossed to me. Not to mention the box was dirty w jelly or frosting. I was excited about it being in our small town but now seriously discouraged about coming again. They need to be trained all over again.

Not impressed. This is food service. Wearing of gloves and not touching hair and face with glove then serving doughnuts with same glove. Masks were either off or worn incorrectly. No social distancing. I realize we are all tired of covid but lets keep it under control

I went to Dunkin on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. When I parked, there were four cars in the drive-thru line. In addition to my daughter and I, there were three customers inside. There were five employees working. When my daughter and I walked in, no one greeted or even acknowledged us. We stood in front of the donut counter for approximately five minutes without any employee even so much as glancing our way, much less making eye contact with us. Then, I moved to the counter nearest the donuts. I stood at the counter for approximately three minutes. Again, not one employee acknowledged me or even looked my way.Of the five employees working, three were three at the coffee machine, one at the cash register by the drive-thru window, and one standing behind the Baskin Robins ice cream cooler.Two customers had ordered from Baskin Robins and, when my daughter and I walked in, they were already eating their ice cream at a table. The only other customer, other than my daughter and I, was standing near a TV looking up at a screen with his order number on it. From the time I walked in to Dunkin to the time I left, which was approximately 10 minutes, the customer had not received his order--nor had anyone acknowledged or spoken to him.After standing at the counter closest to the donuts for about three minutes, I decided that since I had been at Dunkin for approximately 10 minutes without an employee so much as looking in my direction, I was probably better off going somewhere else to get a sweet treat. So, I left.As I walked out the front door and went to my car, I glanced at the drive-thru. There was one car. Thats it. One car. I looked back inside before getting in my car. What did I see? That poor customer standing under the TV looking up at the screen at his order number.I wont be going back to Dunkin again. And with the Baskin Robins employee camped out behind her cooler, unwilling to even acknowledge me, I wont go to Baskin Robins either.

Being from southeast Texas i was ex tied to see my childhood doughnut shop come to Albertville . But I must say I will never go back. Went there Monday and today for chocolate cream filled and vanilla cream filled doughnuts. I spent 16.00 on doughnuts that had the tip of your pinky finger worth of fill at the hole that was it. Today I went back and I showed my tail. I got my money back and told them I would never be back.. Totally disgusted..

Not a very big selection of donuts. I ordered an everything bagel, donuts and coffee. She rang me up, but then said they had no everything bagels so they had to issue a refund. Took another 10 minutes to get my coffee!!! Small selection and very slow.

I didnt want to give it a star! What ever you do dont order off the app. I did and when I got up there they didnt have my order and was so rude about it and they they couldnt do anything about it and I couldnt get a refund I would have to call customer service. IAM not going back until they get their sh** together.
