Great staff. Huge selection of furniture. They boast over 33,000 square feet of showroom. The best part is its all on the ground floor. That makes it so easy to browse through all departments and go back to compare products. They offer delivery as well. They have a clearance section too that I thought had great bargains. Worth a drive to check out for new furniture.

I had a great experience buying from Morris Furniture. My dad had just returned from St. Marys in Rochester after having 3 heart surgeries. His mobility was limited and he has to sleep in a chair for a month. I felt a lift chair was what he needed. From the minute I arrived at Morris the service I received was excellent. They explained all the details about each lift chair that they sell to help me pick the best one for my dads needs. They were willing to arrange delivery at the time that worked best for us. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of good quality customer service and and that is exactly what I received from them. My dad loves his new lift chair and it will truly help his quality of life now and in the future.

Very professional and super helpful. Great selection and pricing. We live in Rochester, MN and stopped here on whim. So glad we did. Delivered new sectional sofa and took the old one, free of charge. We definitely will be back!

Knowledgeable sales staff. However when I tried to return a product they wanted a %25 restocking fee 2 days later when the product was still wrapped in the plastic. The sales staff never mentioned this when you sign the paper work. I tried to shop local and suppourt a small business and their management only cared about the sale and not the customer service. Other family was planning on buying a living room set here, no one I know will be stepping foot in this store. Take your business elsewhere that can help you if you decide to change your mind on an item.

They have poor customer service when it comes to issues with furniture and any warranty problems. They just write it off as it was the customer fault, even when the protection plan was purchased. I dont recommend anyone shopping here!
