Place is horrible, went in because I knew I had an alignment issue. I dropped it off early picked it up at lunch, everything seemed fine but steering wheel was not correct which should have given it away. Drove the car a couple of days and went to check under the hood, nuts were loose and car was driving crooked when hands were off the steering wheel on a straitaway. It appears the 1 and 2 star ratings are more accurate of the quality of service.

Moved to this area 13 years ago. Pro-tire was recommended and they are the best of the best. They do major maintenanceand repair on vehicles. Their work istrusted and respected by lots of folks!!!!JDH

They fixed our tire issue on our dump truck in 20 mins. Great work and only charged 35 dollars. They also have a mobile service!!! Highly recommend.

Very disgusted with my business there. They charged me almost $300 for a oil change and battery.... Are you kidding me. But according to everyone else it was reasonable. I wont be going back. I might even contact the better business bureau.

I had a tire leaking air. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes. The price was a lot less than I expected. Very friendly courteous people. I will go back to them again in the future.

These guys are awesome. They do all of our auto mechanic work and we get Cooper tires there that are better than any Michelin weve ever owned. They are honest and reasonably priced. Quality work.

These people know cars quick service. I had my whole exhaust system replaced, pipes muffler hangers and all. Great job and service was quick and affordable.

Pro-tire is definitely one of my go-tos. Billy Bob and his son are very competent mechanics and help me along is my journey to be a technician. Im fresh out of school and young but these guys will just talk about problems and help me to fix what myself even when Im not giving them business. Please give them a shot, you wont be disappointed.

Always great service! It was crowded today, but I didnt have to wait too long. Mondays and Fridays are the most busy days. Closed 1:00 to 2:00 for lunch.

I went in to have nail removed from tires I purchased there it turns out that nail was only superficial I paid 15 dollars for plug when i told receptionist that it didnt need repair. She refunded the 15( good customer service) then I saw the PSI in tire was to high so went back in shop and they corrected (again good customer service) as I was in shop owner comes in and insinuating that I tried to hoodwink him out of 15 dollars.anyway we always buy our tires there but no more as we need 2 sets for inspection. This is another reason Albemarle is full of empty stores​ because of of arrogant treatment.no worries as usual we will go to Concord for tires,Auto service,clothes,food etc. I see since I put complaint on reviews they added friends and family glowing reviews to bump up ratings but dont be fooled bye this nonsense !!!

I wouldnt recommend coming here they have a stand offish attitude they couldnt answer any questions or concerns I had my ac went out 3 times and it still isnt fixed the only reason I went to them is because I couldnt choose my own mechanic my car was ready and sat for several days I never received a courtesy call I had to call them many will say Im jumping to conclusions but its obvious their personal feelings towards a black woman overrode their professional ethics I wouldnt recommend anyone here and Ill never bring my car back here disappointment is an understatement

I got great service on my truck and a friendly staff.

They dont even deserve a star...billy is an idiot. we paid $50 and towed our g20 diesel van to their shop when we had a battery/electrical issue . They kept it all day after we told them our issue with the electrical...end of the day they said they tried to turn it over and it just smoked but they dont work on diesel engines...we said, its not the engine, its the battery/electric. he proceeded to say he dont know nothing about diesels and said come get it. then the next day he calls and says, it started up and they drove it around...we were like??? but maybe something was hung up and we headed to the shop. we get there and he says, oh, im sorry that white truck started up, not your van. pay the tow bill. rude, incompetent good ol boy. go somewhere else unless your from albemarle or a good ol boy.

I am not from the area but was looking for a good place to get some tires for my golf cart. I met Lane, the owner, and he was nothing but nice. He helped us on a Sunday when he wasnt even open but was in the shop doing some work on his own custom hot rod hes building ( seeing the hot rod alone is worth a pit stop at the shop ). He got me tires, let me go pick them up and saved me on the freight. In the future no matter what it is I might need, mechanical work, tires or even a tow, this is the one and only place I would call. Hes fair, honest and knowledgeable. All that with great customer service is almost non-exsistent these days. Dont waste your time with other shops in the area. Go to the best first!
