The store associates are woke, meaning any other Sallys that I have ever visited acted as if they didnt want to be at work. These ladies Customer Service skill are off the chart! Purchased a pair of Magnetic Lashes

I have never been treated so badly in my life. The lady working was the rudest. I will not be returning as long as she is there.

People are very nice. I get my beard products there, and they are super helpful when it comes to my better half wants to color her hair. They have great blues, purples, pinks and about every color you can imagine. Keep up the good work.

The women who work here are very nice this review does not reflect them. I dont think I will shop here again. I bought a product from here 20 some days ago. I wasnt loving it so I wanted to return the item. I still had my original box and receipt. Apparently they now no longer take back some of their products. I have been a loyal customer since at least 05. And no one was willing to help me. I will not shop here again. And if you are a professional I would not recommend buying any sort of equipment from here. They do not care about their customers!

Not open.

Not open store closed even though it had goes pasted and no not open sign. At least 5 people came and tried to get in while I was waiting for husband

All I have to say is wow. The woman working inside was absolutely rude and it was ridiculous. I tried asking her questions about a hair dye, but she proceeded to answer me with “Mmh.” No eye contact with me at all.

I have never had such a TERRIBLE experience in a store. The ladies that were working here today had the worst attitude and obviously have no customer service training. I couldnt believe how rude they were. I will NEVER go there again.

Sallys why mail out coupons that say valid now till Jan 31st and not honor them. Just dont mail coupons until you actually want folks to use them.

Terrible customer service. The manager, Shelia, always acts like you are SUCH a bother when asking questions, is completely rude, and even hung up on someone on the phone while I was shopping today. I left and will be shopping at the concord location instead from now on.
