I have tried to give this company and Champion the benefit of the doubt however, they have done nothing to correct the issues with the damaged shower that was installed in our home. This was supposed to be a new build and yet they delivered the home with a damaged shower along with other issues. They went as far as to say that I hand wrote a selection of tile for our Master shower. Their own Sales Person wrote that selection along with other selections on the paper work. My wife and I only initialed and signed the paperwork. These people will lie and do anything to get themselves out of taking responsibility for their mistakes. The sales person didn’t even provide the correct samples when we were making material selections. I am very disappointed in the customer service a quality of a new home that cost a crazy amount of money for it not to have all new materials. They told me that the tub manufacturers would be the people that would correct the issue. My question is ; why? You are the company that built, inspected, shipped, and set the home up. The even went as far as to conduct a so called “red carpet inspection” and I was told that they would be back to make repairs and replace items. It’s been almost 4 months and I have not had any correspondence with them or any updates. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. This is entirely to much to go through just to get what I paid for. I feel like I was robbed and they are saying that there is nothing that I can do about it.

My journey with titan factory direct started early in the year of 2020 when I went and tried to get a new home for my family. The deal fell through but not before Lisa and her staff tried their hardest to make it work but it just didn’t and I was devastated. Fast forward to September 2021 I took a chance to see if I had any luck at getting a new home and I was approved for the most beautiful home I could’ve ever imagined. It was perfect in every way but suddenly the deal fell through and my world came crashing down, well behind the scenes Lisa went to work and made the deal work out and called me with the great news 🤗. Lisa stayed in contact throughout the entire process and answered all my questions and emails and calls no matter the time of day. If she didn’t have the answer at the time, she would get it for me asap. My new home was delivered as quickly as possible and Will got to work finishing my house. Will took care of trimming out my house and made sure all the details were taken care of (customer satisfaction 😁).It took a little longer than I thought but lisa made sure me and my family were completely happy and taken care of. I had previously stopped at many other manufactured home dealers and the customer service was very disappointing to say the least as well as the homes on the lot. Titan factory direct in Albany GA treated me like family. You won’t regret stopping by and letting Lisa and her staff take care of your new home needs. I highly recommend you go see Lisa at titan factory direct and start your journey to your new home!!!

I was welcome with a smile and a young lady that wanted to know, what I was looking for in my home. She wrote down notes, so she would know which home to show me and not waste my time. Which I thought was awesome. I entered in on the red carpet special and was giving a special treat bag which was filled with awesome goodies. OMG Eric and Wanda were amazing from the time we walked in until the time we left... And never pressured us in to making a decision or buying anything. Eric also recommended that we look at more options to see which homes we think are of better quality and fitting for us. We also chatted about our work life, family, and of course those Georgia Bulldogs a little bit. 😃

The employees are very attentive until the purchase is complete. Problems come with trying to get them to fix things once the home has been set up. I have been trying to get them to fix the siding that was busted during transportation for a year. Multiple work orders have been sent in , phone calls made all to no avail. Now A/C unit, only one year old, has quit!!!!I would not recommend them for a new home purchase.

Everyone has always been nice and professional. The homes are well built, and , we think a lot of Lisa. She is an AWESOME salesperson, I would recommend people to go and see her.

These people are scammers! Hustle you out of your money with the promise that if things don’t work out will give you a refund, but just lied refund never came or was intended to come! Just liars and scammers! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
