Arrived at 2 pm and the freight wasnt ready till 11pm!! They started loading at 11pm and now its 8am next day and we are still here. Worst place ever

Its always amazing to me that something as simple as unloading 6 rolls can take 2 hours or more.There is zero effort by the dock workers here and theres definitely no respect to the truck drivers time.

Had an 8am appointment, apon arrival was told to wait across street, because they hadnt made product yet. After waiting 2 hours was informed that it would be the next day before they had the product made. Why?? The plant isnt made for a road truck so prepare to bend or break something in the narrow road around the plant or damage your trailer when having to drive through the truck size potholes across the street. But the one star is because everyone was real friendly, so dont be to upset with everyone when you get there..

You better eat before coming here to get unloaded. Its a 1 and a half to 2hrs to unload. So if you see 3 trucks ahead 6hrs you will be sitting. Trust me.....

Take 75s to 82w to us 19/GA 520 exit 5 for Jefferson st and turn right around the cloverleaf. Turn right onto 11th then right onto Monroe, pass Hodges ave, then turn right on maxwell dr. (If you miss 11th you can also drive to 7th at the light and take it to Monroe and maxwell) right turn off Monroe is tight. Gp will be on your left. Go in first driveway on left. Turn before all the cars parked in employee parking. Shipping is inside main building and receiving is in small building out front. Docks are kind of tight, have to make a 90° turn around. There are no bathrooms here, and loading times are extremely slow. The people here are really nice though, and they will let you park on dirt lot across from gp (only enough room for a few trucks). Pilot 4.6 miles away. Doordash will deliver here too.

You could spend hours here. During the day its usually an hour or better a truck. Little better after 1500.

Sorry receiving department one truck ahead of me took close to 2HE for it now waiting to get 8 rolls unloaded-lift driver said hes busy will get to me. Busy jerking off

If you are a owner operator do not book box loads here you will be stuck over 24hrs or more service and production sucks here just awful 😩 high load failure company

Been in the dock for over an hour and still nobody has come to get paperwork or even started taking the 6rolls off. Not coming back to this one. Slow VERY SLOW

Unload a truck, take a break. Unload another truck an hour later. Take another break. Its only six damn rolls of paper, WHATS THE PROBLEM???!!!
