Friendly staff and great Customer service.

Lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Think she was running things alone other employee just sat in the office she sure could have used his help. Phone was ringing like crazy and the bathrooms hadnt been taken care of in awhile.

Always really liked Sherwin Williams range and quality but LOVE this store. Larry was an exemplary attendant. He really helped me in narrowing down my selections (which is so hard to do with that much choice) with careful and subtle guidance without swaying my opinion in any way. A fine balance and he achieved it brilliantly. A skilled, patient and friendly salesman who was such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Larry.

Went to the Sherwin Williams store in albemarle and asked them to match a paint color that I wanted a sample. They said they couldnt that there is a shortage on paint so I went to lowes and a sample for 3.98 cents of Sherwin Williams paint there . Never will I go back to their store again

These guys and even the women know their paint...very helpful and courteous

Stopped in to pick up 3 different kinds and colors of paint. Two I was trying to match old leftover paint I brought in. The girl was very helpful and was able to match my paint colors. It was great working with someone who was knowledgeable and could explain the differences. Would definitely recommend this store.

Great store product and staff

Fantastic customer service. I called with several questions regarding wood staining on a vintage truck bed floor and Andrew answered my questions immediately, and had everything set out for pick up when our runner got there. Its nice to find a place where the employees actually care. Very impressed, theyve made me a customer forever.
