Angel was a blessing in disguise! My son was moving out on his own and she made us a deal we couldn’t refuse. She really went the extra miles. Literally!

I bought my washer and dryer through bestway in albertville, I always worked with Angel over the phone for it. I didnt even have to go in store. When we needed other furniture (couch and loveseat) best way was the first place we decided on looking, Mainly because we were called to see if we needed anything and it gave us the push to replace out broken couch. Because of Angel we went with bestway again]! Highly recommend working with Angel in Albertville for anything you need!

Very poor service, the manager J ****** is a terrible person she treats everyone as if they are her peasants employees and customers the whole place is very unorganized I paid all of my payments and had receipts but they picked up there merchandise because it wasnt in their files DO NOT LEASE FROM BEST WAY Lesson learned the hard way I would like to save others from going through what I did

The manager was rude AF. Didnt speak 2 words to my friend who was asking questions. Just walked out. I dont know why she was rude, my friend is not white maybe why?

Quick simple review .been in a wreck behind 2 weeks my payment was 299 week late fee 314 dollars if they just waited 1 month their man over the company would of been happy with the pay out😂😂 now I can make another company happy .like the movie White chicks Cash on hands 😂😂 being greedy didnt get them no where .Thank God Im patient with 🙌🙌💃💃

This is the worst place to get anything! They run your card without your authorization, no matter how much you have paid they will not work with you. I paid over 3k for a living room set. I will never buy from this place again. When your close to paying it off in a certain amount of time it goes up again. I do not recommend this store!!!

Very poor quality furniture. One of the recliners on display was actually broke. I told the supervisor and he still tried to sell it to me. I will never go back. Awful place to do business.

I like shopping there. The manager Jennifer always is good to help get anything that that I need ordered if its not in store.

My husband and I went in with the intention of buying a single couch. The lady we spoke with gave us a great deal on a couch and loveseat. We spent less than we would have buying just a couch! Our monthly payments are incredibly low even though our credit scores arent the best. All of the associates are so polite and professional and explain everything in as much detail as possible. 10/10 I would buy from them again!!!

Great staff there. Jennifer is the best she always treats us right. We have done business there for years she goes out of her way to make sure we are satisfied with our products.

Very bad customer service, rude employees. They tell you they have good deals but they don’t. They’ll trick you to pay the outrageous prices for low quality furniture I saw burnt marks & white stains on the couches. I also saw them color the bottom of the chair that had scratches on them, with permanent marker. They try and sell you old stuff and fake jewelry, I advise you not to go there. If you do look at what you are getting because they will sell you anything. Beware when you buy stuff and make sure it works properly because they will make it seem like you damaged it when actually they sold it to you damaged.

I dont recommend them at all. Everyone goes through financial troubles or family troubles at times. If I didnt I wouldnt be using a rental place just like other customers Ive seen before in the store. They dont work with you when your in a bind. I recommend Aarons they are the best around they work with you and dont harras you. Jennifer is very rude and unprofessional at times. Worst rental place Ive ever used never use them again.P.S.Ive witnessed other rental places take half payments they act like they cant ever take half a payment. Even when you are trying to pay something when you have nothing. They still dont help you out and thats what your suppose to do. Do whatever it takes to make your customers happy!!!

Went to look, there were dead roaches laying on their backs in the display cases of jewelry! It was so gross! That right there had me exiting right away. No thanks

Jennifer puts on a good front but Ive known of her to act very unprofessional. Im done with them. Was all about them until I found out she treats ppl like dirt instead of explaining something calmly and asking them to leave which would have been the professional way to handle the situation instead of flying into an insane rant and screaming at someone.

Store is clean plenty of stock very nice people an only place I will rent to own anything. An they r cheaper than any other rent to own an they work with u if something happens or what u rent is messing up or coming apart
