I am a young man that hasn’t always had the greatest of luck with dealerships in the past, but after dealing with Aaron and Liz from Dave Syverson in Albert Lea… I know longer hate dealerships as a whole! Had a door replaced earlier, but somethings not reconnected (window and door open switches). I called and explained situation to Robin in service dept. She assured me that they would let me know what they find. Not much later, she called to say it was fixed and there would be no charge. That is how service is supposed to go! I needed my oil changed and when I called in for my appointment, they suggested a tire rotation. I had him check how long it had been since I bought the tires there. It was time.When I arrived Justin at the service desk checked me in. I chose to wait. The waiting area was clean and tidy with a tv if you chose to watch it.I brought a book. George came over to visit with me. I have worked with George previously. He is super nice and helpful.The service and rotation took the expected amount of time and checking out was fast and friendly.

Their friendly service was excellent. Had an oil change & tire rotation which were completed promptly. They even replaced 2 air filters at no charge, as I had purchased the vehicle only 3 months before. Have always had very good service at this location and have recommended them to others.

So had oil change was 60$ no coupon. Change oil light came on at 3k miles but synthetic oil i wouldnt need to change for 6 k miles. I called and they said the guy might not of known how to set it right. So I had to bring back to have them turn that off. Kinda bothered me due to dont you know what there doing? So called at 6 k miles I asked the cost of oil change synthetic. He said 119$ and 35$ FOR TIRE ROTATION. I was like well why such a jump kid said idk. Well I found a different place and had it done for 78$ total so you lost my business. And my hubbys 2

There service this time was very satisfactory in the service department. They did everything that needed to be done excluding a recall that I had not received yet.I wasnt going to go back because of the service that I had last time. The work was great but the serviceman behind the counter was down right RUDE. And if I had to deal with him again I would have walked out.

This is the dealer I use when in Minnesota. I drive 80 miles just to use this dealer they are fair they’re honest and what they quote you they follow. And as a bonus they’re nice.

My check engine light came on as I was heading out west with friends and we rolled into the shop with 3 trailers with horses, 5 sweaty women, 2 dogs, 1 broken rear window, and my 1 gunked up DEF valve.A few hours later and the incredible service staff had us back on the road. Check engine light came on with O2 sensor message. Had the sensor replaced and asked for a oil leak check. Oil is cleaned off the engine block and the check engine light is back with the same message. $500 down and no problems solved. At least they were able to squeeze me in the same day.

My mother had car trouble on I-90, and when her road service simply left her in a lurch, Dave Syverson Auto not only rescued her and had her car towed to their shop, but did the repairs and took GREAT care of her. She is in her upper 80s, and yet, or maybe because of this, they went above and beyond in making sure she had transportation, prompt repair, and did the legwork to make sure her warranty company took care of their share without her having to fight for it. I suspect that if they treat an older, out-of-state driver so well, local people can rest assured that this is a fair and trustworthy place to go!

We had a breakdown while out of town. The service department was absolutely amazing! Got us towed in and in a loaner vehicle. Vehicle fixed and got us back on the road again! Very excellent service would highly recommend!

The customer service here is awesome. They greet you as soon as you walk in. They make sure you are being taking care of and without having to waiting all day. They get you great incentives and do what they can to help you. Closing was easy and not time consuming. Once you buy a manager will call you and check on you and to thank yoy and too make sure you are satisfied.

On vacation out of state. The starter went out on my truck. I got it towed there about half an hour before mechanics went home. Not only did they have the part, but a mechanic stayed extra and had us on the road in about an hour. Service Consultant, Robyn, took care of everything including all paperwork for the extended waranty. I wish we had a dealership like this one in our hometown.

What used to be a go to place has changed dramatically in the past 2 months. 20 minute oil change up 60% in just a few weeks. Customer service seems stressed - at a minimum, unfriendly. Still like the loaner car offering on major repairs. Perhaps the overpriced oil changes are a way of offsetting courtesy vehicles. Looking for a more affordable Nissan Dealer.

I called on Mondsy to order tires and set the appointment up for 12:30pm on Thursday. I had asked for a loaner vehicle as I had an appointment at 2:30 and thought it might be hard to getting up to pick up my truck and make my meeting. I dropped my truck off at 12:30pm on Thursday but didnt get a phone call from the shop until 3:15pm to verify the wheel configuration and alignment. I was not happy I missed my meeting and on top of it, my truck was getting looked at 3 hours late. Then at 4:30pm i was asking if they could hold my truck overnight so they could use the alignment machine next door as the one in the shop wasnt working correctly. I finally got a phone call at 10am the next day that my truck was done. Last time I had tires put on and an alignment it took 2 hours. I am very disappointed with this service.

Don’t waste your time. This dealership marks vehicles up past book value and then tells you they are a “value priced dealership” and may offer you $500 off their “value” price that’s already three thousand dollars above blue AND black book clean retail value. What a joke, take your hard earned money elsewhere and actually get a good value for it.

Went for my first oil change after buying my Kia Soul in January. I disnt know where to go amd they not only called the garages to check for me but one of the sales guys walked ahead of me to make sure I went to the right one. They had a nice waiting area that was clean with complimentary beverages amd a tv, magazines amd clean restrooms. They had it done quickly with a free inspection. This is part of the thing you get when you buy a car there and it was all smiles, no hassle good service.

Both my sales person Aaron and the sales manager George worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. The Red Nissan Rouge is perfect!

My car was leaking oil. They looked at it and said mice had chewed through rubber lines. They quoted me $1,000. I just arrived from my home in Florida. There would be no reason for mice to enter my car in the apartment parking lot.Luckily I went elsewhere. It was a crack on a plastic piece form the oil pan! He showed me the part. $380 out the door!

Replace Forster 13. It cost me 349.61. Labor amount is 295.20. Crazy! Part is only 25.34. I won’t go there again.

Found a used vehicle that was a great price. Was coming from 75 miles away and asked some questions including whether the car smells like smoke. We were assured that it did not. Drive the 75 miles to get there, only to smell smoke immediately after opening the vehicle. Took for a short drove to confirm, but there was no hiding that smell. Very distinct, and very disappointed about our experience there

The staff at Dave Syverson is amazing. They offered me a nice loaner vehicle while my Nissan was being serviced and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle with a phone call every couple days. My car was finished and working great within days. I highly recommend this place to purchase and or service your vehicle.

He made sure I was happy before asked if there was anything else that I needed. often for us or answered all our questions. I would consider my family pretty well versed in the auto industry. Having owned over 75 vehicles, we have dealt with many types of sellers. We were referred to Matt Dugstad and the dealership by one of their long time customers and friend of ours. Communication with Matt was seamless. I could contact him by email, phone or text and he always responded promptly. It was by far one of the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had.We ended up trading in our vehicle. Trading in a vehicle is something that I rarely do because of past experiences with dealerships trying to lowball your vehicles value. Their trade offer was very fair. Although I like to wheel-n-deal with vehicles, it was nice to not have to worry about it.Since it was a 2018, we decided to finance the truck. Matt introduced us to Darren Daedlow in the finanace department. He took the time to explain all of our options and what he felt was the best plan. I wish I had some of his energy! He was fun to work with.After working with Matt, Darren and their management staff, we were extremely pleased with the experience. So much so, that I brought my sister there the following weekend and she purchased a 2018 Explorer.Keep up the great work and Im sure Ill see you soon for something else!
