I left very upset and disappointed at the service. I called and talked with one of the people earlier in the week about a certain gun that i was looking for. He checked his inventory and talked a little about the gun with me over the phone. I was anxious to get down there to check the place out so i told him i would be stopping by right away Saturday morning on my way through. When I got there i was greeted by a taller bald gentleman, told him i was looking to by my first hand gun and i had a couple of models in mind. He then interrupted and told me i should start off with a .22 rifle. I mentioned again that im looking for my first Hand Gun, not a first gun. so i continue to to tell him the models that i was interested in and he walks me over to the case. He pulls them out and hands it to me so im looking at it and being that im serious about buying it i wanted to take the slide off to see the inside. I got the slide all the way and he jumped all over me telling me that i just bought the gun... I stopped and questioned him, wondering what was going on. He said that i CAN NOT do that because i might be stealing something off the gun. Ive been to plenty of other gun shops and have never had an issue like this. After that he wasnt treating me like a potential customer and was very rude and i could tell he did not want to help me in any way. I left there after only being in there for a few minutes and Honestly I do NOT see myself going back after the way I was treated by that one employee.

I went back after 3 years out of state and everything seemed the same with the people but the floor was remodled. The owner knew a lot and tried taking me into a cheeper gun in a difforent calliber than I was first asking abought. I ended up getting the calliber I wanted in the brand he was recomending. I would say I learned a little today, but I feel a little funny on everything... tried talking down the price a little but when I got back I looked up msrp and it was around $200 under. so.. I was happy.
